Bologue battled Yidir, who was transforming into a tar-like entity. Despite Yidir's monstrous changes and Bologue's own infection with the Blood and Flesh Plague, Yidir eventually overwhelmed and 'digested' Bologue. Yidir then ascended towards King Solomon's heritage, pursued by remnants of his own flesh.

Beelzebub.

"I remember you, you’re right here... right here on top."

The extended appendage is like a giant serpent, its head lifted upward, gazing at the dome of the heavens.

Beelzebub was here, during the Fall of the Holy City.

Now she still remembers that scene, Raymond Gaudent surrounded by intense warfare, encountering the destructive arrival of the devils. They expected fierce resistance from King Solomon, but when they invaded Raymond Gaudent, they only found the scholars had already killed themselves.

They conquered a dead city.

In the infinite silence, Beelzebub and other devils ascended together, ultimately at the throne they saw the dying King Solomon. He laughed madly, setting himself ablaze, and the eruption of light transformed all invading forces into pillars of salt.

The giant serpent moved past Yidir, its body lifting Beelzebub’s face, continuously reaching upward. At this overlap of the Material Realm and the Ethereal Realm, space was significantly distorted, filled with chaos and losing control.

In a patch of azure, Beelzebub seemed to see the end of these myriad heavens. She struggled to reach upward, but suddenly her expression froze, slowly opening her mouth wide, as a horrifying scream raised ripples. They spread toward the celestial bodies built by Solomon, yet like false illusions, the ripples passed through without effect.

Yidir gazed blankly at the towering serpent beside him, puzzled by what had occurred. The face writhing atop the serpent’s head ceased its change, leaving only an expression of terror. Immediately, this tower-like serpent collapsed straight down.

Only then did Yidir smell the pungent scent of blood hitting him from behind. Turning, he saw the thick serpent body extending from the Beast of the Herd had already been severed.

The severed end carelessly rotted, as if every piece of flesh had been ground to pulp. This time it did not heal.

Amidst the dripping blood, a figure staggered out of the serpent’s body, covered in flesh scraps and dripping with thick blood.

Accompanied by that clear and piercing, gradually intensifying engine sound, countless serrated blades emerged from his wounds, removing the rapidly growing tendrils. He was clad in thousands of blades, and every movement would casually result in the metal cutting against itself.

In the screeching, sparks flew incessantly.

Blood stained Bologue’s view red, with nameless fury growing wildly inside him. He habitually tightened his grip on the weapon in his hand, but it was now that he discovered that the weapon was gripping Bologue tightly.

The flesh of his palm seemed glued to the hilt of the vengeful sword, unable to separate. The axe handle’s straps wound around Bologue’s arm in circles, as he wielded two weapons. Bologue felt they had become part of his body, extensions of his arms.

"Power, power..."

Bologue groaned, as endless blades ripped open his body, like innumerable arms wielded, craving bloodshed and slaughter.

In a daze, Bologue heard the call of war trumpets, and it was at this moment that he truly understood the power within himself, grasping the essence of the Original Sin Armament.

This was a fragment of fury, a part of him, and also the protection he bestowed upon the champions:

Protection·Sacrificial Slaughter.

Bologue stepped forward, disappearing instantly, while Yidir heard sharp cries like a flock of birds rushing toward him, or like squadrons of swordsmen charging at him.

Yidir could not see Bologue’s figure. Under the aura of rage, Bologue had completely merged with the Original Sin Armament: Vengeful Saw Axe, his body entering an undying state and weaponized form. Countless serrated blades emerged, transforming him into a humanoid weapon.

In the explosion, Yidir first noticed his vision uncontrollably rotating until the severed body came into view, realizing his head had been chopped off.

Yidir’s body stretched out a hand, gripping the head that had been thrown away, and an unending pain surged from the body, every inch of flesh visibly collapsing and breaking like being shredded by chaotic blades.

This was not the end.

The flesh of the arm rapidly fused with the severed head, and as he waved toward Bologue’s direction, Yidir shouted angrily. The next moment the arm was severed again, along with the head, being pulverized.

In the swirling blood mist, Bologue’s eyes reddened, his face wearing an uncontrollable grin. Unlike the curse accompanying Protection·Soul Sucking and Essence Stealing, Bologue was now fully immersed, savoring the slaughter.

He paid no mind to the changing surroundings at all.

With booming ruptures, more appendages surged from the Beast of the Herd’s body, penetrating the weakening blaze, breaking through the barriers of the Golden Palace, crossing the twin spiral staircases, and like a roaring serpent, bit onto Bologue, propelling him toward the depths of the heavenly convergence.

Yidir watched ahead as the appendages, like a blood-flesh train, advanced with Bologue at the forefront. Soon, Bologue vanished into the azure, and just as Yidir thought it was all over, he suddenly felt his body being pulled. His body was forcibly torn apart, advancing along with the rapidly advancing, penetrating blood-flesh appendages.

It was then Yidir saw several sharp blades entwined, becoming a cable lined with serrated edges, piercing and gripping Yidir’s body, dragging him forward. And at the end of the cable, a menacing figure arduously crawled on the thick blood-flesh appendages.
