Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong Chapter 3011 1646: Growing Turmoil and Astonishment

~3 minute read · 846 words

On the small square where only a giant deep pit remained, the winds howled, and the crowd suddenly realized a deadly threat was swiftly approaching from behind. The next second, figures encrusted with crystal clusters emerged from all directions of the streets, causing a surge of murderous intent to fill the sky.

"Close ranks!"

Leo Ray's commanding voice rang out clearly, reaching the ears of every powerhouse present.

Upon hearing this, our strong forces and a group of independent powerhouses did not hesitate, standing shoulder to shoulder centered around Leo Ray, forming a circular defensive formation.

Hesitant only for a moment, the Dark Elves led by Zhen and the Light Elves led by Rorick also chose to surround Leo Ray.

Though as representatives of their respective first-class forces, they found it somewhat humiliating to obey someone from a mere second-tier power, their arrogance took a considerable hit.

Yet Leo Ray was the only one present capable of sharing the power to counteract the parasites, making him the absolute core of this battlefield, forcing them to lower their proud heads momentarily and hand over command to Leo Ray.

As all the strong gathered around Leo Ray, the rapidly approaching parasites brandished their gleaming blades, now just a breath away,

"Kill these ants that still dare to struggle!"

The leading Broken Ear Parasite sneered hideously, unleashing a boiling aura as it advanced together with the supporting parasites.

"Mere bluster again, do not underestimate the powerhouses of us first-class forces!"

Anger flushed Zhen's pale face, and she instantly unleashed her full aura, the erupting energy waves causing the surrounding air to thicken noticeably.

The other Dark Elf powerhouses also unleashed their full aura, their weapons enveloped by a shimmering shroud of shadow, gleaming with deadly coldness.

"How can we fall behind these Dark Elves?"

Rorick drew his shimmering gold Elf Longbow, condensing dozens of radiant energy arrows in an instant. The surrounding Light Elf powerhouses either raised their Light Staffs, chanting loudly, or similarly raised their longbows, aiming at their foes, their erupting aura truly awe-inspiring.

For a moment, our formation's momentum was as unstoppable as a rainbow, momentarily suppressing the other side's overwhelming murderous intent.

Before the parasites could get close, a series of fierce attacks shot forth like energy cannons, a cascade of light arrows, shadow arrows, magic arrows, and other magic sword qi submerged the advancing parasites, leaving scorched furrows across the ground.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

The deafening sound of energy collisions erupted as the parasites from all directions had no time to dodge, forcing them to bear the brunt head-on.

This resulted in many being repelled by the overwhelming assault, with even a few half-step Tier 7 parasites being torn apart in the intense energy explosions, their crystal clusters shattered to pieces.

Seeing this, our forces cheered enthusiastically, evidently gaining an advantage under the Emperor's command!

Yet the very next second, the previously halted parasites roared in anger, and the overwhelming murderous intent, accompanied by a fearsome, eerie oppression, engulfed everything, once more overshadowing our forces.

In the previous assault, although a few half-step Tier 7 parasites were reduced to dust, it was hardly a significant blow for the parasites whose overall strength rivaled ours.

Feeling the dreadful, eerie aura emanating from the other side, many powerhouses facing the parasites for the first time felt their legs weaken, as the energy flow in their bodies slowed.

Even the seasoned Elf powerhouses like Zhen and Rorick, who had fought parasites multiple times, broke into a cold sweat on their foreheads despite being less affected.

It must be said that the oppressive aura released by at least ten Demigod Parasites was indeed daunting.

As their hearts filled with a sense of foreboding, Zhen, Rorick, and the other Elf powerhouses couldn't help but worry.

Through the long years of conflict between the Light Elves, Dark Elves, and the "Corrosion" and parasites, many holders of the Divine Stone found themselves unable to confront this bizarre oppression, lacking the courage to face their foes, much less awaken the power within the Stone Spirit.

This led many Divine Stone holders to end up with the Stone Spirit in slumber and themselves falling, or even becoming parasites, especially when facing more powerful parasites—the weaker side was prone to such outcomes.

However, the Emperor of the Human Race's strength was merely at the half-step Tier 7 level. Facing the terrible pressure from so many Demigod Parasites, if he were to lose his courage to fight due to a shaken spirit, what power could he share to resist the "Corrosion"?

By then, everyone present would undoubtedly be plunged into utter disaster!

With these thoughts emerging in their hearts, Zhen, Rorick, and the other Elf powerhouses involuntarily focused their gaze on Leo Ray, evidently worried that he too had been affected.

To their surprise, however, Leo Ray's gaze was like a torch, showing no sign of fear. Instead, he remained composed and calm, maintaining a remarkably stable shared power!
