Luo Chen and Fang Qingxue arrive at Li Chen Island and meet Gu Xun. Luo Chen reveals he was injured by a powerful enemy from the Ancient God Dojo during a battle in the Returning Ruins. He recounts the devastating fight where over a hundred Human Immortals gathered, and though he survived, he bears a mark of golden light that constantly erodes his body. Meanwhile, the Annihilation Nine Rings have become increasingly harsh, with most of the original Martial Artists perishing.
