However, the atmosphere remains grim as the Abyss and Sand Spirit armies converge on the Heavenly Ape Star Realm. In response to the looming threat, Jiang Yuan has initiated drastic defensive measures, including the reinforcement of Human Emperor City with upgraded mythical wonders. Most critically, the Civilization Fire Seed Plan has been activated—a desperate contingency to preserve human technology, genetic data, and the Torch flame in a hidden domain should the main civilization fall to the encroaching chaos.

According to the intelligence gathered by Torch Human Emperor City, five different Transcendent Level armies have invaded the Heavenly Ape Star Realm over the last two centuries. They are accompanied by nearly a hundred Mythical Armies commanded by Eleventh Rank Myths, and several hundred standard Mythical Armies.

Worse yet, these numbers are rising steadily. The prospect of claiming territory within a complete Chaos Star Realm is a temptation few can resist, offering unimaginable riches. With five Transcendent Forces leading the charge, various powers have flocked to the region in a state of predatory excitement.

For the indigenous forces of the Heavenly Ape Star Realm, however, this era has been nothing short of a cataclysm.

In just over two centuries, the fall of more than a hundred Chaos Cities has been confirmed. The vast majority—over ninety percent—were ordinary Chaos Cities. However, more than ten cities capable of withstanding high-level myths have also been breached. Reports even suggest that three Top Chaos Cities, holding a status equal to [Human Emperor City], have been conquered.

In the wake of these tragedies, the leaders of the remaining Top Chaos Cities are under staggering pressure as they continue their desperate defense.

Jiang Yuan gestured, projecting a holographic map. The image revealed the chaotic mists at the edge of the Heavenly Ape Star Realm being slowly dissolved by foreign energies. A fresh tear in the membrane allowed a flood of figures radiating a dark, baleful aura to pour through. This was yet another Mythical Army entering the fray.

Scanning the damaged sections of the membrane, Jiang Yuan spoke:

“The most recent intelligence confirms that the [Yellow Springs Sandstorm Army] of the Sand Spirit Clan has broken through [Chaos Demon Ape—Black Ape City]. Their forces are now pushing toward the Chaos Demon Ape Ancestral City.”

He swiped the screen, causing a stream of data regarding the corrupted invaders to flow down like a waterfall.

“Additionally, the Sand Spirit Clan is using their sand rules to assimilate the fundamental laws of the Heavenly Ape Star Realm… Their invasion is progressing 40% faster than we predicted.”

Hearing this, Ji Heng, who stood nearby, added his analysis:

“The Chaos Demon Ape Clan may control more than ten Top Chaos Cities, but [Black Ape City] marks the third one they have lost. If no strategy is found to turn the tide, the Chaos Demon Ape Ancestral City will face the Sand Spirit Clan directly within a few hundred years. If the Chaos Demon Ape Clan falls, [Human Emperor City] will be their next objective.”
