Xu Nian acquired a God-level corpse for puppet refining by trading Divine Origin Liquid. The group then worked together to break the seal on a Pill Furnace, which released four Top-grade Heavenly God Pills. While the God-level experts secured two pills, Xu Nian, Tan Long, and Qiao Baiyun chased after the remaining two. Using the Chaos Divine Palace, Xu Nian successfully captured one pill, only to be immediately attacked by Tan Long.
"Prepare to perish!" Tan Long scoffed inwardly. In his estimation, wielding the True Intent of the Fifth-level Heaven was more than enough to easily dispatch a Nether Emperor. This particular Nether Emperor, he conceded, was quite unusual, possessing a strength rivaling that of most Divine-level experts. However, Tan Long, blessed with genius, was no ordinary Divine-level cultivator. Thus, he was certain Xu Fenn was facing imminent doom with this very strike. Xu Nian, his spear crackling with potent Thunderclap True Intent, twisted his lips into a sneer of disdain. In the next instant, he unleashed the Earth Attribute True Intent. His aura immediately swelled with formidable might. "Boom!" Xu Nian’s fist met Tan Long’s spear head-on. A cataclysmic explosion erupted, instantly shattering all of Tan Long’s Thunderclap attributes. The force of the impact sent Tan Long hurtling backward. "How can this be?" Tan Long’s body slammed into the hall’s wall, leaving a fissure in its wake. Gazing at Xu Nian from a distance, his face was a mask of profound disbelief. "Six-level Heaven Earth Attribute True Intent?" Qiao Baiyun, who had hurried over, exclaimed in surprise. It was evident that she had not anticipated Xu Nian's grasp of True Intent to have ascended to the Sixth Level Heaven realm. Xu Nian stood with imposing pride, suspended in the void. Potent waves of Earth Attribute True Intent radiated from his being. Indeed, what Xu Nian was currently displaying was the Earth Attribute True Intent, and it had indeed reached the Sixth Level Heaven, two levels above his Water and Fire True Intents. Naturally, his Gold and Wind Attribute True Intents were even more advanced, with Gold reaching the Seventh level and Wind the Eighth. However, Xu Nian preferred not to draw undue attention. Revealing an excessively high level of True Intent would undoubtedly attract the focused scrutiny of two God-level experts, a situation he wished to avoid. "If you wish to live, I suggest you yield. Otherwise, do not fault me for my ruthlessness," Xu Nian stated coldly, his gaze fixed on Tan Long. While he harbored a strong desire to end Tan Long, he recognized that the timing was not yet opportune. Tan Long glared at Xu Nian, his eyes blazing with fury. Yet, he also came to a sobering realization: the Xu Nian before him was not someone he could easily defeat. "Hmph!" Tan Long snorted coldly and turned away, making it clear he was abandoning his pursuit of the Divine Pill. Xu Nian then shifted his attention to Qiao Baiyun. She offered a charming smile, saying, "Since Brother Xu is so exceptionally skilled, I shall cede this pill to you. I truly did not expect you to conceal your strength so deeply, mastering the Earth Attribute True Intent of the Sixth Level Heaven." "Just fortunate," Xu Nian replied with a modest smile. "Brother is truly humble. Perhaps we could find an opportunity to discuss the Dao privately sometime?" Qiao Baiyun inquired flirtatiously. Xu Nian felt a flicker of awkwardness. Qiao Baiyun possessed a truly captivating allure. Though her words spoke of discussing the Dao, her tone carried an unmistakable provocative undertone that stirred wild imaginations. "Well, Sister Qiao, I shall seek your guidance when the time is right. For now, let us examine the other treasures," Xu Nian responded with an uneasy smile. Qiao Baiyun’s smile widened alluringly. Xu Nian’s bashful reaction clearly amused her greatly. However, she refrained from further teasing and proceeded towards the Pill Furnace. Xu Nian then carefully placed the Divine Pill into his Chaos Divine Palace, entrusting it to his true self for immediate absorption. This particular item was a Gathering God Pill, designed to bolster soul power. Such a pill was immensely beneficial for Xu Nian, whose soul power had already reached parity with mid-stage Divine-level cultivators. Consuming this Soul Condensing Pill would undoubtedly elevate his soul power to the late-stage Divine level, or perhaps even the Peak of the Divine level. At that juncture, even without possessing Godhood, Xu Nian would be virtually indistinguishable from true Divine-level experts. Following this, as his true self absorbed the pill, Xu Nian’s Soul Avatar would experience a substantial surge in power. Of course, the act of absorbing a God-level pill was no simple feat. Even a peak Divine-level expert would hesitate to attempt it lightly, given the terrifying potency of the energy contained within. It was only because Xu Nian intended to utilize the Green Lotus Technique from his Dan Sea that he dared to consider absorbing this pill. Even so, the process of absorbing this peak God-level pill was estimated to take decades, perhaps even a century. Fortunately, Xu Nian possessed the Chaos Divine Palace, a divine artifact that functioned akin to a cheat code. ... While Xu Nian’s true self was engrossed in absorbing the pill, his Soul Avatar had made its way back to the Pill Furnace. It wasn't the furnace itself that held his interest, but rather the Sun God Fire contained within. The prospect of absorbing this Sun God Fire represented a significant potential gain.

It was quite evident that the expert with the Fire Attribute, possessing God-level abilities, also held a strong fascination for this particular flame.

"The Pill Furnace for you, and the God Fire for me. What do you say?" the crimson-haired deity proposed directly to the Taoist in White Robes.

"Agreed!" the White Robed Taoist responded without hesitation.

Subsequently, without seeking further input, they proceeded to divide both the Pill Furnace and the Sun God Fire between themselves.

Xu Nian found himself tempted but remained silent.

After all, these two God-level experts clearly had no intention of sharing the discovered treasures with the rest of them. Voicing an opinion would undoubtedly mean confronting these formidable beings.

Considering his current level of strength, while he wasn't exactly afraid of them, it felt entirely unnecessary to provoke them.

His primary objective in this place was more centered around locating the Glazed Jade.

It was apparent that others harbored similar motivations.

Consequently, the matter was set aside without further discussion.

Thus, the entire group commenced a renewed examination of the grand hall.

With the colossal Pill Furnace now removed, the hall presented an appearance of extraordinary spaciousness.

Only at this point did everyone begin to notice that the hall's surfaces were intricately etched with a multitude of patterns.

These etchings possessed a profoundly enigmatic quality.

Xu Nian found himself utterly incapable of deciphering the mysteries held within them.

"This must be the Transmission Array leading to the second hall," Ye Shumin pointed out, having identified a likely Transmission Array at that precise moment.

The surrounding individuals, upon hearing this declaration, moved forward one by one.

"Indeed, it is a Transmission Array, and one designed for short-distance travel," affirmed the White Robed Taoist.

Upon hearing this confirmation, the assembled group no longer harbored any reservations.

Since the primary hall held nothing further of interest to them, it was deemed more prudent to explore the subsequent hall.

Xu Nian, naturally, followed suit.

A contingent of people stepped onto the Transmission Array, causing the etched patterns to illuminate.

In the next instant, Xu Nian and the others vanished entirely from the hall.

A short while later, Xu Nian and the remaining individuals materialized within a completely new hall.

However, the spectacle presented within this chamber once again left Xu Nian and the others utterly astonished.

Dominating the very center of the hall was an immense Sword Pond.

The pond itself was densely packed with what appeared to be Divine Sword-grade weaponry.

These weapons possessed an exceptionally extraordinary appearance, with many bearing the marks of damage, some even appearing broken.

This sight elicited profound surprise from everyone present.

"It appears these Divine Swords must have belonged to formidable individuals vanquished by that expert; there are no less than a thousand Divine Swords here. I truly wonder how many individuals that powerhouse has defeated," mused the White Robed Taoist.

A collective gasp swept through the group.

Could each Divine Sword truly signify a defeated individual?
