I Am The Game's Villain Chapter 753: [Final Event] [Blood Moon Festival] [35] All Out Against Cyril Raven

Previously on I Am The Game's Villain...
Amael finds himself distracted by memories of Cleenah’s divine dimension and her cryptic warnings about the nature of gods and the unpredictable heart of Persephone. These reflections are cut short by a brutal confrontation with Cyril Raven, who utilizes twisted blood puppets and overwhelming speed to pressure Amael and his temporary ally, Kendel Teraquin. Despite the intensity of the assault, Amael coordinates a desperate counterattack with Kendel’s elemental support. Utilizing a combination of Trinity Nihil, purple flames, and spatial mirrors, Amael momentarily traps Cyril within a collapsing dome of white sand and Sin of Wrath. The battlefield is consumed by a massive explosion of purple light as Amael attempts to finally overcome the relentless blood user.

-BOOOOOOM!!!

A violent purple radiance consumed the entire battlefield.

Sight, sound, and sensation vanished for a heartbeat, replaced by nothing but blistering heat and raw pressure.

However...

A dark silhouette tore through the billowing smoke.

-Thud!

Cyril slammed into the earth, his body skidding for dozens of meters and carving a deep furrow in the soil. A gruesome diagonal gash split his chest from shoulder to gut. Blood sprayed out, sizzling as it made contact with the lingering Wrath particles in the air.

He was a mangled wreck. Strips of skin hung from his frame, and his muscles were shredded so badly that the pale flash of bone was visible through the crimson ruins of his flesh. Yet, whenever the unnatural ruby light from the overhead dome touched him, his meat began to crawl and pulsate, knitting itself back together in a sickening display of mockery.

"Ah—ahaha..." Cyril let out a wet laugh, struggling against the blood filling his throat. Blackened ichor stained his lips, but he maintained a delighted grin. "It’s all for nothing, Amael."

A surge of uncontrollable fury boiled within me.

"Just fucking die!"

I lunged forward with Trinity Nihil held high. The blade shrieked, wreathed in violet fire, as I brought it down in a killing blow.

-BOOOOM!!!

Suddenly, a massive lance of blood intercepted me, halting my strike with crushing force. I looked up and froze.

A three-meter monstrosity formed of solidified gore stood between us, backed by a glowing crimson mana circle. Its design and aura were hauntingly familiar—it resembled the nightmare giants with stomach-maws that Elizabeth used to summon.

"...!"

Before I could move, needle-like spikes erupted from the giant's torso, shooting toward me like a hail of arrows. I prepared for the impact, but green vines suddenly lashed out from behind me. Kendel’s flora intercepted the attack just in time, though a few stray needles still managed to tear into my midsection.

"Aghh—!"

The agony was sharp enough to steal the air from my lungs.

Another vine wrapped around my arm, hauling me back just as the blood giant prepared to hurl its massive lance like a javelin.

Dammit!

I threw my hand out and manifested a mirror.

-BOOOOM!!

The projectile was deflected, gouging a massive hole in the ground as it passed. A cloud of dust billowed up, and when it finally cleared—

Cyril had vanished.

-SPURT!!

The sickening sound of tearing flesh echoed across the field.

I whipped around, my eyes widening in horror.

"Arghh..." Kendel gasped. Cyril’s blade had been driven straight through his back, and blood was cascading down his clothes.

"Giving up your life for a Human you’ve always looked down on," Cyril remarked. "Who could have predicted this? Do you feel the regret, Kendel?"

Kendel collapsed to his knees, spitting up blood. Yet, despite the pain, a small smile touched his lips.

"It... doesn’t matter..."

"Then perish here."

Cyril raised his weapon for the finish.

-BOOOOOM!!!

I struck him before he could react. The impact sent him tumbling backward into the dirt. His right arm was bent at a sickening, broken angle.

He stared at me, then shifted his gaze to Trinity Nihil, which had turned charred and black from the intense strain.

Ignoring the burning pain in my nerves, I forced more Wrath into the sword.

"I'm finished with you, Cyril."

I charged, the Wrath in my veins feeling like flowing lava.

-BOOOOM!!!

Cyril managed to block, but he couldn't push me back this time.

"What is this energy?" he asked, his eyes narrowing.

"Sin of Wrath," I snarled.

I evaded the blood giant’s lunge, stomped the earth, and buried Trinity Nihil deep into its chest before detonating my Wrath.

-BOOOOOOOM!!!

The creature exploded instantly, covering me in a wave of gore.

I searched the field until I spotted him again.

He had grabbed Kendel once more, his hand buried in the man's chest as he drained his life force.

-BOOOOOM!!!

A violent crimson aura erupted from Cyril, swirling around him like a star fueled by slaughter.

"AHAHAHA! This power is incredible! No wonder the Vampire Witch felt like a deity!" he bellowed, tossing Kendel’s broken body away like a piece of trash.

-BAM!!

I was on him the moment Kendel hit the ground. Cyril caught the edge of Trinity Nihil with his bare palm, blood running down his arm.

I gritted my teeth and channeled even more Wrath.

-BOOOOM!!

-SPURT!

His hand was severed completely.

He retreated, laughing like a madman despite the loss of his limb.

I moved to strike again, but a faint noise stopped me.

"Ughh..."

It was Kendel.

I looked down at him, momentarily speechless.

"I—I don’t want your thanks..." he muttered.

He reached out, his trembling fingers clutching my arm.

"F–Freydis... protect my family—"

"I will," I promised softly.

His green eyes searched mine for a second before the light left them. He went limp.

In his final moments, he had chosen a noble path.

It was an act I never expected from him.

Cyril let out a scoff behind me. "Pathetic. To die in such a way."

Behind the villain, a massive tornado of blood began to swirl, filling the air with a heavy metallic scent.

I didn't bother responding.

Dragon-like scales began to cover my arms as the five rings of Vysindra circled them like ethereal serpents. My eyes shifted into amber slits. Trinity Nihil was coated in a dark, ominous sheen of Wrath.

My body felt as though it were being torn apart from within, but I no longer cared.

Violet flames erupted, drowning out the world. I vanished into the fire and dove straight into the heart of the blood tornado.

Within the vortex, our blades clashed repeatedly while needles of gore pelted my body.

"Ughhh—arghhhh!!"

A roar tore from my throat. Gripping Trinity Nihil with everything I had, I swung the blade, letting the Wrath consume the swirling blood.

-BOOOOOM!

The whirlwind was sliced in two. For a brief second, the world stood still as the two halves of the storm hung like red curtains.

Cyril moved through the opening like a ghost.

His fist connected with my jaw.

-BAM!!!

Agony exploded in my face. I heard the bone snap, and I was sent tumbling across the earth. I had to plunge Trinity Nihil into the ground to finally halt my momentum.

There was no time to recover.

I created a mirror behind me and dove through it just as Cyril’s sword cleaved the air where my head had been.

Reappearing behind him, I swung in a massive arc.

"Rings of Vysindra," I muttered.

-BOOOOOM!

A ring of purple fire exploded outward, knocking Cyril off balance. Even in the air, his blood barrier instinctively rose to dampen the impact.

"How long will you keep fighting, Amael!?" Cyril screamed, reaching out with his remaining hand.

As his killing intent washed over me, a sudden blast of wind appeared out of nowhere.

Then, it blew up.

-BOOOOM!!!

The blast pushed me back, but it devastated Cyril—ripping away half his face in a spray of blood.

I regained my footing and looked over.

Aerinwyn was there, her silver hair a mess and her green eyes burning. Mana radiated from her in heavy waves.

We didn't need to speak.

We shared a single objective: Cyril's death.

I lunged at Cyril again. His face was a mangled mess of twitching muscle and bubbling blood. It seemed his regeneration was finally reaching its limit; his movements were sluggish.

I was so close to finishing him.

But then, people began to appear—actual civilians, not monsters. They were all trapped under the Blood Moon Spell, their gazes vacant and red.

My blade faltered for a heartbeat.

That was all he needed.

Cyril slammed his foot down.

"Ughh!!"

A spike of blood shot up from the floor, skewering my thigh. The pain was like a lightning strike to my spine.

"Kill him," Cyril commanded.

The brainwashed crowd rushed toward me.

Suddenly, the air grew frigid.

A massive wall of ice rose between me and the crowd, quickly expanding to seal the entire group in a frozen tomb.

I turned my head.

Celeste had arrived.

"...!"

There was no time for words.

The ice shattered as Cyril burst through, his blades carving through stone and the people inside alike. He didn't care about the lives he was ending as he charged toward me.

"To hesitate is to die," Cyril said, aiming for my throat.

The sound of clashing steel rang out.

A silver sword blocked the strike at the final second.

Aerinwyn stood before me, her blade shaking under the force, but she held her ground.

Cyril’s face contorted. "Aerinwyn."

His blood arts lashed out in jagged spikes. I summoned my Wrath, grabbed Aerinwyn’s sword to help her push back, and thrust Trinity Nihil toward his heart.

Cyril twisted away with a smirk, but his confidence broke when Celeste fell upon him like a falling star.

-BOOOOM!

The impact sent him skidding across the ground in a trail of ice. Half his body was frozen, though red veins were already beginning to crack the frost.

I pursued him immediately.

We couldn't give him a chance to heal.

A giant purple mana circle appeared before my sword.

"Burning Breath of Vysindra!"

-BOOOOOM!!!

A flood of violet fire roared toward Cyril. He swung his blade, creating a thick barrier of blood that met the flames in a massive explosion.

In that split second, Aerinwyn appeared behind him. Her sword was already moving, glowing with mana so dense it seemed to warp the air. The wind hummed with an electric intensity.

-BOOOOOM!!

Her strike cut through Cyril’s torso. For a fleeting moment, I thought we had won.

But the hope vanished instantly.

Cyril’s body dissolved into a puddle of blood.

It was a clone.

"So naïve," his voice whispered from behind me.

I felt his blade rushing toward my back—fast enough that I knew I couldn't dodge.

Suddenly, Celeste was there. Her blade met Cyril’s with a thunderous crash.

-BOOOOM!!!!

The shockwave threw me back. I stared in shock.

Her reaction time was impossible...

Unless she had seen it coming through the future.

"Ars Fatum," Celeste whispered. White sand swirled around her weapon like smoke.

"Again with this?" Cyril spat.

Before he could react, the sand hardened into a long blade that extended from her sword, piercing his chest.

Cyril’s face twisted in pain. He jumped back, his flesh full of holes and blood pouring out. His regeneration was working, but it was incredibly slow now.

Aerinwyn was already in position behind him.

"Zephyr Blades!"

She slashed down, and the air itself seemed to explode. Cyril’s blood barrier flickered but failed. Aerinwyn’s blade sent him flying like a broken doll.

I gave him no respite.

Activating Amunet’s Grasp, my speed hit its limit. My body felt like it was breaking as I wreathed Trinity Nihil in Wrath and swung at him.

Cyril simply smirked.

The ground beneath us lit up with dozens of crimson circles.

I cursed and tried to destroy them, but they all detonated at once, sending a storm of blood needles in every direction.

-BOOOOM!

My Wrath blocked some of it, but the rest pierced my skin like iron bolts. Pain flared in my ribs and limbs.

As I landed, Cyril was already in front of me, his sword aimed at my neck.

He was too fast.

I raised my sword, but I knew I was too late.

Then Aerinwyn blurred into view, her blade clashing with his. Every one of her swings created a wave of pressurized air, but Cyril parried them with ease, forcing her back.

Celeste joined the fray from behind, but Cyril vanished and reappeared next to Aerinwyn.

He kicked her hard in the side.

"Ughh!"

She was sent spinning. She used her wind to soften the impact before landing on her knees, exhausted.

I struggled for breath as Celeste fought him. The ground was shattering from their power, but even she was starting to buckle under his assault.

I forced myself to move.

Wrath covered my skin like searing chains, granting me a burst of speed that caught Cyril off guard.

He tried to move his hand to defend himself, but he was too slow.

Trinity Nihil flashed through the air, and his hand was severed.

Cyril stumbled, his eyes wide with shock.

Celeste seized the opening.

Her blade moved in a blur.

-SPURT!!!

A massive gash opened across his chest, the healing process now visibly struggling.

Now.

Before he could move, I threw Trinity Nihil through his body. The blade broke through his bone and pinned him back.

I used a mirror to grab him and slam him into the ground with everything I had.

-BAM!!!!

"It ends here," I declared, gripping my sword as Wrath surged.

"Sin of Wrath—"

-Spurt!!

A crimson blade tore through my side. The pain was blinding.

I froze in shock.

Cyril looked up at me with a grin, his sword having taken a chunk out of my side.

"Blood Arts," he whispered.

"Amael!!" Celeste cried out.

She grabbed me and leaped away instantly.

-BOOOOM!!!

Cyril’s blood exploded outward, launching Trinity Nihil into the air until it embedded itself in a distant rock.

"This damn bastard..." I groaned, summoning my sword back to my hand.

Cyril stood up unsteadily, coughing up dark, almost black blood.

"You’re all like vermin," he spat. "Every last one of you."

"Shut your mouth," I growled, charging him again. He just smirked.

"Slow."

But his smugness vanished.

A concentrated blast of wind hit my back—Aerinwyn’s work. She had shaped the wind into a jetstream that launched me forward like a cannonball.

The world became a blur.

I was in front of Cyril in an instant.

His eyes went wide. He tried to raise a hand, but Celeste had already frozen it in solid ice.

He tried the other, but it hadn't finished growing back.

I gripped Trinity Nihil with both hands. Wrath raced up the metal like violet lightning. The four rings of Vysindra’s fire spun around the blade until the heat made the air hiss.

I was within range.

I delivered a horizontal slash.

-BOOOOOM!!!!

Cyril’s blood barrier appeared, but it immediately began to shatter like glass.

"T–That was—"

His laugh died as the cracks spread across the shield.

He tried to pour more blood into the barrier, but I pushed more Wrath into my sword. My muscles and bones felt like they were on the verge of snapping.

I gritted my teeth until I tasted blood.

-BOOOOOM!!!!

The resulting shockwave sent stone and dirt flying everywhere. A crater formed beneath us from the sheer pressure.

Blood leaked from my lips. My vision blurred from the pain.

It didn't matter.

I just had to kill him.

-BOOOOOOM!!!

Vysindra’s flames exploded in response to my rage. The heat slammed into Cyril’s barrier with irresistible power.

-CRACK!!!

The barrier finally gave way.

Trinity Nihil sliced through it like paper.

Cyril tried to raise his sword in desperation, but it was useless.

My blade cut through his weapon and his chest. Flesh, bone, and organs were destroyed in a wet, violent explosion.

"AGHH!!" He choked, spraying black blood.

-BOOOOOOM!!!

The force sent him tumbling away like a discarded toy. His body rolled for dozens of meters before finally coming to a stop.

"...Ah... ah... ah..." I breathed heavily, the world spinning as I watched his motionless form.

He wasn't healing anymore.

At last.

I let out a shaky, exhausted sigh. Every breath felt like fire.

-Thud!

I turned around quickly.

Aerinwyn had collapsed, her
