I Can See Through All Things' Information Chapter 1292 - 790

On that fateful day, the mana surging inside Lu Qing’s body at last hit its peak, detecting a prime moment for advancement.
With no delay, he summoned the mysterious tribulation aura right away.
Suddenly, an enormous wave of tribulation qi and ominous deathly aura rushed in, completely overwhelming him.
Luckily, the subterranean cave where Lu Qing had picked for his seclusion was buried deep underground, and he’d already prepared an array formation beforehand.
If not, the immense scale of this tribulation aura could have drawn the notice of numerous mighty experts.
Surrounded by the ceaseless torrent of tribulation and deathly aura, Lu Qing stayed completely composed.
After enduring the six prior tribulations of the Primordial Spirit, he knew the ins and outs of the Primordial Spirit’s tribulation all too well.
Even though this seventh tribulation of the Primordial Spirit proved far more intense than the ones before, Lu Qing kept his mind and soul steady, refusing to waver.
Not even the tribulations that embodied laws could rattle his Dao heart.
This Primordial Spirit tribulation dragged on for a full seven days, yet Lu Qing navigated it without a hitch, achieving a flawless breakthrough to the Seventh Tribulation of the Primordial Spirit and firmly entering the Late-stage Primordial Spirit Realm.
"Finally reached the Seven Tribulation Realm."
Lu Qing balled his fist, sensing the tremendous force coursing through him that could shatter mountains and stir oceans, a grin of contentment spreading across his features.
The Primordial Spirit realm consists of nine tribulations altogether, where each set of three marks a major hurdle, and surpassing it brings a massive leap in one’s capabilities.
By successfully advancing to the Seventh Tribulation of the Primordial Spirit this time, his power had surged dramatically yet again.
Still, despite the breakthrough, Lu Qing chose not to wrap up his seclusion right then.
Rather, once he eased his mind and spirit, he dove into another cycle of intense cultivation.
While reaching the Seventh Tribulation had boosted the purity of his mana, high-grade spirit stones continued to offer him real gains.
As such, Lu Qing had no intention of letting this swift path to growth slip by.
The greater his strength grew at this point, the more assured he’d feel about the challenges ahead.
Days raced past in a blur, one blending into the next.
Lu Qing pressed on with his rigorous cultivation deep in the underground cavern, tuning out all external distractions.
Meanwhile, the Holy Alliance above ground grew increasingly restless.
Five years had elapsed, and after that vile demon made its appearance in Zhou Tian City, it hadn’t shown its face since.
Despite deploying spies far and wide in their searches, they turned up zero leads.
Even offering rewards through the Netherworld Palace brought back nothing useful.
It appeared as though, following the breach of Zhou Tian City by that evil demon, it had fled the Heavenly Origin Great World entirely, vanishing into thin air.
Yet the Holy Alliance understood this couldn’t be true. Considering the sly ways of that evil demon, it wouldn’t halt after merely infiltrating Zhou Tian City.
Surely, a grander scheme was unfolding in the shadows.
"Lei Tian, how about it? Have you found any trace of that evil demon?"
Within a glowing light screen, a furry figure topped with a lion’s head inquired.
"No." The imposing middle-aged Lei Tian, draped in his Thunder Magic Robe, shook his head and replied, "That evil demon is far too crafty, and with the Gongsu Family’s hoard of treasures spanning tens of thousands of years now in his grasp, he’s probably lurking somewhere, devouring those riches. What about your Demon Clan—have you uncovered anything?"
"No." The lion-headed figure shook its head too, "We sent the White Flood Dragon King roaming across the lands, but it detected no bloodline pulses from its young. Maybe that evil demon keeps the creature close, or perhaps he’s employed some Secret Technique or Exotic Treasure to sever the bloodline link between them."
"Nothing on your end either..."
Hearing this, Lei Tian’s heart grew heavy.
Though he’d half-expected such an outcome, the confirmation still stung with letdown.
For whatever reason, the harder it became to pinpoint the evil demon’s location, the stronger the uneasy dread gnawing at his heart.
It felt like a dark cloud looming over his mind and soul, pressing down ever more insistently.
The lion-headed figure shared that same foreboding sense.
It paused in silence for a moment, then abruptly declared: "Lei Tian, I think we can’t keep playing defense like this. The evil demon lurks in the shadows while we stand exposed. A long stalemate will end in defeat; we need to seize the offensive."
"We can’t even locate the evil demon’s position—how do we strike first?" Lei Tian questioned, brow furrowed in confusion.
"Hasn’t the Holy Alliance already nabbed some cultivators linked to him? As you mentioned, that evil demon acts protective, so why not dangle those cultivators as bait to draw him out?" The lion-headed figure proposed.
Lei Tian’s fingers twitched at the idea. Truth be told, this very plan had come up in Holy Alliance meetings before.
Back then, though, resistance from certain elders had blocked its approval.
With the lion-headed figure raising it once more, Lei Tian mulled it over carefully.
Moments later, he responded, "We’ll need to bring this up in the Holy Alliance."
"I don’t get your reluctance—they’re merely Golden Core Realm cultivators. If they perish, so be it; what’s to mourn? Lei Tian, remember that evil demon is a wildcard. Should he absorb every bit of the Gongsu Family’s treasures, he might grow beyond anyone’s reach."
The lion-headed figure let out a cold huff, then faded away, severing the Communication Array on its own.
Lei Tian stood there alone, lost in his thoughts about who could say what.
Rumble, rumble...
Deep in the underground cavern, waves of death qi and tribulation qi swirled endlessly around Lu Qing, interwoven with fearsome bolts of Law Tribulation Thunder.
"Brother has broken through again."
Little Yan murmured, gazing at the spectacle.
She sensed that ever since entering the Primordial Spirit Realm, her brother’s pace of cultivation had picked up noticeably.
He’d only secluded himself in the underground cavern for a brief period, but already he’d faced and overcome the tribulation twice.
"It’s normal. Ah Qing always pushes like this during seclusion."
Little Li, by contrast, appeared totally at ease.
It couldn’t be helped; after sticking close to Lu Qing for so many years, Little Li had seen such breakthroughs happen over and over.
