While speaking, the Administrator’s own tone was laced with disbelief, a slight tremor escaping his lips.

He had never anticipated that this seemingly ordained outcome would conclude with a decisive triumph for the side led by the once-underrated Emperor of the Human Race!

More precisely, the Human Clan, fresh to the Outer Region, had defied all odds by defeating two entrenched second-tier powers. This was, without question, an unprecedented legend in the making.

Despite his internal shock, the Administrator felt a wave of relief wash over him.

It was fortunate that he had refrained from intentionally obstructing the Human Majesty; otherwise, he might have foolishly antagonized a burgeoning force within the Outer Region.

As the Administrator finished, the hall visibly split into two distinct factions.

Within our group—comprising Loris, Sina, and veteran Gary—thunderous cheers broke out as everyone rushed forward, surrounding Leo Ray with exuberant applause and celebration.

Conversely, utter silence descended upon the Stone Giants and Half-Titans. All the giants kept their heads bowed in defeat, their posture resembling that of crumbling mountains.

“Your Excellency Administrator, since the victor has been determined, shouldn't we proceed with the next phase?”

Leo Ray signaled for his companions to settle down before pressing his advantage.

“The next phase? Whatever could you mean?”

The Administrator cast a fleeting glance at Hollis II and Lila before chuckling with feigned ignorance.

“Obviously, it is the victor's right to decide the fate of the defeated.”

Leo Ray’s eyes narrowed slightly. He deliberately brandished the Communication Magic Stone before the Administrator and remarked calmly, “Before this competition commenced, you swore as a witness to uphold the rules. Surely, you haven’t suffered such a lapse in memory already?”

“Remember, your four peers have been observing every development here with great scrutiny.”

Turning his gaze toward the breathless Lila and Hollis II, Leo Ray continued, “The time has come to honor our pre-competition contract.”

“Ah, indeed; naturally, quite naturally.”

The Administrator let out an awkward laugh, then tentatively inquired, “May I ask how Your Majesty intends to handle the Half-Titans and Stone Giants?”

“Your Excellency seems to suffer from a very selective memory. Was I not crystal clear from the very beginning?”

Leo Ray arched an eyebrow, dropping a bombshell: “Naturally, I intend for the Half-Titans and Stone Giants to kneel before me and serve as my subordinates.”

“What?!”

A fresh wave of murmurs erupted through the hall. Both the Half-Titans and Stone Giants shared expressions of pure disbelief, and even our own allies were taken back.

The young Human Emperor had mentioned this before, but everyone dismissed it as mere posturing, never believing he was serious.

Now, it dawned on everyone that the Emperor had been supremely confident in his victory from the start! This wasn't idle chatter; it was the composure of a truly formidable leader.

“Your Majesty, so what if you managed to defeat us?”

Lila forced herself to stand, her silver armor scorched and battle-worn. “Do you truly believe we will simply surrender? The Stone Giants will never bow their heads!”

As she uttered these words, several Stone Giant specialists stepped forth, clearly not planning to yield without a fight.

On the side of the Half-Titans, although Hollis II lacked his former vigor and Bruce—the Prince of Nothingness recently freed by Moli—appeared broken, the experts remained defiant. Rax, though nearly winded after enduring Sheila’s assault, stood firm, and the group even subtly began to form a perimeter around us.

Our people’s faces hardened as they instinctively tightened their grip on their weaponry.

The enemy still held a significant advantage in the number of Tier 6 experts. Even though their leaders were exhausted, Leo Ray and our group had also depleted much of our strength. A full-scale brawl at this point would be a dangerous gamble.

“Your Majesty, the situation appears quite dire.”

The Administrator offered a pained smile, having foreseen this complication.

While Leo Ray held the upper hand in peak combat prowess, both the Half-Titans and Stone Giants were established, powerful second-tier entities.

Subduing them was no simple task—which explained why the Administrator had been hesitant to openly favor Leo Ray until now.

Tier 6 experts were the pillars of any faction; without enough of them, maintaining order in a region would be impossible.

Even Loris, Sina, and old Gary exchanged worried glances, questioning if Leo Ray should consider settling for a lighter compromise.

“Fear not, everyone. If we have triumphed in the top-tier engagement, we can surely dominate in every other arena as well.”

Leo Ray sauntered to the center of the room and made a casual gesture. Suddenly, two hundred Tier 6 Alchemical Golems, radiating a terrifying pressure, manifested.

The matte-black, synchronized Golems lined up opposite the Stone Giants, creating an immediate standoff.

He wasn't finished. With a flick of his wrist, mountains of Magical Scrolls appeared before the room.

“Are those all Tier 6 Summon Scrolls? Such an absurd quantity?!”

The Administrator’s eyes widened, his voice cracking in surprise.

In a single stroke, Leo Ray had demonstrated Tier 6 combat power that rivaled the combined might of every giant in the room, not counting the forces from our own alliances!

As the crushing aura pervaded the room, silence reclaimed the hall. Even Lila and Hollis II, who had prepared for a final stand, could not help but gulp.

They had hoped their superiority in Tier 6 numbers would serve as leverage, but Leo Ray had effortlessly erased that gap and surpassed it!

The giant experts were left completely stunned, their faces vacant as they struggled to process the sheer scale of his power.

“Oh, right—perhaps you were relying on your Tier 5 armies to give you an edge?”

Leo Ray arched an eyebrow again, and tens of thousands of Tier 5 Summon Scrolls coalesced, with Little Jie casting a defensive barrier to safeguard them.

“This…”

Staring at the endless piles of scrolls, Lila and Hollis II exchanged a look of pure, unadulterated fear.

Though their interaction with the Human Emperor had been brief, it was now obvious that he was a man of unfathomable depth.

With what he had already revealed, who could possibly guess the extent of his hidden reserves?

Even without his hidden cards, what he had displayed was more than enough to completely suppress every expert currently in the room.

The Human Emperor had become the absolute master of this situation.

As Lila and Hollis II trembled inwardly, Leo Ray gathered the scrolls, smiling pleasantly, “Chief of the Stone Giants, King of the Half-Titans, I have matters I wish to discuss with you both. Would you be willing to grant me the honor of a conversation?”
