Yasenia laid her rare male dragon egg and curled protectively around it in miniature dragon form for seven days until it solidified. The group entered to admire the handsome, cosmos-patterned egg housing her Mythical Core Dragon son in humanoid form, destined to hatch in 20 to 100 years. Though deeply attached, Yasenia planned to swiftly conquer the remaining ancestral lands to reunite with Andrea and her lovers, but after a year's delay, Tatyana kicked her toward the volcanic region.

Dragons guarding the entrance felt shock as a meteor-like object smashed beside them, making them turn their heads. Spotting the small and lovely dragon, they all burst into uncontrollable laughter.

A nurturing dragon glided closer with gentleness and beamed. “Little one, why are you here? Be careful, or the flames are going to hurt you.”

Yasenia, sized like a mighty large horse as a dragon, appeared to them as a newborn. Her build seemed odd in their view, resembling a shrunken giant rather than a typical juvenile.

Nevertheless, with wings spanning roughly 10 meters, a body plus tail just over 6 meters long, and shoulder height exceeding two meters slightly, she was undoubtedly a tiny creature.

‘Ugh… Now that I am not pregnant, they are not treating me tenderly anymore!’

Yasenia grumbled nonstop inside her thoughts as the gentle, mature dragon neared and bent down tenderly. Lifting her gaze, Yasenia blinked and grinned. “Junior, don’t worry. Please step back for a moment, I need a bit of space.”

“Junior?” The nurturing dragon puzzled over it as dreadful powers rushed toward Yasenia.

The kilometer-long dragon suddenly sensed her neck tilting back, her eyes climbing higher and higher until staring directly skyward.

The colossal dragon that materialized unfurled her wings, blanketing the heavens above and lighting it with a huge Sun and Moon, sparkling Starlight across her magnificent wings.

The nurturing dragon's mouth fell open, baffled by the daytime turning into a starry night with a radiant sun.

Next, the massive dragon tucked her wings and gazed down smilingly. “Thank you for your concern, junior. I will be going down now.”

Thus, Yasenia extended her wings and leaped skyward, soaring ahead into the volcanic heart of the [Embercore Nesting Grounds].

Every dragon there gawked as the empyrean dragon vanished into the horizon.

Meanwhile, Yasenia inhaled deeply, feeling lighter than earlier. ‘I don’t mean to blame my little boy. However, moving without the worry of the child in my stomach is truly… liberating.’

Yasenia understood her body's toughness well. Hence, she feared no harm. Her typical combat approach against equals or superiors involved trading blows for wounds strategically.

Thus, while bearing her dear son, Yasenia avoided overly wild fights.

Her attention locked on the region forward. “Embercore Nesting Grounds… I wonder what kind of senior I will encounter here. However… This place is on the surface, right? The current ancestors should’ve known about this old ancestor then…”

Doubt filled her eyes, as Ao Xianlan had said she could fly directly to the Embercore Nesting Grounds' center.

“Perhaps… there is no treasure here?”

Yasenia's form shot ahead, spanning thousands of kilometers per second effortlessly. As a peak Level Three Sixth Realm powerhouse, Yasenia's velocity could exceed light speed in vacuum. Naturally, combat changed everything.

No one equates a dash with battle pace.

Yet, Yasenia didn't hasten excessively. She shut her eyes softly, drawing in profound breaths. “This volcanic zone boasts countless erupting volcanoes, and the atmosphere tastes… spicy. Every inhalation brings ash, glowing embers, and the pure essence of the Embercore Nesting Grounds.”

This ash proved harmless, however. Yasenia observed it dissolving inside her, converting to nourishing power, just like the embers. Evidently, similar to the Genesis Lightning in the rift, these elements here were altered for benefits.

“Still, I can see how one might overdo it here. I have no doubt plenty of foolhardy souls perished, choked to death.”

The breathlessness here differed from simple suffocation. It was utter soul-extinguishing void, claiming lives in minutes without caution.

“So, I still have to be careful.”

Her silhouette traversed vast expanses, golden eyes noting the shifting terrain. Initially, volcanoes dotted sparsely. Finding one every 1,000 kilometers was uncommon, most spaced by about 3,000 kilometers.

But deeper in, the barren black plains with lava metal streams morphed into a dense volcanic range, riddled with profound magma flows and pools.

Dark clouds had long shrouded the sky, volcanic bolts crackling all around. Eruptions blasting out with fearsome blasts rivaled festive fireworks.

Yasenia felt genuine awe. “This place is truly violent.”

Still, her frame registered zero discomfort. Even slicing through a thunder-laced volcanic plume left her unscathed.

Noting her durability, Yasenia exhaled. “I knew my two new treasures had utterly remade my physique, but the extent is beyond imagination.”

For verification, Yasenia breathed deeply, sensing the energies offered minimal aid. Though meant chiefly to enhance her Dragon Breath and more, progress crawled.

“I guess I really need to go to the core straight away.”

Affirming her hunch, Yasenia unleashed her full pace. Activating motion arts, a mighty wingbeat propelled her forward in a booming blue streak across the skies.

After two days at maximum velocity, Yasenia reached the core zone. Yet, her brows knitted. “I mean… I can sense the improvement. The ash and embers are scorching my lungs and respiratory system, constantly improving my dragon breath. However, at this pace, I will need to stay here for 200 years to see some generous improvements.”

In the heart, Yasenia beheld a heaven-scraping volcano ringed by lesser peaks she could overshadow. Her sight rose to the towering central cone, lost in thought.

“...Let’s go take a look.”

Free from baby concerns, Yasenia soared upward boldly! Injury? She'd withdraw then.

Her form swept close to the grandest volcano's flank, then ascended alongside its incline.

As she climbed, solid and liquid rock chunks plummeted toward her like meteors. Yasenia merely sneered, ignoring evasion.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Volcano-spewed rocks exploded on impact, failing to hinder her ascent.

Swiftly, she breached the pitch-black, storm-raged clouds, sight obscured. Yasenia narrowed her eyes, deploying Spiritual Sense. Her peak Big Improvement Realm sense bloomed, reclaiming her perceptions.

Instantly, chaotic lightning serpents twisted and struck her. Yasenia grinned. “It tickles~.”

Minutes later, her body crested the summit, revealing the volcano's immensity. There, she perched on the crater's lip, claws splashing overflowing magma.

“Strange…”

Magma pooled far below the vent, yet streams climbed the walls oddly. This peculiarity startled Yasenia but didn't fully unsettle her.

Her Spiritual Sense cut through clouds, probing rapidly. “As I expected, this place has much stronger ash and embers. Now, I can feel some burn in my lungs when I breathe. But…” She squinted. “It’s not enough.”

If this summed up the zone's offerings, Yasenia would pivot and leave immediately. The gains hardly justified the trip.

“But… this place can’t be this simple.”

Experience spoke through her. She hadn't encountered the guardian old ancestor yet!

“I refuse to believe there is nothing here.”

Thus, a daring grin lit her face as Yasenia flared her vast wings and plunged into the volcano!

True to anticipation, moments before magma immersion, a dragon coalesced from dense ash, claw latching her tail firmly.

Yasenia's expression twisted. ‘Again!?’

Utterly merciless, she whipped around, fangs clamping as if to shred the spirit.

CHOMP!

Surprisingly, no agonized cry followed for Yasenia.

Shifting her golden gaze to the newcomer, she froze in astonishment.

The dragon eyed her with cool red orbs, body formed of swirling black ash. Smoke perpetually rose from his frame, those crimson eyes betraying scant feeling.

Then, his jaws parted, inferno flames kindling deep within. “Junior, if you continue, you’ll die.”

‘Heavens, this dragon is intimidating to the extreme!’

Yasenia affirmed without hesitation: this was the most terrifying dragon she'd met, eclipsing even Tian Long’s primordial abyss aura.

The effect hit hard, prompting Yasenia to release her bite willingly. The dragon reciprocated by freeing her tail. ‘This ancestor is quite… gloomy. I guess I need to be formal with this one.’
