Let Me Game in Peace Chapter 1901 - Artifacts Seal
Previously on Let Me Game in Peace...
Upon Inocciduus Divine Mountain, a figure advanced steadily across the peaks. Reaching the temple atop the summit, numerous Solarians knelt before him in supreme reverence. Together, they intoned, “The Solarians welcome our liege.”
Zhou Wen scanned the assembled crowd, his eyes settling on the Solarian Holy Lord at their forefront. With cool detachment, he commanded, “Hand over your Race Artifact.”
The Solarian Holy Lord and all the Solarians paled dramatically. The Holy Lord lifted his gaze to Zhou Wen and ventured, “Might I inquire what Your Majesty intends with our Race Artifact?”
“To seal Earth and restore the ancient seals,” Zhou Wen replied flatly.
!!
“Your Majesty, this is unjust. As the dimensional king, how can you permit such a grave wrong—employing our Race Artifact to craft a human seal?” the Solarian Holy Lord protested furiously.
“What constitutes justice? Is it just for the dimension to ravage Earth? Just for Solarians to slaughter humans? Or only just if Solarians claim dominion?” Zhou Wen retorted icily. “I rule as king, yet I stand foremost as human. Humanity shall thrive under my watch. If that displeases you, bear it. If you cannot, face annihilation.”
Cold sweat drenched the Solarian Holy Lord as he implored, “How dare my race oppose Your Majesty? If Your Majesty desires the Race Artifact, we shall surrender it willingly. Yet, what fate awaits my race henceforth?”
“New laws will govern all. Territories shall be divided among the races. Every century, clashes will erupt on the Destiny Platform. Should your race produce a heaven-defying champion to alter destiny, they may battle there. Victor reigns supreme; the vanquished cowers. Triumph brings glory; loss demands patience until the next Century Battle,” Zhou Wen declared calmly.
“Can humans join the fray?”
the Solarian Holy Lord inquired.
“Naturally,” Zhou Wen affirmed.
“Will Your Majesty enter the battle?”
the Solarian Holy Lord pressed further.
“Would a Century Battle even occur if I fought?” Zhou Wen responded indifferently.
“Let the dimensional races bear witness. We Solarians yield our Race Artifact and await Your Majesty’s new edicts and the wheel of destiny. We shall contest in the Century Battle.” The Solarian Holy Lord presented the Solarians’ Race Artifact, the Great Light Wheel, reverently in both hands.
Zhou Wen stored the Great Light Wheel away, then waved his hand casually. Inocciduus Divine Mountain twisted into a isolated realm as space tore asunder. This realm sealed itself off, severing all ties to the outer world.
“The Solarians shall ascend anew at the destiny duel in a century.”
The dimension’s assembled powerhouses observed the spectacle with profoundly tangled emotions.
Zhou Wen visited every dimensional race, seizing their Race Artifacts one by one.
Not a single one resisted.
The dimensional races got banished to separate realms. From that moment, they drifted apart, developing in isolation.
Returning to Earth’s cosmos with the hoard of Race Artifacts, Zhou Wen gestured repeatedly. Nebulae realigned to their ancient positions while the Race Artifacts plummeted toward Earth like a dazzling meteor cascade. Each Artifact’s impact infused Earth with enigmatic nomological might.
Once embedded in Earth, the Race Artifacts’ spirits instinctively sought out dimensional zones and merged within. They vanished in an instant, triggering massive upheavals in those zones.
With every Artifact secured on Earth, ironclad rules of order chained the planet in unbreakable bonds.
Yet this sealing diverged from antiquity. Previously, the barriers stifled Earth’s vital forces and nomological framework.
Now, Zhou Wen harnessed all Race Artifacts to lock Earth, fusing countless dimensional laws onto it. Earth’s energy surged visibly, nomological powers tantalizingly accessible. Born here, strength came inevitably. Mythical births would soon seem commonplace.
Moreover, the Race Artifact Seal barred horrifying cosmic entities from invading Earth, safeguarding it for ages ahead.
Humans once barred from Mythical ascension in mortal forms now surged to that realm effortlessly by absorbing worldly rules, unshackled at last.
Tears of ecstasy streamed from countless faces, roars of “Human Sovereign” echoing endlessly. Yet the Cape family glowered in dismay. Race Artifacts blanketed Earth everywhere—except their domain. They keenly felt their region’s energy sparsity compared to others.
Cultivating amid such paucity, the Cape lineage faced inevitable decay, their offspring forever outmatched.
“Human Sovereign shows bias!” a Cape youth bellowed in rage.
Pa!
The Cape family head struck his cheek sharply and snapped coldly, “Survival is mercy enough. Cease your ravings—do you court our clan’s doom?” The youth clamped his mouth shut. Recalling the Cape feud with Zhou Wen, gratitude for mere existence tempered their fury.
Indignation simmered, but endurance prevailed.
Earth had transformed beyond recognition.
Arriving at Giant City, Zhou Wen witnessed its radical evolution. Overwhelming energies now flooded the metropolis.
This Gaia sanctuary stood as Earth’s vital nexus. Multiple Race Artifacts had streaked here, pumping boundless power inside.
Tsukuyomi and Zhou Wen’s Companion Beasts, devouring energy within the city’s shrines, shattered barriers swiftly. Reaching Calamity grade felt effortless as feasting. Tsukuyomi pioneered the leap to Apocalypse grade.
Imperial Lord Behemoth followed to Apocalypse grade. Companion Beasts rocketed upward in a frenzy. “Darling, did you bestow this worldly energy upon me?” Tsukuyomi emerged from Giant City in flowing moonlight silk, goddess-like and bridal, radiating enigma, allure, sensuality, and captivation that etched into memory.
“I’m departing. These Companion Beasts come with me,” Zhou Wen stated.
“To where?” Tsukuyomi blinked in surprise.
“Beyond this world, into the uncharted expanse,” Zhou Wen explained. “Darling, I’ll await your homecoming here faithfully, like a wife yearning for her spouse,” Tsukuyomi vowed softly. “No need to wait. Return may prove impossible,” Zhou Wen cautioned. “Speak not such words. You’ve claimed my heart already. In life, I’m yours; in death, your spirit. Absent a day, I wait a day. Absent forever, I wait eternally. Beyond this life, the next. I’ll persist until you return to veil me in wedding garb,” Tsukuyomi beamed.
Zhou Wen shook his head mutely. Marriage to Tsukuyomi never crossed his lips. After deliberation, he offered her a reserved Race Artifact. “From the dimensional Moon Gods—this should aid you.” Tsukuyomi accepted it, eyes misting red. “Darling, a love token? I’ll treasure it forever. Rest easy—I’ll don it while awaiting you. I love you.” Speechless, Zhou Wen pressed onward. That fateful stride loomed; he rejected such bonds, sparing her unknown perils. Lacking egress anyway, Tsukuyomi watched him vanish wordlessly.
Zhou Wen’s silhouette faded, and Tsukuyomi’s facade cracked. Pouting, she murmured, “Escape won’t be simple. If you depart, so shall I. I’ll chase you down once I advance.” An Sheng chewed his meal when Zhou Wen abruptly appeared beside him.
He jolted in terror. “Young Master Wen, you could frighten a man to death!”
