Shortly after Gui Ya's men had bound themselves together, three choppers appeared on the distant skyline.
Besides the choppers, a fleet of coast guard vessels was speeding toward the area as well.
Once the choppers and coast guard vessels came to a halt, squads of armed personnel and elite police forces stormed the location.
Within mere moments, Gui Ya along with his crew were all hauled off.
Only when the choppers and coast guard vessels had departed did the onlookers snap out of their stunned trance. They exchanged glances and burst into lively chatter.

Clearing his throat, he cut off the ongoing buzz. He shot a look at Zhuang Xiaoqiao and Ye Feng before facing Hai Li and Yang Wei, the real troublemakers. "Hai Li, Yang Wei, you two sparked this mess, didn't you?"
Hai Li likely feared reprisal from Gui Ya's gang, so he dropped to his knees before Zhuang Xiaoqiao and Ye Feng without delay. "Miss Zhuang, Mr. Ye, my wife duped me, and I lost my senses!"
Yang Wei stood frozen in shock.
Snapping out of it, she lashed out with a kick at Hai Li and snapped furiously, "Hai Li, what the hell are you saying?"
"Sure, I hatched the plan, but didn't you go along with it back then?"
"You're the one who dialed Gui Ya!"
"Shifting the fault to me?!" Hai Li clearly refused to shoulder it all. Rising to his feet, he shot Yang Wei a fierce stare and declared, "Wasn't it your scheme from the start?"
"Plus, wasn't it you pushing me to trail Mr. Ye and Ms. Zhuang in secret and steal their sea-harvesting haul?"
"Without you, that nagging witch, egging me on to commit these vile acts, would I stoop to such shameful behavior?!"
"Hai Li, you dare raise your voice at me! I'll kill you!" Yang Wei's cheeks flushed crimson as she lunged at Hai Li, nails out like talons.
"Bring it! I've tolerated you for far too long!" Hai Li had evidently reached his breaking point. He seized Yang Wei's hair and they brawled right there in front of everyone!
The spectacle resembled bitter foes clashing at last.
Hai Fugui let out a sigh and shook his head.
Still, he addressed the gathering, "Folks, our village has no room for such greedy and ruthless sorts."
"I propose we banish them from the fishing village. Thoughts?"
"Yes!"
"Agreed!"
The villagers voiced their support right away.
Before long, nearly every villager there backed Hai Fugui's call to oust Hai Li and Yang Wei from the village and strike them from the family records!
Upon hearing the decision, Hai Li lost all control. He had been holding his own against Yang Wei at first, but the ruling unleashed his tears in floods. After enduring a couple of blows from her, he flew into a frenzied fury. He hammered Yang Wei with punches until she blacked out!
