Previously on Gathering Wives with a System...
Isaac grants Averon a Lord Talent and reveals his ability to clone troops, astonishing Averon. Meanwhile, in a meeting of powerful Lords, a dispute arises between the Third Priest and Hass regarding the World Tree, with Bella intervening to de-escalate. They ultimately agree to a civilized approach to recruit the city's Lord, Isaac, by offering incentives.

X-019's thoughts grew far colder, a palpable chill descending.

His ally, Elyndra, standing near and behind the Third Priest, was privy to his musings.

Under normal circumstances, she would have already interjected.

Offering words such as, "Do not dismiss your adversary," or perhaps, "Pride precedes a fall."

Yet, on this occasion, a silence enveloped her.

Because, for once, X-019's assessment wasn't entirely flawed.

Regardless of the peculiarity of Isaac's powers or the astonishing speed of his advancement, the assembled individuals within this grand hall were formidable adversaries.

These were Lords who had weathered the storms of decades. Individuals who had meticulously constructed their power bases, commanding legions, commanding resources, and implementing systems perfected over countless years.

They represented the absolute pinnacle of their world.

And Isaac... had only just stepped onto this stage.

Even with a unique advantage or having managed to secure early gains, it would scarcely suffice. Not here. Not against this formidable collective.

Elyndra's gaze subtly swept across the expanse of the hall.

Various Lords occupied their designated spaces, each encircled by their loyal retainers. Some exuded an air of calm composure. Others remained quietly observant, their eyes missing nothing. Still others made no effort to conceal their outright animosity.

However, a single sentiment united them all.

Anticipation.

This indeed was a hunting ground.

Isaac had been deliberately summoned here.

He was to witness the true meaning of power firsthand, and whether he grasped it or not, this very day was destined to see him parceled out amongst the attending Lords, like plunder seized in war.

At that precise moment, the imposing double doors of the assembly hall swung open.

The sound was deep and resonant, commanding the undivided attention of everyone present.

All conversations ceased.

Every eye turned.

Isaac made his entrance.

Following in his wake, his retinue moved in perfect, unbroken formation.

For a fleeting second, a profound stillness settled over the room.

Then, almost as one, every Lord and their accompanying subordinates activated their 'Inspect' devices.

Faint, translucent screens materialized throughout the hall.

Name: Isaac Hargraves

Rank: Level 20 Adept

Species: Human-Error! Target's Species cannot be determined!

Talent: Error! Target's Talent is too high ranked to be categorized!

Stats:

Strength: 2000

Agility: 2000

Constitution: 2000

Spirit Power: 2000

Mana: 2000

Bloodline: Error! Target has too many Bloodlines to be categorized! Physique: Error! Target has too many Physiques to be categorized!

Elements: Error! Target has too many Elements to be categorized!

Skills: Error! Target has too many Skills to be categorized!

Silence reigned supreme amongst the onlookers.

For an indeterminate period, it felt as if the entire chamber had simply... frozen in time.

X-019's expression tightened visibly.

'What in the blazes is this?'

Initially, the name and level presented no difficulty in processing.

Level 20 Adept.

This represented a significant achievement for someone who had only recently awakened, but it wasn't entirely beyond the realm of possibility. With ample resources and a willingness to embrace considerable risk, such a level could indeed be attained.

Unusual, undeniably, but still within acceptable parameters.

However, the remainder of the displayed information...

His eyes narrowed in intense scrutiny.

Titles: Error! Target has too many Titles to be categorized!

The 'Inspect' device he employed was far from rudimentary; it was of the highest caliber, a tool possessed only by the most influential Lords present.

It possessed the capability to list every single Title, unless their number surpassed a threshold of twenty.

'He has acquired more than twenty Titles?'

'This individual, who awakened mere weeks ago?'

X-019 was not alone in his astonishment.

Across the hall, faces shifted, betraying a spectrum of reactions. Some individuals furrowed their brows in confusion. Others leaned forward almost imperceptibly, re-examining their screens as if hoping for a correction.

However, no such correction appeared.

The assembled Lords began to entertain doubts regarding the accuracy of the intelligence they had received concerning the timeframe of Isaac's awakening.

The subsequent line of information proved even more perplexing.

Species: Human- Error! Target's Species cannot be determined!

The device had initially identified him as human, but mid-way, it malfunctioned, utterly failing to confirm his species.

What possible meaning could this convey?

He was either human, or something less, or perhaps an entirely different kind of being.

How could an individual's species remain indeterminate!?

Then, their attention was drawn further down the screen.

Class: Genetic Harvester (SSS+)

An SSS+ rank Class indicated that Isaac had successfully elevated his Talent to the SSS+ tier, subsequently undertaking and conquering a Class Advancement Quest, ultimately receiving this Class.

What exactly constituted an SSS+ Class?

These were legendary Classes, spoken of only in hushed tones, known only to a select few.

The vast majority believed SSS rank to be the ultimate limit, such was the sheer rarity of SSS+ rank Classes.

Even the gathered Lords would possess few, if any, subordinates holding an SSS+ rank Class.

Furthermore, the Class Quests associated with SSS+ rank Classes were invariably of a devilishly challenging nature.

It defied logic that Isaac could have already accomplished such a feat, having awakened only a few weeks prior.

The assembled Lords regarded him with a peculiar mixture of disbelief and curiosity.

'Does this young man possess 48 hours within his day? No, even an extended day of 48 hours would scarcely be sufficient to accomplish so much!

'Elevating his Talent to SSS+ rank, successfully completing the Class Quest for an SSS+ rank Class, and acquiring over twenty Titles!

'All of these monumental achievements would, by any reasonable estimation, require many years of dedicated effort!'

A collective thought echoed among all the Lords.

However, their breath was nearly stolen when their gaze fell upon the subsequent line of text.

Talent Rank: Too high to be determined?

What was the meaning of a rank being too high to be determined!? Only Talents surpassing the Transcendent rank possessed such a designation.

"How in the world did he even manage to upgrade his Talent to the Transcendent Rank?" they exclaimed. "That's a feat that would even make us shed tears of blood!" The Lords were utterly astounded. Transcendent rank Talent was an incredibly high achievement. If they had initially found Isaac's SSS-rank Farming Talent hard to believe, they were now questioning if they were under some sort of powerful illusion.

None of it made any logical sense!

Firstly, obtaining the Trial Tickets that yielded Talent fragments was an arduous ordeal. Secondly, completing those Trials presented an even greater challenge. One would have to confront extraordinarily powerful entities from bygone eras while simultaneously accomplishing quests of an absurdly high difficulty.

Even after all of that, the fragments acquired would still be insufficient to elevate a Talent to the Transcendent rank.

It necessitated completing the Trial multiple times. And considering that most Trials offered a distinct Quest with each attempt, adventurers would face unknown challenges repeatedly!

"Dammit. What is wrong with this guy?"

"How did he possibly upgrade his Farming Talent to the Transcendent rank?"

As if it weren't already inexplicable how Isaac managed to find the time to upgrade so many aspects of his being, it remained utterly bewildering how he acquired so many Trial Tickets and, furthermore, successfully completed every single one.

Wasn't his designated Class a Farmer?

Numerous Trials incorporated combat, or at least a segment that demanded fighting prowess.

How was he engaging in these battles within the Trials?

The Lords were involuntarily reminded of the footage featuring the Crimson Sky Wyrm. Their expressions contorted as they recalled Isaac unleashing one skill after another in rapid succession.

Healing. Single-target assault. Area-of-effect suppression. Crowd control. This Farmer possessed an overwhelming number of skills!

What on earth was the matter with him? Had the System mistakenly overlooked his Farmer class and erroneously bestowed upon him a different set of abilities than he was meant to receive!? Subsequently, the Lords shifted their attention to his Stats. "What in blazes? His stats are maxed out?"

"It's absolutely impossible to achieve this through training in such a brief period!"

"He must have resorted to using potions." "But where could he possibly be obtaining so many potions from?"

"In the first place, he should have either suffered mana poisoning or developed an immunity to the potions after consuming such a large quantity of the same type! If merely consuming potions was the key, every Lord present would be forcing their subordinates to guzzle them down. Unfortunately, individuals would either develop a resistance to specific potions or succumb to mana poisoning after ingesting excessive amounts.

And this individual managed to max out his stats.

Every single stat, maxed out?

The Lords had convinced themselves that they would no longer be surprised.

Yet, their eyes nearly bulged from their sockets upon examining his Bloodlines, and their jaws dropped.

Bloodlines: Too many to categorize?

What in the actual hell?

The Lords inwardly cursed at the preposterous reality unfolding before their very eyes.

How could this even be feasible?

An individual could typically possess only one bloodline. The presence of two distinct bloodlines could induce a catastrophic clash, potentially resulting in the user's body exploding.

Should one acquire a new bloodline through a System reward, it would typically integrate with their existing bloodline, bestowing new skills in the process.

Ultimately, every person would end up with a singular bloodline.

But this individual harbored an uncountably large number of bloodlines?

The Lords hadn't even conceived that such an anomaly could occur during a Bloodline inspection. Then, their focus shifted to his Physiques.

They blinked, rubbed their eyes vigorously, and gazed once more.

The displayed information remained unchanged.

"????"

"He possesses more than one Physique?"

"How is that even physically possible?"

A Physique was not an abstract concept; it represented the fundamental structure of one's body—the very essence of their form and its functions. For instance, if an individual possessed a blade-type physique, their arms would manifest as blades. This was not a skill; it was an inherent part of their being.

If they were to acquire another physique demanding a different structural configuration, then what?

Would they possess two distinct types of arms? Such a notion defied all logic.

Unlike bloodlines, where possessing more than one could lead to either fusion or a destructive clash, the acquisition of multiple Physiques was considered utterly impossible. Yet, the anomaly before them bore the inscription of "too many physiques to be categorized."

Following that, they examined his Elements.

"What?"

"This also shows too many Elements to count?"

"Does that even compute?"

"Even Apex-rank species typically possess a maximum of four to six elements!"

"The only circumstance where the Inspect interface displays 'too many elements to categorize' is when we are examining monsters harboring ten or more Elements." "But you are unequivocally a Player!"

"How in the name of the heavens do you possess too many Elements to be categorized!?"

Had the Lords not been concerned with preserving their dignity, they would have undoubtedly been overcome with shock and disbelief.

Many were verbally lashing out at Isaac, deeming his status utterly abnormal. And finally, Skills. ...What in the world?

Does it cause you discomfort to adhere to the usual standards?

Why does it say 'too many skills to categorize'?

Normally, only those at the Apex rank of Overlord would possess an overwhelming number of skills that defy categorization.

Yet, Isaac was clearly identified as Adept rank.

It was utterly baffling that he had accumulated more skills than could be readily counted.
