The replica sacrificed itself, merging with Jie Ming to strengthen him and complete the prerequisite for his Dao Integration. Jie Ming manifested his thousand-meter-tall Dharma Form, now enhanced with a third eye and greater control over himself. As the wizards converged on the central anomaly, they debated how to clear it before Austin's fusion completed, without causing world-ending damage or angering him.

With a sudden gesture, Jie Ming raised his hand. Though his movement was subtle, every wizard present took notice, their gazes shifting from the Hollow City to him.

“I possess a solution,” Jie Ming announced, his voice carrying clearly to each individual despite its lack of volume. “However, I have a single demand.”

Wizard Scarlet Flame narrowed his eyes. “State it.”

“I require half of the spoils from this anomaly.”

A beat of silence ensued, quickly shattered by an uproar.

“Preposterous!”

“That’s far too much!”

Several sixth-ring wizards vocalized their objections almost in unison, their exclamations forming a cacophony in the sky.

Jie Ming paid them no mind, instead directing his attention to the few seventh-ring wizards in attendance. Their brows furrowed, and Jie Ming immediately perceived multiple probes of spiritual power directed at him. Without hesitation, he connected his own spiritual power to theirs.

Through this spiritual power link, negotiations commenced rapidly between the parties. As the sky above began to dim, the negotiation process proceeded with notable efficiency. Ultimately, an agreement was reached: should Jie Ming’s method prove effective and its execution inflict no adverse effects on the plane or Austin’s fusion, he would be granted one-third of the Hollow City’s share. Jie Ming signified his agreement.

He reached into his internal cave-heaven and produced a palm-sized disk. Crafted from a dull, light-absorbing gray metal with blade-thin edges, its center featured a slight elevation engraved with numerous concentric rune arrays, meticulously layered. The lines, extremely fine, appeared a muted gray-black in their dormant state.

This was the Anti-Magic Disk.

It was a wizard war artifact he had acquired at considerable expense, anticipating the outbreak of hostilities.

Its sole purpose was to suppress all elemental forces within a designated radius, establishing an anti-magic field.

Initially, upon purchase, he had envisioned its use in large-scale , organized combat. Only through direct engagement in battles did he realize its near-uselessness in elite-level confrontations.

Activating the Anti-Magic Disk required approximately one second of preparation. In duels between skilled wizards, a single second was ample time for an opponent to eliminate you numerous times over. Deploying it as a trap also seemed improbable; the elemental reaction following its activation was far too conspicuous, deterring any wizard from foolishly entering a clearly problematic zone.

Consequently, this costly “trump card” had remained dormant within his internal cave-heaven. Fate, however, had presented a perfect scenario for its application.

Despite its name, the Anti-Magic Disk, which implied a sole prohibition of wizardry, actually exerted control over elemental power itself. The wizarding world was constructed from the four fundamental elements—fire, water, wind, and earth—which constituted all matter. Therefore, phenomena such as electromagnetic forces and the nuclear interactions within matter were indirectly encompassed by the earth element.

The control of all elemental forces meant that within its effective area, not only would wizardry be significantly hampered, but the very mechanics of physical laws would operate at a reduced pace. Explosions would experience slower shockwave propagation and diminished destructive potential. In vehicular collisions, the efficiency of kinetic energy transfer would plummet, and the spread of debris would be significantly curtailed.

Jie Ming held the Anti-Magic Disk, channeling spiritual power into it. The runes on its surface illuminated progressively, emanating from the outer ring inward like expanding ripples. Under the runes' glow, the dark gray metal emanated a cool, blue luminescence. Upon reaching their peak brightness, an invisible wave of energy radiated from the disk’s core, propagating outwards in all directions.

This wave expanded with phenomenal speed. Most wizards present could only just discern its trajectory with their spiritual power. In mere moments, the disturbance crossed the boundaries of the Hollow City, traversed distant landscapes of mountains and rivers, and ultimately encompassed a spherical zone spanning nearly ten thousand kilometers.

Within this expanse, all elemental forces were subjected to “constraint,” and every exertion of power encountered substantial resistance.

Jie Ming tilted his head upwards, his gaze sweeping across the assembled wizards. “Esteemed ones, the constraint is now active.” His voice, remarkably steady under the Anti-Magic Disk’s influence, carried the calm assurance of a factual declaration. “There is no longer need to fear shattering this world. Unleash your power as you desire.”

This was Jie Ming’s strategy. If their concern was that excessive power would inflict collateral damage upon this world, he would simply render such excess power ineffective!

Upon hearing Jie Ming’s proclamation, an immediate silence descended upon the sky. Moments later, the eyes of the high-ranking wizards ignited with a predatory gleam, akin to beasts long constrained, now suddenly set free.

Since their arrival on this plane, a multitude of restrictions had been imposed upon them.

Austin's directives were explicit: they were forbidden from damaging the plane's foundational structure, influencing the local populace, or generating significant disturbances in the plane's natural energy flow. Dealing with anomalies required meticulous planning, containing them demanded precise calculations, and during any confrontation, they had to exercise constant vigilance over their power output to prevent exceeding established boundaries.

They were wizards, beings considered supreme in this world, yet they had been compelled to act with the delicacy of hunters stalking mice in a fragile shop, forced to tread with extreme care in every action. Now, Jie Ming informed them that the shop itself was now encased within an impenetrable glass dome.

The world beyond this dome would remain entirely unaffected; within its confines, however, they were free to unleash their full might.

Wizard Scarlet Flame initiated the action.

Without employing any wizardry, he simply plummeted downwards.

His descent accelerated to speeds far exceeding the sound barrier, generating a visible white conical shockwave. This wave struck the ground, scattering the projected structures on the periphery of Hollow City in broad swathes.

His fist collided with the demarcation line where the city met the earth. This strike contained no elemental enhancements; it was the raw physical power of a seventh-ring wizard's augmented physique.

The impact created a colossal, fan-shaped crater spanning over a kilometer in diameter. Cracks radiated from its edges, penetrating the city like a rapidly expanding spiderweb. Yet, despite the immense destruction, the shockwave's area of effect remained remarkably contained.

The debris churned by the impact barely had time to ascend before its momentum waned, gently falling back to the ground.

The other wizards followed suit, one after another.

No longer bound by output limitations, the wizards unleashed a simultaneous barrage of fire, lightning, frost, corrosive energies, gravity manipulation, spatial ruptures, and a myriad of other elemental attacks. These forces converged above Hollow City, forming a tempest of destructive power.

Beyond their wizardry, an even greater number of wizards chose to engage using their physical capabilities.

Wizards continuously mutated their forms, transforming into monstrous tentacled beings or colossal, muscle-bound giants, roaring as they descended upon the city below!

Under the suppression field of the Anti-Magic Disk, all power repercussions were contained.

Even if the unleashed power became excessive, there was no concern about its leakage causing undue harm to the external environment.

And even with the Anti-Magic Disk's dampening effect, the sheer destructive capacity demonstrated by the wizards after their release was nothing short of astounding.

The consequences quickly became evident. Hollow City began to disintegrate under the relentless onslaught.

Projected structures melted under intense heat, shattered by freezing temperatures, collapsed due to warped gravity fields, and dissolved under spatial lacerations.

The composite materials of steel and concrete, originally formed from anomalous energies, finally began to yield under the sustained, high-intensity, and unsparing assault.

Jie Ming remained suspended in the air, observing without engaging in the offensive.

The Anti-Magic Disk hovered before him, its inscribed runes glowing steadily, maintaining the elemental containment over the entire designated area.

The vertical line etched onto his forehead illuminated. The All-Purpose Eye and the Fate Subsystem activated concurrently, continuously scrutinizing the condition of Hollow City.

The moment the energy levels dipped below a critical threshold and Hollow City's structure initiated a self-induced collapse at the verge of energy depletion, Jie Ming reacted instantly.

“Prepare for sealing,” Jie Ming’s voice commanded, echoing across the sky.

Without hesitation, the wizards ceased their barrage.

By this point, the entire city bore the resemblance of a complete ruin. It was virtually impossible to discern any fragment larger than a human hand.

Jie Ming orchestrated the deactivation of the Anti-Magic Disk. Once the suppression field was lifted, several seventh-ring wizards extended their hands in unison. Miniature sealing arrays materialized in their palms. Under their coordinated control, these arrays expanded rapidly, soon encompassing the entirety of the city.

Sensing the wizards' intent, a dark purple luminescence radiated from the city's core, attempting to resist the constricting force of the seal.

However, its energy reserves had been thoroughly depleted by the preceding carpet bombing. Its efforts to resist were ultimately futile.

The array enveloped the entire Hollow City, transforming it into an immense sphere of light.

This sphere of light then rapidly contracted within the confines of the seal, ultimately being compressed by the wizards into a crystal roughly the size of a ping-pong ball.

The crystal's surface was polished to a mirror-like sheen. Within its depths, a faintly pulsating cluster of light was visible, akin to a heart encased in solidified amber.

Wizard Scarlet Flame accepted the crystal into his palm, his gaze sweeping over every wizard present.

From his storage dimension, he extracted an unpolished raw crystal ore. A third of the luminous mass, extracted from the sealed crystal, was then pressed into the ore. Upon contact, the crystal’s surface instantly became adorned with numerous rune seals, effectively encasing the Hollow City’s core.

This sealed crystal was then thrown towards Jie Ming.

Jie Ming caught it with an outstretched hand, and he acknowledged the energy vibrations emanating from the crystal with a satisfied nod.

Even though it was unfinished, it remained a legitimate core specimen from a Destruction Grade anomaly.

It possessed significant value, whether intended for study or as a component for biomodification.

Once the sealed crystal was safely stowed within his internal cave, Jie Ming’s attention shifted away from the wizards dividing the loot. His gaze lifted towards the heavens.

The violet clouds overhead had thinned considerably.

Through the translucent veil of purple, an unblemished azure sky began to emerge.
