Silvana successfully defeated the Prime Stone Goliath, but faced increasingly difficult challenges. She navigated treacherous battlefields and used her own developing abilities to overcome powerful monsters. As she progresses through Adam's memories, Silvana aims to prove herself as a warrior worthy of fighting alongside him. She then confronts the formidable Plague Reaper, recognizing this battle as crucial to her growth and determination.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Silvana continued to fight not only against the Plague Reaper, but also against all of Adam’s subsequent opponents, whether it was Arnoth, the Crimson Monarch, or even Fromund, whom she had to face at the Moon Colosseum.

This trial primarily tested her will and desire to become stronger, so some opponents did not fight at their actual level.

Otherwise, Silvana simply wouldn’t have stood a chance against someone as powerful as Midgar. No matter what abilities she had managed to develop or what her power level was, the difference between their powers was simply too great.

Thus, as long as Silvana kept fighting despite the pain, trying each time to devise a plan for victory, she could succeed. Adam’s memories could adapt to her so that she would have a path to victory.

She didn’t know how much time had passed. She barely had a chance to think about it, but based on her gut feeling, she knew she was nearing the end.

"Agh... Agh... Agh..." Silvana gasped for breath as she looked out at the devastated battlefield at the Grand Abyss.

She had just fought Midgar, it had been one of the toughest battles she’d ever faced.

Well, she’d expected as much, since this was supposed to be the final fight.

"Breydar... If I understand correctly, this is where it all ends, right?"

Silvana gulped.

"Alright, Gladius, I hope you have enough energy. You’ve got to give me a little more time!"

She touched the energy flows shaped like a demon’s head as she set off for her next battle.

Just as she had expected, the Gray Sea and Island A215 lay ahead of her.

It was right here that the battle between Adam and Breydar had begun. This battle wasn’t as large-scale as some of the others, but by the very end, Adam was exhausted. Breydar wanted to live and win at any cost, and if it weren’t for Adam’s abilities, he might have escaped.

"Damn..."

Silvana’s lips trembled as she looked down at Island A215 below her.

"So he’s there, and it looks like the Veiled Souls Clan isn’t going to show up in this memory. Good, if they had been here as well, I wouldn’t have been able to carry out the same plan as Adam."

With a deep sigh, Silvana descended onto Island A215, where Breydar was waiting for her next to one of the many crystal pillars.

Breydar was exactly as Adam had remembered him in the first place. After all, the Lost Moon and Lost Sun had created this trial based on Adam’s memories, to which Silvana had access through the Evolution Tree.

Interacting with Adam’s memories in this way was complex and required special abilities, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the bond between them.

"Hah... After everything that’s happened in the last few hours, I’m sure this fight will be a breeze for me!" Silvana’s eyes blazed as two blades appeared in her hands.

Unlike many of the other abilities she’d used against previous opponents, her blades hadn’t changed much. They’d just taken on a faint purple hue along the edges.

Breydar, like all her opponents before him, even Fromund, said nothing. He stepped forward as his aura burst forth, sending a shiver down Silvana’s spine.

"Alright, show me what you’re capable of! Once I defeat you, I’ll finally ignite my spark!"

...

At the same time, the Lost Moon and Lost Sun were having a hard time. Sweat trickled down their foreheads while their faces trembled with tension.

Normally, they wouldn’t have been able to sustain this ability for more than ten hours, but thanks to Gladius’s insane energy reserves, it had become possible.

However, even a Phantom like him had his limits, and he was rapidly approaching them.

"Ah..." Gladius let out a dry, raspy sound.

His face was pale, and he had large bags under his eyes.

Sure, he hadn’t been through a fight or anything like that, but the Lost Moon and Lost Sun were draining his energy at a tremendous rate.

He couldn’t take a break or replenish his energy in the process, because then Silvana’s trial would be interrupted.

She would have had to start all over again, and that was part of the plan for the artifacts. The Lost Moon and Lost Sun were prepared to run several rounds for her so that she could advance further each time.

But Gladius wasn’t going to wait that long, and he was certain that splitting this trial into several stages would be disastrous for Silvana.

"She must walk his entire path, at least... see everything from his point of view. Without that, she won’t be able to obtain her talent or create one. In her case, things aren’t as simple as they were for Adam."

The Lost Sun opened his bright amber eyes.

"Do you still believe in her? In all the time she’s been fighting within the altered memories, I haven’t seen a single spark that could resemble her flame."

The Lost Moon nodded, but kept her eyes closed, trying to concentrate on their energy flows.

"Her fears... Many of them have faded or changed, but the main fears still remain. She’s already nearing the end, just like us... She has little chance of changing that."

However, Gladius was more optimistic than the two artifacts.

"It will end as it began. This happened with Adam, and Silvana is close to obtaining her power. In fact, she’s already had several good attempts, but only now does she have the opportunity to turn that desire into something real."

The Lost Moon and the Lost Sun exchanged glances before continuing to maintain their abilities.

Silvana, in turn, fought with all her might against Breydar, and their battle was drawing to a close.

Unlike Adam and Breydar’s battle, during which two islands were destroyed, Silvana’s battle ended on Island A215, as the dead Breydar lay amid shattered crystals, his body covered in numerous cuts.

Silvana collapsed to the ground, but a smile appeared on her face.

It was all over.

Or was it...?

"Ah?"

Silvana blinked as energy flows appeared before her. Instead of dissipating, they formed a single sword with the number "3" on top of it.
