Ji Nan and the Ji Family elders discover that "Ming King" is actually Chen Guan. They are shocked by his connection to Ji Liuying and his surprising prowess in raising a panda to the eighth sense, a feat they could not achieve. Relieved that Ji Liuying has aligned with someone who is not from the Ten Great Families and possesses formidable technical skills, they instruct her to learn diligently from him.

Upon the return of the Ji Family's four elders, they promptly sought out Ji Jiuying to relay the details concerning Chen Guan and Ji Liuying.

Ji Jiuying held the nominal leadership of the Ji Family, though his authority was largely symbolic.

The Ji Family was segmented into various factions, and Ji Jiuying's primary role was to maintain a delicate equilibrium among them.

After hearing the elders' report, Ji Jiuying mused, "Chen Guan harbors a profound animosity towards the Ancestral Court, yet he presents no direct conflict of interest with our family. For the present, we can permit him to cultivate here. It would be ideal if Liuying could absorb the panda cultivation techniques from him, but even if that proves impossible, having Chen Guan assist us in nurturing a group of pandas is a satisfactory outcome."

"This endeavor should not be rushed, nor should it appear pressing; let Liuying gradually seek his tutelage under the guise of a student," Ji Nan interjected swiftly.

Ji Jiuying assented, "Chen Guan's true identity must remain undisclosed, and no one should be privy to this arrangement. Should outsiders uncover this in the future, it must not be linked to our Ji Family. Remember, we are acquainted only with Ming King, not Chen Guan."

"We understand; this matter will remain confidential," the four responded in unison.

The Ji Family pursued their objectives without any inclination to assume responsibility or risk, ultimately viewing Chen Guan as a pawn, their sole interest lying in his unique skills.

Chen Guan had long foreseen this outcome and remained unfazed.

Observing the absence of further interference from the Ji Family, he grasped their underlying motives.

"They have underestimated me, and they have underestimated the future accomplishments of Ji Liuying," Chen Guan’s lips curled into a cold smile as he reflected internally.

Ji Liuying had perceived nothing unusual earlier, consistently believing Ming King to be an elder.

However, now aware that Chen Guan was of a similar age, a peculiar sensation stirred within her.

If it were solely this revelation, its impact would be negligible.

Yet, Ji Nan had specifically counseled her, urging her to learn as much as possible from Chen Guan, with a particular emphasis on acquiring the panda cultivation method.

Concurrently, he had explicitly instructed her to maintain a degree of distance from Chen Guan, leaving Ji Liuying genuinely conflicted.

Her earnest desire was to become Chen Guan’s disciple, and even after learning his true identity, her resolve had not wavered.

Nevertheless, undertaking this mission while interacting with Chen Guan made her feel perpetually on edge, creating an uncomfortable dissonance.

Chen Guan had extended so much assistance to her without ever requesting recompense, making it difficult for Ji Liuying to reconcile with her assigned task.

Noticing Ji Liuying's subtle unease in his presence, Chen Guan inquired with a gentle smile, "Liuying, now that you are aware of my identity, do you still wish to be my disciple?"

"Absolutely. I have always believed that once a teacher, always a father; regardless of your identity, you are my mentor, and you shall forever remain my master," Ji Liuying replied swiftly, her words echoing her genuine sentiments.

"Since you have accepted me as your master, there is no need for further contemplation. Learning from me is your rightful privilege," Chen Guan stated.

"Master, you..." Ji Liuying’s eyes widened as she realized Chen Guan had discerned the Ji Family’s underlying intentions.

"There is no need to elaborate. Once I have accepted you as my disciple, your allegiance remains solely to me, unattached to any other. You need only dedicate yourself to your cultivation," Chen Guan responded calmly.

"Master!" Ji Liuying was deeply touched.

"Persist diligently in your cultivation; only through possessing adequate strength can you freely pursue your desires. I am confident that with your innate talent, that day will arrive soon," Chen Guan added, his gaze fixed on Ji Liuying.

"Rest assured, Master, I shall not falter in my commitment to you," Ji Liuying vowed, her jaw set with determination.

Her emotions were in disarray; despite knowing Chen Guan was a young man of her age, in his presence, she felt like an inexperienced child.

She understood Chen Guan's wisdom; for the time being, she must adhere to her family's directives. Yet, she envisioned a future where her power would eclipse that of all the Ji Family's masters, liberating her from any imposed arrangements and allowing her to approach Chen Guan without ulterior motives.

Ji Liuying took her leave, resolute in her decision to cultivate with unwavering dedication and rapidly ascend to the Ninth Awakening.

Following Ji Liuying's departure, Chen Guan re-entered the Space Ring.

His demonic eye ghost pet would prove instrumental in unraveling the secrets concealed within the mountain.

Gauging the passage of time, Chen Guan confirmed, through his binoculars, that it was not the woman's scheduled visit day.

He adjusted his Secret Law in accordance with the established timeline, synchronizing it with the demonic eye ghost's innate abilities to ensure its powers remained imperceptible to others.

Certain Talent Abilities, much like Chen Guan’s Spirit of the Cheerleaders, naturally operate without detection.

Similar to the demonic eye ghost's 'Ghost Eye', the technique simply involved gazing at a target without expending any power or attempting to seize anything, typically going completely unnoticed.

For an added layer of security, Chen Guan had refined his Secret Law, ensuring that neither he nor the demonic eye ghost would be detected.

With all arrangements finalized, when the woman arrived at the mountain in fragmented sections, Chen Guan promptly summoned the demonic eye ghost. He commanded it to observe through the binoculars and project the visual feed directly onto the cavern wall.

Chen Guan meticulously analyzed the images relayed by the demonic eye ghost. They revealed a mountain peak that majestically pierced through the swirling clouds.

The mountain's façade presented a sheer, smooth cliff face, yet it was remarkably adorned with an abundance of plant life – or more accurately, Heavenly and Earthly Treasures.

These treasures, highly valued within the Grotto Heaven realm, thrived here as if they were common weeds, completely overlooked.

The woman's attention, however, was not drawn to these riches. Instead, her gaze was fixed upon the center of the cliff, where a sword was embedded, its blade protruding halfway from the rock.

"Is the woman's focus directed at this sword?" Chen Guan inquired, scrutinizing the weapon's details.

From the visible portion, it appeared to be a Jade Sword, expertly fashioned from pure White Jade, encompassing both its hilt and blade.

Intricate carvings graced the hilt, guard, and blade of the sword.

Upon closer examination, these etchings were not comprised of typical cloud, rain, or thunder-like runes, nor did they resemble any known form of writing.

The decorative patterns adorning the Jade Sword were, in fact, numerous hand seals. Each seal was minute, no larger than a fingernail.

The arrangement of these hand seals was irregular, their shapes varied, and no two seals were identical, each bearing subtle distinctions.

As Chen Guan delved into the study of these seals, a sudden, immense pressure emanated from within him. It felt as though an invisible, colossal hand was bearing down upon his very being.

This unseen force seemed to disregard all barriers of distance, and the imposing cliffs, and even Chen Guan's presence. Originating from an unfathomable source, it appeared to target nothing specific.

Yet, Chen Guan experienced the terrifying sensation that this invisible hand was about to extinguish him, much like an insignificant ant being unceremoniously crushed.
