Each barrage shifted in shape unpredictably, like walls as thin as cicada wings rising across the sky, finely slicing apart the entire space between him and Li Changgong.
Li Changgong dared not casually activate his ability again, or else his body might be directly severed the moment he teleported!
"Break for me, break, break!!"
Li Changgong swung his twin blades in rapid succession, shredding every incoming smoke barrage before his eyes.
But Silver Armor had already flown high into the sky, maintaining a distance of several thousand meters between them.

Li Changgong held his breath and steadied his mind, refusing to panic. He whipped his blades around in several backhanded strikes, brilliant arcs of blade light slashing through the air and shattering Silver Armor's attacks outright!
"But how much longer can you hold out?"
"This place is already my domain now!"
"Just surrender obediently! You simply don't have the power to block my attacks!"
Silver Armor's voice came from every direction, distant and echoing.
He lurked within the shadows, unhurried and unflustered, like a patient hunter.
But upon hearing those words, Li Changgong burst into loud laughter, laughing with utter delight.
"Hahahahaha!"
Silver Armor furrowed his brow.
"What are you laughing at?"
Li Changgong laughed heartily, "I just heard a very funny joke, and I couldn't help myself!"
His gaze turned sharp as he sneered, "Did you just say that this place is already your domain?"
"Who gave you the confidence to be this arrogant and deluded?!"
He spread his arms wide, twin long blades gleaming with frigid white light.
"In this Northwest Major Region, in this Chang'an City, only I, Li Changgong, am the absolute sovereign!"
"This place is MY territory!"
The moment his words fell, his combat suit violently burst apart!
What was revealed beneath it was a suit of armor forged from dark silver metal!
Unlike Zhang Yi's Hidden Dragon Armor, the craftsmanship of this armor clearly wasn't up to Lu Keran's seamless, heaven-made skill.
