Leo Ray and his group entered the Forbidden Land, a space where Light Elf and Dark Elf architecture merged. They found Anna asleep on a stone bed, surrounded by black fog, at the center of a Dream Space. They theorized waking her might end the dream, but an appeared barrier blocked their attempts, proving stronger than anticipated. Leo Ray then prepared to attack the barrier with powerful magic scrolls.

Instantly, the entirety of the Forbidden Land was overwhelmed by colossal waves, accompanied by dazzling flames, streaks of thunder, and bursts of frost, painting a scene of tumultuous winds and clouds.

As a vast whirlwind of energy, potent enough to uproot mountains and churn seas, gradually dissipated, the barrier remained perfectly intact, showing no signs of damage, while Anna continued to sleep.

"My Lord, what course of action should we take now?"

Sheila’s brows knitted together as she posed the question to Leo Ray. Even the Stone Spirit, looking rather worn out, shared the same querying expression, having seemingly become one of them.

"Perhaps there are other leads to uncover here. Let's conduct another thorough investigation."

Leo Ray considered this for a moment before nodding in agreement towards the group of Stone Spirits.

Before his words had even fully left his lips, a sharp, distorted voice abruptly cut through the air, stating, "I've found all of you."

As the voice faded, the Dark Elf, Anna, had already materialized directly in front of Leo Ray's party. A rather unsettling smile spread across her fair face.

"That lunatic elf is as persistent as glue!"

The unfamiliar Stone Spirit flipped her palm, conjuring a gleaming battle axe. She nodded solemnly at Leo Ray and declared, "Your Excellency, allow me to engage her!"

With that declaration, the unfamiliar Stone Spirit vanished in an instant. Raising the battle axe high, she charged towards the Dark Elf Anna. Just as she was about to make contact, an invisible force repelled her, preventing her from getting any closer.

"As I've already informed you, this is my domain; I am its sovereign!"

Disregarding the unfamiliar Stone Spirit entirely, the Dark Elf Anna advanced slowly towards Leo Ray, her twisted smile deepening. "I had not anticipated that the Human Majesty would actually find this place. You are eager to witness my true form, aren't you? Well? You must not be disappointed, right?"

The smile on the Dark Elf Anna's lips widened, and she continued her approach toward Leo Ray and his companions, stating, "If the Human Majesty is willing to remain here, then perhaps we might forge a beautiful tale."

"And what if I decline?"

Leo Ray’s expression remained placid, as tranquil as a still mirror.

"Then do not fault me for resorting to force!"

The Dark Elf Anna's visage darkened, a hint of ferocity surfacing on her delicate features.

"But is that truly what you desire?"

Upon hearing these words, Leo Ray maintained his composure, responding softly.

The reason Leo Ray posed this question was because he had already grasped the underlying truth of this Dream Space.

The fact that the Bright Elf Anna had made such a strenuous effort to impede the Dark Elf Anna earlier indicated that a part of her harbored an unwillingness to act against them.

His objective was to draw forth this sentiment, for as the master of this dream, she was indeed formidable.

"Human Majesty, what is the meaning behind your words?"

The Dark Elf Anna ceased her advance, her brows drawing together in a tight knot.

"You are well aware that even if you were to forcibly detain us here, it would ultimately prove to be in vain. Is this truly the outcome you seek?"

Leo Ray gazed directly into her star-like eyes, continuing, "Furthermore, no matter how enchanting this place may be, it remains, fundamentally, just a dream that will eventually end, does it not?"

"I-I..."

Upon hearing Leo Ray's words, the Dark Elf Anna was momentarily rendered speechless, unable to formulate a response.

After a brief pause, the Dark Elf Anna suddenly stiffened, and with a flash of white light, the figure of the Bright Elf Anna manifested.

"I apologize, Human Majesty. Truthfully, I desire for everyone to remain here, but I do not wish to coerce anyone. Therefore, I implore you, Human Majesty, to shatter this dream and bring it to an end!"

The Bright Elf Anna's slender form trembled slightly, clearly contending with the Dark Elf Anna for control.

"What nonsense are you speaking? The outside world is fraught with peril; keeping the Human Majesty and their companions here is the most prudent choice, even if it requires force!"

As black mist surged upwards, the Dark Elf Anna reappeared before them, her fists clenched tightly. "You even wish to awaken from this dream. Do you not comprehend the true extent of the dangers that await in the outside world?"

"Of course, I am aware! However, we have been fleeing for so long. Had the Human Majesty not arrived, we would likely still be lost in the illusion of this peaceful dream."

The form of the Bright Elf Anna reappeared, her voice strained as she stated, "The Human Majesty is correct. No matter how tranquil a dream may be, awakening is its inevitable conclusion!"

"No, I refuse to awaken, and even less do I wish to confront that desolate reality! Here, we have our kin, a life of peace, and abundant sustenance. Why should we long for anything else?"

With another surge of black fog, the Dark Elf Anna appeared to overpower the Bright Elf Anna. Her presence radiated an immense aura as she propelled herself towards Leo Ray with a cold snort, declaring, "Regardless, the Human Majesty shall remain here!"

In the blink of an eye, innumerable strands of dark Magic Chains materialized from Dark Elf Anna, hurtling towards Leo Ray from all angles!

"Stay away from Young Master!"

Sheila, Xiao Jing, and Xiao Jie, who were already prepared for battle, became serious. They unleashed their abilities, shattering the incoming Magic Chains. Simultaneously, an unfamiliar Stone Spirit, wielding countless blade lights, positioned itself protectively in front of Leo Ray.

"Insolent!"

With a wave of her hand, Dark Elf Anna instantly bound the four Stone Spirits with Magic Chains, leaving them immobile.

"Your Majesty of the Humans, I merely wish to prevent you from getting harmed, which is why I aimed to keep you here. Why can't you comprehend my good intentions?"

Dark Elf Anna's delicate face contorted with madness as more Magic Chains surged towards Leo Ray.

Leo Ray, refusing to stand idly by, watched as his Longsword flashed with a cold glint, shattering the Magic Chains and freeing Sheila and the Stone Spirits from their bonds.

However, the opponent's assault speed was astounding. Soon, not only were Sheila and the others immobilized once more, but Leo Ray himself found his own limbs tightly ensnared by the Magic Chains, completely restricting his movement.

"Your Majesty of the Humans, cease your resistance!"

Dark Elf Anna's fair face displayed a hint of arrogance, accompanied by a sinister smile.

If bound by these Magic Chains for a sufficient duration, Leo Ray and his companions would unknowingly be drawn into a deep slumber.

"No! You cannot do this!"

At this crucial moment, Dark Elf Anna's almost impossible speed suddenly faltered. Bright Elf Anna's form reappeared.

She released the Magic Chains and urgently addressed Leo Ray, "Your Majesty of the Humans, the Black Fog..."

But before she could finish her sentence, another surge of black mist erupted, and Dark Elf Anna once again emerged from within.

Seizing this brief window of opportunity, Leo Ray swiftly drew his sword, cleaving through all the Magic Chains and liberating himself and the Stone Spirits.

"Black Fog? Is Bright Elf Anna hinting that the Black Fog is the enemy's vulnerability?"

Leo Ray's mind raced, his brows furrowing in thought. "No, within this Dream Space, the opponent is depicted as invincible. How could there possibly be a weakness?"

Amidst his bewilderment, Leo Ray's dark eyes suddenly brightened, his gaze locking onto the dense Black Fog swirling ominously above the stone bed.

It appeared that the resolution to everything lay within that swirling miasma. More precisely, the key to shattering this Dream Space resided not within the slumbering Anna, but within the ominous Black Fog!

Upon this realization, Leo Ray did not hesitate, charging towards the Black Fog with utmost speed.

"You will not succeed!"

Dark Elf Anna clearly perceived Leo Ray's intent and moved to intercept him with overwhelming force.

Yet, at that very instant, Sheila and the other Stone Spirits displayed their skills once more, straining with all their might to engage Dark Elf Anna.

Although they were quickly overwhelmed and repelled by Anna, this brief engagement provided Leo Ray the crucial moment to unleash an incredibly fierce sword light directly at the Black Fog.
