The night was stormy and violent.

Heavy rain lashed down in torrents as thunder and lightning roared across the sky.

The Apex Tower , the seat of the world leader, stood tall, its lights cutting through the downpour.

Elize crashed into the upper floors of the tower with terrifying force.

The reinforced walls exploded outward as she tore through them, glass and steel shattering in every direction.

Alarms blared instantly, but they were quickly drowned out by the raging storm.

A massive rift tore through the top section of the building.

The entire upper floors were ripped apart as if a giant grabbed and twisted the structure.

Chunks of concrete, steel beams, and shattered glass rained down into the storm below.

The top of the Apex Tower was violently torn open, exposing the luxurious interior to the pouring rain.

Elize floated in the middle of the destruction, her long hair whipping wildly in the wind and rain.

Her eyes glowed with cold, murderous rage.

"Where is she?!"

From the ruined upper chamber, a figure slowly rose through the debris.

Ji Sheng appeared, and her formal attire was slightly torn, but her expression remained calm and composed despite the chaos.

"Elizabeth. You dare attack the World Government headquarters? This is treason."

Elize’s eyes burned with rage "I don’t give a single fuck about your government. Where is Marzella? What have you done with her?!"

Ji Sheng’s expression remained cold.

"She was executed under the law for conducting illegal experiments on ether awakening. Her research posed a direct threat to global stability. The sentence was carried out swiftly."

Elize’s face twisted with rage.

Without another word, she dashed forward.

She tore through the air with terrifying speed, and space itself warped around her as she closed the distance instantly.

Ji Sheng raised both hands to block as violet energy flared around her.

BOOOOOOM-!!!

The punch connected and the impact sent a shockwave that shattered every window on that floor.

Ji Sheng was blasted backward like a cannonball, smashing through multiple walls and leaving a trail of destruction as she flew through the interior of the Apex Tower.

Ji Sheng stabilized mid-air inside a ruined hall as blood trickled from the corner of her mouth.

Her eyes narrowed dangerously "So be it."

Vast Phantom Dominion.

Huge surges of violet-black energy erupted from her body.

The air trembled as massive constructs began to form around her, enormous phantoms shaped like giant versions of herself, each one towering over thirty meters tall.

Four colossal phantoms materialized in the storm, standing guard around Ji Sheng.

Elize charged straight at the nearest phantom.

SHRRRRIP!

Space tore open as she unleashed a razor-sharp spatial blade from her hand.

The blade sliced upward, cutting the giant phantom cleanly from waist to shoulder.

The construct let out a silent roar and shattered into fading violet particles.

But Ji Sheng was already moving.

The remaining three phantoms attacked in unison.

One phantom swung a massive fist downward.

Elize dodged by folding space and reappeared above it, driving her fist into its head with a spatial explosion that blew the phantom’s upper body apart.

Another phantom opened its mouth and fired a concentrated beam of energy.

Elize dashed through the beam and tore her way straight through its chest.

The third phantom grabbed at her with both enormous hands.

Elize slipped through a spatial rift and appeared behind it, slamming a palm against its back.

CRAAAAASH!

The phantom was compressed into a tiny point by spatial collapse before exploding violently.

Ji Sheng’s expression darkened as she watched her creations being dismantled so easily.

’Tch, she is so hard to deal with. She is strongest for a reason, and I don’t have any lesser divinity with me to aid.’

Pouring more of her ether, she created six enormous phantoms.

The sky above the ruined tower became a battlefield of giants.

Elize dodged between the giants, and every time a phantom tried to strike her, she tore them apart.

She grabbed one by the head and ripped it in half with raw force.

A third phantom tried to crush her with both hands, but Elize grabbed its hands and shredded them apart.

Ji Sheng was forced to keep creating more phantoms, but Elize was destroying them faster than she could summon them.

The Apex Tower was being reduced to rubble.

Massive pieces of the building rained down into the city below as the two women fought with enormous power.

Elize finally broke through the last line of phantoms.

She appeared directly in front of Ji Sheng, grabbed her by the throat with one hand, and slammed her downward through what remained of the tower’s structure.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

They burst out from the bottom floors and continued their brutal brawl in the open stormy sky.

She grabbed Ji Sheng by the collar, lifting her high into the air as rain poured over them both.

"Tell me where Marzella is. Or I will erase you from existence right here.

Ji Sheng, battered and bleeding, still managed to look up at her.

"I already told you..." she muttered through gritted teeth, blood trickling from her mouth.

"She was executed for treason. She was doing some illegal research, trying to make a male awakener."

Upon hearing those words, Elize’s gaze shrank in horror.

’Then... Brandon was also part of her experiment?’

Ji Sheng saw the shift in Elize’s eyes and tried to speak again, but it was too late.

Elize threw her.

"Ahhh!" With a furious roar, she hurled Ji Sheng across the sky like a ragdoll.

The World Leader crashed through the remains of the Apex Tower, smashing through steel and concrete before Elize appeared above her in a spatial rift and drove her downward with a kick.

BOOM!

They slammed into another section of the crumbling building.

Elize grabbed her again, slamming punch after punch into Ji Sheng’s body.

"You killed her?!" Elize screamed, her voice breaking with rage. "You executed her?!"

She grabbed Ji Sheng by the hair and smashed her face-first into a collapsing floor, then dragged her through the air and slammed her into the side of the tower repeatedly.

CRUNCH. CRUNCH. CRUNCH.

Ji Sheng’s face was a bloody mess with split lips, shattered teeth and one eye swelling shut.

Blood poured freely from her mouth and nose, mixing with the pouring rain.

Elize’s grip on her hair tightened as she lifted her high again.

"You took her from me?!"

She slammed Ji Sheng down into another section of the collapsing structure.

They crashed through multiple levels, debris and rebar tearing at Ji Sheng’s body as Elize continued her relentless assault.

Ji Sheng tried to fight back weakly, but Elize was beyond reason.

She grabbed one of Ji Sheng’s arms and twisted it violently.

RRRRRIP-!

With a wet tearing sound, Elize ripped Ji Sheng’s right arm clean off at the shoulder.

Blood sprayed in a gruesome arc as the limb came free.

"ARRGHHHHHH!" Ji Sheng let out a guttural scream that was quickly cut off as Elize smashed her face into a jagged steel beam.

Not satisfied, Elize grabbed the other arm.

RRRRRIP-!

The second arm was torn off and Ji Sheng’s screams turned into wet, choking gurgles as blood poured from the brutal stumps.

Elize threw the severed arms aside like trash and grabbed Ji Sheng by the throat, lifting her high into the stormy sky once more.

Rain washed over the gruesome scene, but it couldn’t clean the blood soaking both of them.

She slammed her fist into Ji Sheng’s chest, cracking ribs, and then grabbed the World Leader’s head with both hands.

CRACKKKK!

Elize ripped Ji Sheng’s head clean off her body.

Blood erupted in a fountain from the severed neck as the head came free with a horrifying wet tearing sound.

The body twitched once, then went limp, falling lifelessly toward the ruined city below.

Elize held the severed head by the hair for a moment, staring into the dead eyes of the woman.

Then she crushed it.

SQUELCH.

The head exploded in her grip, blood and brain matter splattering across her arm and the rain.

Elize let the remains fall.

She hovered there in the storm, breathing heavily, covered in blood as rain mixed with tears on her face.
