Aditya lies critically injured in a crater after Andris's powerful final punch. Almost every bone in his body is fractured, and breathing causes intense pain, but his spine remains intact. Andris, impressed by Aditya's resilience, prepares for a final, decisive blow, lamenting that he must follow the Emperor's orders.

"Then, farewell, Your Royal Highness." Saying these words, Andris suddenly rushed toward Aditya from high above the sky. Both of his fists were once again covered in bright golden light, and an enormous amount of mana was gathering around his arms.

Unlike his previous attacks, Andris was now aiming to finish the battle with one final blow.

Seeing Aditya lying at the bottom of the massive crater, Andris believed that the former Crown Prince was already too injured to defend himself properly. After all, his previous seven attacks had caused enormous damage to Aditya’s body. Even someone with an extremely powerful physique would have difficulty recovering from such injuries in a short time.

Andris had no intention of giving him that opportunity. He pulled both fists backwards as he descended toward the crater, preparing to release another powerful attack. The golden light surrounding his fists became even brighter, and the air around him began shaking from the enormous amount of power gathering in his arms.

Seeing this, everyone watching the battle immediately realised what Andris was planning to do.

"ADITYA!!!" Malakor Harrington’s expression changed drastically when he saw Andris rushing toward his injured grandson.

Until now, Malakor had been carefully observing the fight while keeping an eye on the three Seventh Order cultivators from the Emperor Faction. Although he had been worried about Aditya’s injuries, he had respected his grandson’s decision to fight Andris alone.

However, the situation had now become far too dangerous. Aditya was lying inside a crater with serious injuries, while Andris was preparing to strike him with another powerful attack.

Malakor immediately tried to rush toward his grandson. Unfortunately, the Seventh Order cultivator standing opposite him had no intention of allowing that to happen. The moment Malakor attempted to leave, his opponent immediately moved forward and released a powerful attack toward him.

Malakor was forced to stop and defend himself.

"Get out of my way!" Malakor shouted angrily. However, his opponent simply smiled before attacking him again. The enemy cultivator understood that Malakor was trying to save Aditya. Naturally, he had no intention of allowing him to interfere with Andris’s attack.

As long as he could keep Malakor occupied for a few more seconds, Andris would have enough time to finish Aditya.

Meanwhile, Lou Han was facing a similar situation. The moment he sensed the enormous amount of mana gathering around Andris’s fists, Lou Han immediately realised that his master was in serious danger.

Without hesitation, he attempted to leave his position and rush toward Aditya. However, the Seventh Order cultivator fighting him immediately noticed his intentions.

"Where do you think you’re going?" The enemy cultivator asked with a cold smile.

Before Lou Han could move away, his opponent appeared directly in front of him and launched another powerful attack. Lou Han immediately raised his hand and defended himself, but the brief exchange was enough to prevent him from leaving.

"Move!" Lou Han shouted furiously. His opponent did not respond. Instead, he continued attacking, forcing Lou Han to focus on defending himself.

Although Lou Han was stronger than many ordinary Seventh Order cultivators, his opponent was still someone who had reached the same cultivation realm. Defeating such an enemy was not something he could accomplish within a single second.

Furthermore, the enemy cultivator was not even trying to defeat him. His only goal was to keep Lou Han occupied long enough for Andris to finish his attack. This made the situation even more frustrating.

Lou Han could clearly sense that Aditya was in danger, yet he could not immediately reach him.

He desperately tried to find an opening, but his opponent continued blocking every attempt. The third Seventh Order cultivator from the Anti-Emperor Faction was also unable to provide assistance.

He was already occupied fighting the remaining Seventh Order cultivator from the Emperor Faction. The two had been exchanging powerful attacks, and neither was willing to allow the other to leave.

When the Anti-Emperor Faction’s cultivator attempted to move toward Aditya, his opponent immediately increased the intensity of his attacks, forcing him to remain where he was. As a result, all three Seventh Order cultivators from Aditya’s side were being kept busy by their respective opponents.

None of them could immediately reach Aditya.

Meanwhile, Athena was watching everything from a much greater distance. Following Aditya’s earlier instructions, she had already moved farther away from the battlefield. However, the moment she saw Andris preparing to deliver another powerful attack, her expression changed completely.

"ADITYA!!!" Without thinking, Athena immediately rushed toward the crater.

She wanted to help him.

She wanted to do something, anything, to prevent Andris from landing that attack.

However, Athena quickly realised that she was too far away. Even if she used her maximum speed, there was simply no way for her to reach Aditya before Andris’s attack landed. The distance between them was too great, and Andris was already descending toward the crater at an incredible speed.

Athena could only watch helplessly as the golden light surrounding Andris’s fists became brighter.

Meanwhile, at the bottom of the crater, Aditya was also aware of the approaching danger. Despite his terrible injuries, his senses were still functioning properly.

He could clearly feel the enormous amount of mana gathering above him, and he immediately understood that Andris was preparing another powerful attack.

Aditya gritted his teeth and attempted to move his body. However, the moment he tried to lift himself, intense pain spread through his chest and arms. His fractured bones made even the smallest movement extremely difficult. Furthermore, Andris’s approaching attack was already placing enormous pressure on the surrounding area.

As Andris descended toward the crater, the powerful mana surrounding his fists began pushing against the air below him. The pressure became so intense that the loose rocks surrounding Aditya were crushed into smaller pieces. Even the ground beneath his body began cracking further.

Aditya could feel the enormous force pressing down on him. It was almost as though an invisible mountain was slowly descending toward his body.

Aditya immediately tried to activate his teleportation ability. However, doing so was proving much more difficult than usual. Under normal circumstances, teleportation was almost effortless for him. He only needed to focus on the location where he wanted to appear before activating the ability.

But his current condition was far from normal. His entire body was filled with pain, his breathing was uneven, and the enormous pressure coming from Andris’s attack was making it extremely difficult for him to concentrate.

Furthermore, the violent mana surrounding the approaching attack was disturbing the space around the crater. Although this was not enough to completely prevent Aditya from teleporting, it made controlling his ability much more difficult.

He needed to concentrate properly to activate teleportation safely. And at that moment, even maintaining a clear thought was becoming a challenge.

Aditya desperately tried to focus.

The golden light surrounding his fists illuminated the entire crater.

"IT’S OVER, YOUR ROYAL HIGHNESS!" Andris shouted as he prepared to release his attack.

But just as he was about to reach Aditya, something unexpected happened.

Several almost invisible blades of compressed wind suddenly appeared around Andris. These attacks came from different directions, striking his chest before he could react.

"What...?"

Andris’s eyes widened slightly as he suddenly felt sharp pain spreading across his chest. Several thin cuts appeared on his skin, and fresh blood immediately began flowing from them.

Although the attacks were not powerful enough to seriously injure a Seventh Order cultivator like him, they had still managed to cut through his skin.

This was something Andris had not expected. After all, he had been completely focused on Aditya, who was lying helplessly at the bottom of the crater.

He had not sensed anyone else approaching him. So where had these attacks come from? Andris instinctively lowered his head and looked at the fresh wounds on his chest.

He could clearly see several shallow cuts running across his skin. The wounds were not deep, but the fact that something had managed to injure him without his knowledge was enough to surprise him.

What Andris did not know was that these attacks had come from Raiketsu’s first ability, Wind Scar. During his earlier battle against the Emperor Faction’s soldiers, Aditya had repeatedly created invisible Wind Scars throughout the surrounding area.

These hidden attacks remained in their positions until Aditya activated them. Although Raiketsu could maintain only ten Wind Scars at a time, Aditya had made sure to keep several of them available even after he stopped attacking the ordinary soldiers.

And now, those hidden attacks had finally become useful. Aditya had deliberately activated several Wind Scars at the exact moment Andris was about to deliver his finishing blow.

He knew that these attacks would not be powerful enough to kill Andris. After all, his opponent was a Seventh Order cultivator whose physical strength and defence were extremely high.

However, killing Andris was never the purpose of those attacks. Aditya only needed to distract him. Even a single second would be enough.

And that was exactly what happened. The moment Andris lowered his head to examine the wounds on his chest, Aditya immediately seized the opportunity. Despite the terrible pain spreading through his body, he forced himself to concentrate and activated his teleportation ability.

His figure instantly disappeared from the bottom of the crater. Andris, who had been looking at the shallow wounds on his chest, suddenly sensed something strange. The presence that had been lying beneath him was gone. His expression immediately changed.

Andris quickly looked down toward the crater. However, Aditya was no longer there. The place where he had been lying only a moment earlier was now completely empty.

Seeing this, Andris immediately felt a terrible feeling rising inside his heart. His instincts were warning him that something was wrong. Something extremely dangerous was about to happen.

Before Andris could finish that thought, he suddenly felt a sharp pain coming from his back.

A long blade suddenly pierced through his back. The weapon passed directly through his body, piercing his heart before emerging from the centre of his chest. It was Raiketsu, and standing directly behind Andris, holding the weapon firmly in his right hand, was Aditya.
