Cui Shuyin’s expression hardened before she took a deep breath and closed her eyes to recover her qi, she just decided not to pay any attention to him.

Lin Feng shook his head with a smirk and closed his eyes to cultivate too. He had to find a way to control Eternal Dao Lotus’s ability to give insights. If he was able to do it, then he could create a unique cultivation technique which his partner could cultivate and get insights from him directly during their dual cultivation sessions.

"THAT ROTTEN SWINE..." Zhe Peng punched the wall of his residence with hidden intent to crush Lin Feng’s head.

He couldn’t believe how a newly recruited disciple had become so close to Sun Xiurong. Was it really that she had fallen for his charm?

"There is no way?"

He couldn’t believe it, till date she had not shown him any intent of praising him for his looks, so there was no way she would just accept that bastard for his charm.

Then what the hell happened in just a few days that she allowed him to live on her peak?

"Wait a second, did Cui Shuyin convince her, or maybe even force her to accept this arrangement?"

He felt that this might really be the truth, after all, this new disciple must have been brought by Cui Shuyin to the sect, so she might be his acquaintance.

"Senior brother Zhe.."

Zhe Peng came out of his thoughts and opened the door of his residence when he heard the voice.

A man wearing the badge of Judgment Pavilion was standing outside his courtyard.

"Greetings, senior brother.."

Zhe Peng nodded before speaking calmly, "Sword Pavilion has recruited a new disciple, find everything about him, I mean it, everything.."

The disciple raised his eyebrows slightly before nodding in understanding, "Alright.."

After saying that, he left.

Zhe Peng came back to his residence while thinking about the possibility of Cui Shuyin really forcing Sun Xiurong to accept a male disciple at her peak. He had to find a way to do something if it was true.

As the sun rose from the east, Lin Feng and Cui Shuyin parted their ways, and Lin Feng came back to cultivate.

The first portion of the array was almost half done now, and in a couple of days, it would be completed. Their speed had increased slightly since Cui Shuyin was getting a little better at retracing after gaining some experience.

After sitting in his chamber, he again began to understand the flow of natural insights from Eternal Dao Lotus.

It wasn’t going to be an easy task, this was totally different from a normal cultivation technique. It felt like mastering a new path, and that required a lot of dedication.

He closed his eyes to feel the flow and insights in his body and lost himself in meditation.

Days passed by and his routine continued for whole week, in the morning, he cultivated and sometimes met Sun Xiurong, who came out to meet him occasionally, and at night he would draw the spirit field array with Cui Shuyin, who was getting more and more comfortable with him. Now she let him put both of her legs on his lap, but he still wasn’t able to move her trousers past her knees.

The array was half complete now, and it would definitely be completed in one more week according to his estimate.

Today he was cultivating as usual when he felt the presence of Cui Shuyin in his chamber.

"Ready to go?"

He heard her sweet, melodious voice and opened his eyes to look at her.

His gaze didn’t go to her face, instead he admired her chest which was strained against her robes, her slim waist which he wanted to grab in his palm, and the sacred place between her thighs, which he wanted to touch the most.

"Seen enough, now let’s go.." Cui Shuyin was already lenient towards his gaze, she had already grown accustomed to it.

Lin Feng smiled and nodded, "Alright.."

Today was the day he would go to Alchemy Pavilion to challenge one of their disciples in an Alchemy Battle to get approval from their head elder. He wasn’t truly interested in it, but getting spirit herbs at a lower price was a good deal, so he didn’t mind going through it.

Cui Shuyin enveloped him in her spiritual sense and flew towards the Alchemy Pavilion.

All pavilions hold their competitions separately, but they don’t do it simultaneously, Alchemy Pavilion holds it first, followed by others one by one. This is done so that everyone has a chance to observe any competition they want to see.

These competitions are mainly done to reward the talented disciples and also choose the best of them to represent the pavilion at the whole sect level when they compete for resources.

As Lin Feng was moving through the clouds, he saw lots of cultivators flying towards the similar direction.

Suddenly, a pair of a man and woman came beside them, it was none other than the head elder of Saber Pavilion with his disciple whom he had seen previously.

"Greetings, Elder Cui, wasn’t expecting you to come and watch Alchemy Pavilion’s competition, is it because of Lin Feng?" Duan Lie asked with a calm tone.

Still, very few people knew about the fact that Lin Feng was an alchemist, the news from the town had spread, but it still hadn’t reached the sect, and even if it reached, not many knew who Lin Feng truly was.

"Well, Feng’er certainly is the reason, but not because he is interested in it, Elder Shen had challenged Feng’er to beat a disciple from Alchemy Pavilion in an Alchemy Battle, so that’s why we are going there.."
