Harem Stealer: Reborn with the God-Tier Sharing System Chapter 475 - We don't forget
Previously on Harem Stealer: Reborn with the God-Tier Sharing System...
A shower of blood and ashes descended from the heavens, as if the sky itself was mourning.
The fabric of Sunny ripped apart, its furious roars and indignant bellows echoing like booming thunder, while the Dreamspawn accompanying Foxy plummeted downward akin to a barrage of iron
rain.
The spectacle proved both awe-inspiring and terrifying. In that moment, Rue found himself unable to resist admiring them, yet he also dreaded the chaos they might unleash upon hitting the writhing ground beneath.
Down on the scorched terrain, he fixed his quivering golden gaze upon Foxy, observing how visions—too vivid to dismiss as mere illusions—surged wildly into the present world fueled by her rage.
"BROTHER!!!"
Her shout was so piercing that the atmosphere visibly split, stirring and swirling in agitation.
In that very moment, Foxy's focus narrowed solely to her brother. With a single look, she assessed his dire state.
She witnessed him uttering her name, only to perish and resurrect once more. The cycle occurred with such speed that anyone without training might believe he hadn't perished at all.
A rage and fury so intense and overwhelming stained her glowing purple eyes with red, gripping her heart in a brutal vise like a fist clenched tight.
Pain throbbed deeply in her chest.
The compulsion to annihilate and massacre all in sight grew so irresistible that Foxy nearly overlooked her primary mission: rescuing her brother, not engaging in battle.
No. Not on this day.
Silent and still descending toward the surface, Foxy swiveled her head rightward, eyeing the Dreamspawn next to her.
This particular one stood out a bit. It appeared as a "she," even if that wasn't immediately obvious. Furthermore, a distinctive mark adorned her tongue—one resembling a brain, intricately wrinkled and vividly realistic, tinted blue.
A Ranker, that's what she claimed to be.
"Ranker Lhysta." Foxy summoned, her tone so icy that the surrounding chill deepened noticeably. "Save my brother."
She commanded.
Lhysta regarded her, despite lacking visible eyes to do so. Then, a grin spread across her face as she extended her tongue, conveying her words to Foxy via Dreams.
"Your orders are my command, Blessed."
The moment those words escaped Lhysta's lips, the runes on the ground that confined Premier in perpetual dying and reviving became enveloped in a azure glow of illusionary magic.
The radiance pulsed once, twice, thrice... transforming Soleil's runes into those woven from dreams.
"Click-!"
With a snap of her elongated finger, Lhysta shattered the runes into droplets of glowing liquid that vanished as if illusions dispelled.
Right then, Foxy landed alongside the other Dreamspawn. Her feet met the sizzling ground, and she bolted
straight for Premier without delay.
Sunny's Will launched its assault at once, calling forth streams of flames and showers of liquid stone that crackled through the atmosphere.
The stench of charring filled the air, growing intolerable in seconds.
Foxy remained unscathed, shielded by the Dreamspawn as she arrived at Premier and pulled his mangled form into her arms.
"Premier!" she sobbed, clutching him closer. "Premier, are you okay?"
She inquired, fully aware he was far from fine. He simply couldn't be. Yet in that heartbeat, no other phrases emerged from her lips. She gnawed her bottom lip until blood welled up, stretching her mouth before dripping along her jaw.
A nearby Dreamspawn noticed and moved to mend her wound right away, but Lhysta halted the warrior with an upraised hand. She understood it wasn't the moment to disturb the Blessed.
Premier, on the other hand, lay utterly bewildered. Moments ago, torment had gripped him; now, his sister enveloped him in a hug. Events unfolded too swiftly for his fractured thoughts to process.
All he managed to utter was,
"I-I k-know nothing." Premier gasped.
Tears glistened in Foxy's eyes, held back with effort. She peered intently into
her brother's bloodshot gaze, beholding the devastating scars upon his
soul.
"How many times did he perish?" she pondered, quelling a massive wave of loathing and concentrating on the matter at hand.
"It's fine, Premier." Foxy murmured, brushing the moisture from Premier's eyes while allowing her own to stream. "It's fine. I'll aid you. I'll help you recover, brother. But..."
Foxy clamped her lips even firmer.
"I can't repair your mind without your permission. So please, pull yourself together and remember your true self."
Her hands pressed against both sides of his skull. A captivating violet light began to emanate from them, shrouding Premier's entire head before penetrating inward, reaching his neural pathways.
Right then, Lhysta jerked her gaze upward, sensing the nearing of an extraordinary force.
No, not nearing.
BAAAAAAAAAAMMMMM!!!
He wasn't arriving. He had already materialized.
Soleil, the Bearer of Sun, descended like a plummeting comet. Beneath his infinite presence, all things compressed flat, his blazing solar orbs scanning the scene below with icy detachment.
Premier had drifted into slumber, lost in his inner visions. He had to rouse himself alone by overcoming the very trauma that had shattered him.
Foxy felt concern, yet she trusted her brother wouldn't let her down. He never had. He never would.
Lifting her chin, she met Soleil's fiery golden stare
without a trace of fear.
Behind Soleil, three blazing golden orbs materialized instantly, wisps of vapor twisting from them, as his glare upon the invaders burned with intense fury.
"Invading and wrecking my domain?" He snarled, fiery lines crawling across his brow. "Releasing my captive? Do you crave death so desperately?"
The orbs swelled rapidly, igniting the entire realm, gradually reducing it to glowing embers.
Sunny wept in quiet sorrow.
"Now-!"
"I swear by my father's name." Foxy interrupted Soleil's speech with chilling resolve, locking eyes with him piercingly. "I... no, my brother will end you. You'll plead for pity, but then you'll realize..."
A venomous smile twisted her beautiful features, infused with pure malice,
"...no mercy-!"
"Axis of Sun, First Ladder - Three Suns of Death."
Ignoring her entirely, Soleil struck, scorning even the notion of heeding
Foxy's words.
Lhysta clapped sharply, making Foxy and Premier's forms blur before vanishing entirely.
As she departed, Foxy glimpsed Soleil's three orbs shifting to black and crimson, their essence so corrupt it chilled her to the core. Still, she grinned and echoed her father's ancient vow. "The Vaelgrim never forget. The Vaelgrim never forgive. The Vaelgrim
always strike back. And when we do, even if the whole universe
stands behind you, it will not stop your death."
"Remember that, Bearer of Sun."
At last, she faded away fully.
Soleil's brows furrowed deeply as he regarded Lhysta, who remained grinning broadly, baring every tooth.
His assault had been devoured by her dream realm.
Soleil appeared unperturbed by the loss.
"Why are the Dreamspawn allying with a disgraced group from our
universe?" He demanded icily, flames cloaking his form entirely. "We do not care." Lhysta replied, channeling the cosmos's tongue
via her dream abilities. "We arrived to dominate, yet encountered the Blessed instead. Ohoho! Dream foresaw it truly!"
Her laughter rang out, tongue extended to flaunt her emblem boldly.
"We have discovered our destined one! And now..."
Lhysta's mirth evaporated as though it never existed. Her expression hardened.
"...you seek her death?"
A savage smirk crossed Soleil's face. "Now more than before, I yearn to butcher that wretched girl."
Lhysta responded with quiet at first, though it didn't endure. She surveyed her troops, then cast a look toward Rue.
The impulse to eliminate him stirred within her, but Soleil's onslaught had driven Rue from her thoughts entirely.
Propelling herself skyward, Lhysta soared directly upward, dodging a torrent of shattered, melted celestial bodies that erupted below her. A shiver ran through her as she detected a figure at her back.
Soleil's grasp—encased in the blistering fury of three fused suns, scorching like charred hide—whispered menacingly and seized Lhysta around the neck.
Her neck burst in an instant. Nevertheless, she managed a final phrase beforehand.
"Dream World - Of Blood and Fire."
Sunny and all its contents vanished, consumed by Lhysta's
singular Dream.
In the meantime, distant from Sunny's realm, Foxy emerged from nothingness, cradling the slumbering Premier.
She scanned her surroundings and exhaled deeply.
"Let's head home. For the time being."
The emptiness before her rippled, then split open, unveiling Fated
and Caus side by side.
"Let's go, big sister." Fated urged, grasping Foxy's hand and weaving a thread of destiny to lead them back to Laeh.
"Caus's big brother?" Caus whispered to himself, eyeing the resting
Premier.
Foxy affirmed with a nod as she stepped into the void.
"Yes," she beamed, "Big brother is back." -End of Chapter 475-
