Global Era of Star trekking Chapter 6: Detailed Attributes of the Shuttle (Please Follow)

His attention remained fixed on the section for basic components; currently, the Spectral Shuttle was a total blank slate, and there was little of interest in the other categories.
Take the special components category as an example: the newly integrated Torch Warship possessed only two initial slots for special modules. This capacity would only expand as the Spectral Shuttle underwent further upgrades.
Naturally, the number of additional slots available in the future was tied to the Quality of the Seed of Torch; a higher Quality Seed would naturally provide more slots.
This served as another vital reason why the Torch Human Civilization emphasized the Quality of the Seed of Torch so heavily—it dictated not only the maximum enhancement potential of the Torch Warships but also their comparative strength against vessels of the same rank.
Consider two Torch Warships both at Lv10. A ship with a White Fire Seed might be capable of carrying ten different special components, whereas a vessel equipped with a Colorless Fire Seed might be limited to six slots at most. Such a discrepancy, nearly double in scale, made their combat effectiveness incomparable.
His concentration deepened, and the specific attributes of these modules began to manifest one after another.

After reviewing the statistics for every module, Song Chi did not dwell on them, as these were merely standard figures he had studied in the past. The only component that truly grabbed his interest was the Spectral Energy Cultivation Platform listed at the bottom.
As a primary component of any Torch Warship, this platform is the core reason why every member of the Torch Human Civilization is driven to possess their own vessel.
What is the true goal of risking one's life to venture into the infinite and mysterious Alien Star Domain?
Is it simply for the thrill of seeing the exotic wonders of foreign lands? Certainly not… The drive for exploration among Torch citizens has always centered on the rare and precious resources hidden throughout the Alien Star Domains.
And what is the ultimate aim of seizing and gathering these materials?
Is it only to upgrade the Torch Warship? Not exactly—or rather, that is not the full story. While strengthening the warship is a necessity, it is merely a means to an end. At the fundamental level, every Torch Ship Captain seeks the sublimation of their own life level.
To be blunt, they seek immortality; they wish to extend their lives.
It is common knowledge that mastering the Guidance Technique at high levels can trigger a transformation in one's life level, with each evolution extending the practitioner's lifespan significantly.
However, as the Guidance Technique reaches higher tiers, the difficulty of Cultivation becomes dauntingly high. Simply achieving the first life level transformation is as grueling as climbing to the heavens, let alone any subsequent sublimations.
This obstacle is perfectly bypassed by the Spectral Energy Cultivation Platform integrated into every Torch Warship.
This platform drastically speeds up the Cultivation of the Spectral Energy Guidance Technique. It allows all Torch Ship Captains to develop their Guidance Technique at double, triple, or even greater speeds, enabling them to repeatedly trigger life level transformations.
The more a Torch Warship is enhanced, the more powerful the effects of its Spectral Energy Cultivation Platform become.
Consequently, what Torch Ship Captains truly value is not the ship's martial prowess, but the Spectral Energy Cultivation Platform that it provides.
While observing the platform on his Spectral Shuttle, Song Chi's thoughts drifted to the All-Attributes Cultivation Room within the Ruins Market. That room offered a 400% Cultivation bonus for Spectral Energy—twice the efficiency of his current platform.
He had previously been distracted by the “Ultra Long-Distance Space Gate Random Deployment Platform” and hadn't given it much thought. Now, however, the excitement he had suppressed came rushing back like a flood.
He understood exactly what this implied.
It meant his future speed in practicing the Spectral Energy Guidance Technique would vastly outpace other Torch Ship Captains of the same rank.
It meant he possessed a much greater chance of evolving his life level and securing a longer lifespan.
Furthermore, even if he failed to upgrade the quality of his warship's Fire Seed, his personal Cultivation would remain entirely unaffected.
That said, Song Chi had no intention of abandoning his Torch Warship unless he had no other choice. Future upgrades and new stock in the Ruins Market would demand massive resources, and the monthly market trades alone would not suffice.
Additionally, the Ruins Market lacked the direct firepower of a Torch Warship, which, after enough strengthening, could dominate an entire Starry Sea Floating Land.
With these thoughts in mind, Song Chi quickly drafted a plan for his development.
He would use the Ruins Market as his primary foundation and the Torch Warship as a supporting tool. One would facilitate the sublimation of his life level more efficiently, while the other would provide the necessary fire support for his future. Both paths would be pursued simultaneously.
Once he established this hierarchy of priorities, Song Chi turned his focus back to upgrading the Spectral Shuttle.
The first exploration of the Alien Star Domains was scheduled for tomorrow. Even if it was considered a "welfare" mission, he knew he had to make the necessary preparations. "Better safe than sorry" was a rule Song Chi lived by.
A flicker of Ghost Light appeared at his forehead as he withdrew the light sphere for the “Fire Peony Soldier Effigy Tree” special component from the Ancestral Torch.
Song Chi proceeded to install it into one of the two available special component slots on the Spectral Shuttle. Immediately, its stats were displayed.
Fire Peony Soldier Effigy Tree lv0 Quality: White Consumption: 50 per figurine (Spectral Energy Points) Effect: Summons ten lv0 Fire Peony Soldier Figurines. These figurines are immortal and can remain active indefinitely. If destroyed, they cannot be summoned again for 24 hours. UpRank Requirement: 5 strands of Floating Land Origin (Zero Rank), 500 Spectral Energy Points.
