Qin Tian and his companions resonated the runes with the ice monument amid demon assaults, opening a space vortex to the treasury entrance. Using spatial powers, they entered and sealed the vortex, stranding the demons outside. Inside the vast chamber, they discovered a hundred dormant Tier Six steel golems guarding the stone gate. After consuming Replenishing Pills to recover, Taishi Feng crossed the boundary line, awakening the powerful puppets with surging energy.

"Boom——!"

Simultaneously, a hundred Tier Six Puppets advanced, their heavy iron boots slamming into the ground with a thunderous roar that made the whole clearing quiver faintly.

Dense blue glows erupted from the long spears they gripped, a bone-piercing chill radiating from the tips, turning the air around into minuscule ice particles while they rushed at Qin Tian and his three companions.

Like an impenetrable steel barrier, the horde of metallic forms surged ahead, spears thrusting in a deadly thicket, raw and unadorned, radiating nothing but pure killing intent.

"Four Symbols Array!" Zhuge Yu called out softly, as the array plate he held burst forth with four vibrant lights: cyan, white, black, and red.

Instinctively grasping the command, Qin Tian, Taishi Feng, and Huo Yuan Sheng rushed to the four cardinal points.

Positioned in the east for the Cyan Dragon spot, Taishi Feng gripped his Heaven-piercing Halberd level, golden Spiritual Energy roaring forth; in the west for the White Tiger spot, Huo Yuan Sheng unsheathed his longsword, silver blade light blazing fiercely; at the north for the Black Tortoise spot, Zhuge Yu spun his array plate, weaving defensive threads; south for the Vermilion Bird spot stood Qin Tian, Black Frost Blade crackling with purple lightning, aura thick and oppressive.

Beneath their feet, four symbols formations ignited at once, Spiritual Energy linking solidly via the array to create looping energy shields.

Taishi Feng met the lead puppet head-on, his Heaven-piercing Halberd sweeping with devastating force, smashing into the puppet’s armor in a resounding clash that sent sparks scattering. Yet the puppet’s frigid iron frame proved insanely durable, showing just a faint white scar.

Huo Yuan Sheng darted forward nimbly, his longsword striking like a striking viper, targeting the puppet’s joint—the vulnerable link in its mechanisms.

However, the blade barely sank half an inch before the rigid cold iron halted it; he spun away swiftly, pulling back the sword, but the puppet pressed on without pause.

"This cold iron is too hard!" Huo Yuan Sheng clenched his teeth, lashing his sword at the puppet’s neck once more, yet managing only superficial scratches with no fatal harm.

Right then, Qin Tian sprang into action. Ghostly swift, his form flickered as the Black Frost Blade blazed with purple lightning, channeling world-shattering might, cleaving toward a puppet’s midsection.

"Slash——"

Purple lightning Sword Qi sliced straight through the cold iron plating in a flash, carving a profound wound across the puppet’s waist, nearly bisecting it and exposing the inner mechanisms.

Eyes bulging in astonishment, Taishi Feng and Huo Yuan Sheng stared—same tier as them, yet Qin Tian’s blow was horrifically potent, their utmost strikes merely scratching while he inflicted severe injury in one hit!

But shock lingered only briefly before the wounded puppet flared with intense blue radiance; at the gash, cold iron shards twisted like living things, blue energy fluid surging fast, shattered internals reforming rapidly.

In mere breaths, the fissure sealed perfectly anew, the puppet’s eye lights intensifying in blue as it whirled to madly assault Qin Tian.

"We must destroy the core!" Zhuge Yu’s voice echoed via the array, his gaze locked on the puppet’s forehead blue crystal, "These puppets’ energy cores lie in that blue crystal—only shattering it will truly finish them!"

Within the Empire, the Zhuge Family’s mechanism arts ranked just below Heaven’s Secret Art, legendary across lands; anciently, the Zhuge Clan shone with timeless Wooden Oxen and Flowing Horses, evolving countless advanced puppets, yet even their vast tech legacy made crafting Tier Six Puppets a daunting feat.

Qin Tian’s eyes gleamed upon hearing this, a sudden idea sparking in his thoughts.

Gazing at the oncoming puppet, he unleashed a ring of pale yellow halo that rippled outward like waves, bearing an imperial dominance over all creation.

Aimed not at life but at matter’s core, this force made vanguard puppets freeze abruptly wherever it washed, their frames shuddering wildly, joints screeching "creak creak" oddly, like rival powers battling for bodily command.

"What... ability is this?" Stunned, Zhuge Yu and the others gaped—they’d never witnessed a technique directly disrupting puppets.

A faint smirk tugged Qin Tian’s lips, as he eased back the Black Frost Blade in his grasp.

He had just realized that these puppets were basically "weapons," while his talent [Divine Weapon Emperor] not only bolsters and nurtures weapons but also grants control and disassembly over objects.

Smashing these Tier Six Puppets outright would prove too wasteful; it was wiser to disconnect the core from the body for future repairs, and even harness the Divine Weapon Emperor's power to upgrade them, rendering them far mightier.

The pale yellow glow kept expanding, enveloping the whole clearing.

Every puppet halted its rush forward, some frozen in mid-spear swing, others half-kneeling on the ground and shuddering fiercely, blue crystal lights blinking wildly as the core-body link was brutally severed.

Moments later, all puppets froze completely, their eye-blue lights snuffed out entirely, rigid in bizarre stances like lifeless stone carvings stripped of spirit.

Qin Tian nodded approvingly at the sight, then with a casual hand wave, an invisible pull dragged the steel puppets swiftly into his Spirit Space, vanishing them in a flash.

Peace returned to the clearing, save for the fading energy traces of the Four Symbols Array glimmering on the ground.

Zhuge Yu and the other three traded glances, shock mirrored in each other's eyes.

Qin Tian had silently neutralized these pesky Tier Six Puppets?

Far too simple.

"I have taken those puppets, everyone has no objections, right?" Qin Tian glanced at the group.

"Of course not, it was your achievement."

Zhuge Yu shook his head; without Qin Tian, they'd face a grueling battle, likely with heavy wounds, but now effortlessly resolved, it was a clear win.

He was certain Taishi Feng and Huo Yuan Sheng held no desire to claim the puppets.

"Certainly, they are your spoils of war."

Taishi Feng and Huo Yuan Sheng nodded together.

"Good, then let’s continue forward."

Qin Tian gazed at the sealed door, anticipation burning in his eyes.

Who could predict the treasures and trials lurking beyond that door.
