Yasenia endured agonizing pain as energies from her Celestial Pearl, Thunderheart Genesis Pearl, Celestial Black Hole Energy Star, and Primordial Palace merged into a new treasure. Heaven amassed a Punishment Tribulation of overwhelming intensity, far surpassing her Low Level Transcendence Realm, filling observers like Tatyana, Lady First, and Ao Xianlan with despair. Yasenia completed the incomplete [Celestial Genesis Tribulation Core], unleashed all her powers, and charged the colossal [Star Destroying Tribulation Lightning Dragon], devouring it to shatter the tribulation clouds.

As Yasenia rocketed upward and slammed into the Punishment Tribulation, Tatyana understood it was finished, ripping open the space ahead and landing directly in front of Yasenia.

Tatyana's Spiritual Sense scanned over Yasenia's form, making her heart clench tightly. What Yasenia had just pulled off was no small achievement. The figure, hidden moments ago by the blazing flashes from their clash, now appeared clearly in Tatyana’s view.

Her exterior was nearly charred black, smoke rising from her body while most scales and even her wings had turned pitch dark. Tatyana's heart jumped into her throat as she urgently called out. “Ao Xianlan, summon dragons with Life Law or something similar right now!”

Ao Xianlan moved swiftly, darting through the skies to grab a dragon versed in a healing-related Law.

Meanwhile, Yasenia's body plummeted from above. Lady First reached the scene, her thoughts far steadier than Tatyana’s. ‘Her wounds are severe. Yet, her soul remains stable, and internal organs only suffered minor damage.’

While considering this, Lady First turned to Tatyana and said, striving for a calming tone. She recognized Tatyana's tense state, after all. “Tatyana, we can let her heal on her own. I’ve examined her closely, and her vitality is holding strong. You know natural recovery will benefit her the most.”

Tatyana gazed at her for several seconds upon hearing this, the dark ink in her crimson eyes swirling and fading repeatedly.

Ao Xianlan showed up just then, but before the dragon she fetched could apply any healing art, Tatyana commanded icily. “Stop. Don’t heal her.”

Lady First nodded quietly, whereas Ao Xianlan felt puzzled briefly. Panic gripped her deeply too. She had come to see Yasenia as her own kin. Ao Xianlan would only oppose the dragoness if she threatened their Dragon Clan. Otherwise, she confessed to her strong bias toward her.

“Are you sure?”

Tatyana replied, her tone and expression detached. “Check her body. I can’t detect any scent of death on her, only scorched flesh.”

The white-and-green dragon performed her own scan and nodded. “Ancestor Ao, Lady Death Empress’s assessment is spot on. Though heavily wounded and needing about five years to mend, she’s entirely safe now.” The dragon let out a sigh, eyes filled with emotion. “Honestly, it’s remarkable. Even in that dire state, this junior shielded her vital organs and meridian paths, surviving despite most of her body essentially dying.”

Ao Xianlan said nothing, simply scooping Yasenia into her embrace. Stretching to over 1,000 kilometers, Ao Xianlan carried Yasenia with total ease.

Tatyana watched as Ao Xianlan bore Yasenia away, then glanced down at the Genesis Thunder Rift. Her vision effortlessly cut through the vast distance, landing on Big Sister Ji’s location. “Why did this happen?”

Big Sister Ji shook her head steadily at the icy, menacing voice. “I don’t know. Ask that little girl yourself. Also, reassure her there’s no need to fret—the leftover Punishment Tribulation will more than make up for what she claimed.”

“Compensate?” Tatyana’s voice dropped lower, growing more ominous. “You demand compensation after nearly slaying the one this Empress cherishes? Hear this: if you don’t make it right, I’ll reap dragon souls until my fury cools.”

Big Sister Ji’s brow furrowed sharply, yet she was powerless to act. Leaving her spot would draw Heaven’s wrath. Her power stayed capped at the Heavenly Layer’s peak. In reality, she far outstripped a Level 6 Star Core Beast.

After weighing her options briefly and noting Tatyana’s glare icing over further, the Ancestor yielded. “Fine, fine. Take this. Even as a human, it grants treasury access to claim the marked item.”

A golden dragon scale, bigger than a 20-story building, materialized before Tatyana, who snatched it up and departed.

Below, Big Sister Ji shook her draconic head. “Well, I’ve got energy now for a hundred Thunderheart Genesis Pearls, let alone the one Yasenia snagged. No grounds to gripe.”

Tatyana entered the Dragon Treasury, brushing off the guards’ halt commands and striding in. The formations detected the scale in her storage ring and allowed passage, even directing her to the treasure’s spot.

Arriving there, Tatyana watched the massive scale merge into the treasury wall, which parted to expose a Beast Core.

Tatyana’s eyes narrowed briefly at it before she grasped it. “A Beast Core from an Immortal Bloodline dragon who hit the Star Core Realm.” After a moment’s thought, Tatyana nodded. It held little worth for her personally, but value shifted by perspective. For Yasenia, this divine item would awaken her bloodline and attune her to Seventh Realm energies earlier.

Thus, Tatyana claimed it and hurried back to Ao Xianlan’s cave.

“Death Empress, what did you take from the treasury!?”

Tatyana ignored the ancestors’ outcry, replying frostily. “Compensation. If unhappy, talk to that dragon in the Genesis Thunder Rift’s depths.”

As Tatyana dissolved into a black streak and vanished into Ao Xianlan’s cave, the ancestors felt choked. They couldn’t handle this mother-daughter duo at all!

These world-peak dwellers felt truly oppressed. Naturally, revenge never crossed their minds. Still, they craved some respect!

Ignoring the Ancestors, Tatyana reached Yasenia’s resting spot. There, she found Luan Feixue weeping beside the scorched dragoness, her heart aching fiercely.

Even the millennia-old four maids wore deep frowns.

“Ao Xianlan, help Yasenia absorb this core.”

Ao Xianlan glanced over, startling at the Beast Core with fear. “Where’d you get this? You didn’t slay a dragon, did you? I warn you, Tatyana, I can shield you somewhat, but…”

“Cut the chatter and use it,” Tatyana said flatly. “Would I risk that now, of all times?”

Ao Xianlan eased, reasoning coolly. ‘True, she wouldn’t. This came by legitimate means.’

Meanwhile, Yasenia’s awareness drifted hazily, her thoughts foggy. The upward surge hadn’t spared just her from harm.

Every treasure had shouldered the Punishment Tribulation’s crushing force and wild energies, forcing nearly all into a brief slumber.

Yet calamity bred fortune. Yasenia and her treasures reaped massive gains, now evolving and enhancing.

Thus, time flowed on, and Yasenia’s mind gradually roused.

Pain hit first—searing agony everywhere, like countless fiery needles buried beneath her skin.

‘Hurts… Heavens, it hurts so much…’

Her eyes wouldn’t open, and turbulent energy limited her Spiritual Sense to mere meters. Blindness gripped her now.

Still, she examined her form internally and sighed in relief upon scanning. ‘The child is safe. Good. I shielded it to the last.’

That assurance quelled most of her worry. This ordeal had truly terrified her, spiraling beyond control.

‘Even the ever-steady Primordial Temple stirred. What monstrosity birthed this time?’

Memories trickled back, piecing it together. ‘Right, the treasure hadn’t finished. Why did it abruptly solidify at the end?’

Though soul damage throbbed sharply, Yasenia’s soul was insanely tough. She swiftly pieced events together.

‘During my ascent, the treasure stayed incomplete—truly so. It forced manifestation to devour most Heavenly Lightning and temper itself real. Just before impact, I felt its desperate summons, urging me to bring it forth.’

Yasenia pondered, remembering her instinctive shout. ‘[Celestial Genesis Tribulation Core]... Sounds immensely potent. Has this replaced my [Celestial Pearl] as the new Soul Core?’

After untold time, Yasenia peered into her Dantian at last, nearly gasping in shock. ‘Heavens, what’s this chaos?’

Planets embodying Soluna, Draheart, Dramel, Sui Xing, and the Ancient Flag all wrapped in rainbow lightning barrages. Sui Xing and Draheart shrugged it off easily, their supreme ranks shining. The others struggled hard—even the Ancient Battle Flag faltered.

‘Other treasures fare decently, though most bear lingering lightning strands.’

Eyeing the [Primordial Starheart], she saw it aiding the rest in processing gains. Its shedding auras swept over, sloughing outer layers to fuse in the tribulation lightning’s power.

Those flakes orbited calmly before the gluttonous Celestial Black Hole Energy Star devoured them. Having expended much to birth its new ally, this treasure hungered. The starry black disk around the blue core shredded all comers, gravity from the central Black Hole hauling them in.

“As for the newcomer… It seems vibrant?”

This fresh cosmic orb, a tiny universe ringed by gray dust, sprouted a new trait. Within its galaxy-packed void, multicolored lightning now flickered.

“That’s… Tribulation Lightning?” Yasenia froze in awe. “Does it contain it, or merely mimic the might?”

As she mused, fresh energy surged through her meridians. “So pure—where from? And surging bloodline power too!”

Before, post-trial, mid-level Immortal Bloodline had eluded her. Now, this influx made it feasible.

“Right, time to assimilate all these boons.”

Yasenia withdrew her awareness, her constitution’s might then surging to harmonize and absorb it all into her frame.
