A young prodigy, the Second Prince, demonstrates incredible strength in a battle against a simulated demon. His skills shock onlookers, including the Mu brothers, who realize their own talents pale in comparison. Meanwhile, on the top floor, two powerful figures discuss the prince's potential and their own ongoing cultivation contest.

Great Xia Year Ten, August 10th

As the summer martial arts tournament reached its peak intensity.

Far to the west of Jinshan Town, within Yinhe Valley's territory, specifically at Yinhe Valley's northernmost edge adjacent to Bone-Eroding Path, Jinyang Village also experienced a monumental shift.

Clink clank... clang clang...

Night had fallen, yet Jinyang Village was illuminated by countless fires.

A quick survey revealed at least a hundred massive coal furnaces operating at full capacity. Some furnaces, yet to be equipped with melting pots, spewed flames more than ten meters high, indicative of the extreme heat.

Mountains of iron ore surrounded these colossal furnaces. Thousands of sturdy, bare-chested men moved amidst the ore, engaged in forging, smelting, and molding. The entire village was a hive of activity, with the sounds of material handling and ironworks echoing across the landscape.

"Furnace No. 7's iron is molten! Quickly bring the casting molds!"

"Barrack iron sheets are ready! Come collect them, swiftly!"

"The Northwall requires twenty more iron piles. No slacking, brothers, put your backs into it! We should finish in about five days."

......

Approximately five kilometers north of Jinyang Village, an enormous wall, composed of twenty-meter-high iron piles stretching fifteen kilometers from east to west, was nearing completion. Only a two-hundred-meter gap in the center remained open.

Thousands of artisans worked along the wall's expanse. They were busy filling gaps with massive stones, shaping the structure with molten iron, transporting equipment for reinforcement, and driving piles with colossal hammers, or guiding iron chains to position the piles. Their synchronized efforts and strategic coordination were transforming the wall, which already exuded a formidable presence.

Not far from the wall's southern flank, an elder, accompanied by six middle-aged individuals and over a dozen young men and women, gazed up at the towering structure. Their eyes were wide with astonishment and a sense of the unfamiliar.

"How is this possible? In less than two months, the wall is almost finished?"

"Can't you see the sheer number of people involved? All twenty-three village-level camps and seventy-two large and medium camps from Yinhe Valley, along with over forty thousand laborers from the Earth-digging Realm. Add to that more than two thousand craftsmen of the Cold Resistance Level from Nine Towns, and fifteen thousand allied soldiers providing support. Not to mention the tens of thousands from Nine Towns solely dedicated to transporting iron ore here. Combining manpower and resources, we're looking at over two hundred thousand individuals! Working in shifts, day and night, with minimal rest. Building it in two months isn't that surprising!"

"Since early June, the influx of people at the Cold Resistance Level into Jinyang Village has gradually exceeded thirty thousand. I've never witnessed such a massive gathering in my entire life!"

"Constructing such a magnificent city in such a short period is something only the united Nine Towns of the Southern Slope Territory could accomplish."

"Jinyang has actually erected city walls? It feels like a dream."

......

"It's real, it's all real! Our Han Family is on the verge of prosperity, haha!"

The elder leading the group, clad in a yellow summer attire, was none other than Han Peng, the former head of Jinyang Village. Upon hearing his eldest son Han Qi and second son Han Fu's explanations, he couldn't contain his elation, interrupting them with hearty laughter.

The family's clothing clearly indicated their status. Han Qi and Han Fu wore blue cotton garments, typical of Jinshan Town's style, while Han Peng and the others were dressed in finely tailored summer clothes.

The reason was simple: Han Qi and Han Fu had remained in Jinyang Village for the past two months. In contrast, Family Head Han Peng and other second and third-generation family members had just returned from Xia City.

Their attire was undoubtedly purchased in Xia City.

"Father, what do you mean by 'we are going to thrive'?"

The six middle-aged men present were all second-generation descendants of the Han Family. They were Han Peng's four sons and two nephews, arranged by age: Han Qi, Han Fu, Han Chao, Han Yue, Han Gan, and Han Jiu.

Hearing Han Peng declare the Han Family's imminent prosperity, Han Qi and Han Fu, who had stayed in Jinyang for two months, immediately understood. Their expressions showed a hint of excitement.

However, those who had just returned with Han Peng from Xia City, like Han Chao and other Han Family descendants, appeared somewhat perplexed. Third son Han Chao couldn't help but voice his confusion.

Emerging amongst the younger generation of the Han Family's third-generation disciples was a young man clad in black summer attire. His face was strikingly handsome, and he radiated an air of palpable confidence. Turning to face Han Chao with a smile, he addressed him, "Father, the governance of the city established in Jinyang rightfully belongs to the allied forces. Henceforth, it shall undoubtedly become a part of the Nine Towns' public domain. All the residents from the camps in Yinhe Valley will inevitably begin their relocation there soon enough.

Our Jinyang Village, with its sixty to seventy thousand inhabitants, will constitute the initial wave of settlers for this new city. Furthermore, our Han Family has long been aligned with Great Xia. The allied forces overseeing this region will surely depend on our Han Family's contribution. Perhaps in the future, the administration of Jinyang City will even incorporate our Han Family. This aligns with Grandpa's aspirations for prosperity, does it not?"

This young man in black was none other than the most exceptional third-generation scion of the Han Family, the second disciple under East Ridge Guardian Lu Yang – Han Li.

"Third brother, at your age, you certainly lack the foresight that Li'er possesses..."

Upon hearing his grandson's astute words, Han Peng's face was alight with admiration. He couldn't help but first chide his third son, Han Chao, before nodding and continuing, "On August 6th, just before we departed from Xia City, Commander Liu summoned me for a private audience. He personally gave me his word that the establishment of the city in Jinyang would not interfere with anything in our village. Regardless of future developments within the city, our Han Family, along with all other villagers, will retain absolute ownership of our existing landholdings and all other private assets!"

"Commander Liu? Father, are you referring to the Great Xia Cloud Dragon Army Commander, Liu Yuan, who currently stands as one of the six supreme commanders of the allied forces? Commander Liu?"
