Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100 Chapter 1948 Secrets of the Four Sacred Clans!

[A few scenes got cut here. Max would meet Rose here and then she would reveal she is part of the Evercrest Clan, one of the Four Sacred Clans and then took him to the Evercrest Clan]
Max looked toward the revealed world of the Evercrest Clan.
The abandoned grass planet had disappeared from his view, replaced by a hidden sacred territory folded inside countless layers of space.
Colossal trees rose like pillars between heaven and earth, emerald rivers of energy flowed through the air, and palaces carved from living wood and pale jade stood across floating gardens suspended between branches large enough to hold whole cities.
Everything before him looked ancient, peaceful, and beautiful, yet Max could sense a deep instability hiding beneath the surface, something ordinary eyes would never pick up on.
Rose didn't take him inside right away. Instead, she stood beside him on the boundary between the abandoned outer world and the hidden clan territory, looking out at the vast Evercrest domain with a complicated expression.
"Before I take you in," she said, "there are some things you should know."
Max glanced at her. "About your clan?"
"About all Four Sacred Clans," Rose replied.
Max's eyes sharpened slightly.
Rose turned toward him, and the smile she usually wore was gone. "You've received the Primordial Bloodline now, and not an ordinary one either. Since you're already connected to the Primordial Race, there are some secrets about the Divine Realm you're qualified to know."
Max didn't interrupt her.
Rose looked back at the hidden domain and began speaking. "Long ago, after humans came into existence, the first human forces to truly rise and establish themselves in the Divine Realm were the Four Sacred Clans. Valerius, Ashbourne, Ravenhart, and Evercrest."
Max stayed silent, but his expression shifted slightly. He'd heard of the Four Sacred Clans many times. Their names carried terrifying weight across the Divine Realm. Even forces like the Black Dragon Clan, the Sword God Palace, the War God Palace, the Nine Star Court, and the major world guilds didn't treat the Four Sacred Clans lightly. They were ancient, mysterious, and powerful enough to sit near the top of human civilization.
But Rose's next words made things far more complicated.
"The Four Sacred Clans were the earliest great pillars of humanity," Rose continued. "But their origin isn't the same as ordinary humans."
Max looked at her. "Different how?"
Rose's eyes grew deeper. "Most humans supposedly descended from Primordials who gave up their bloodline and became mortal. That's the history you should have been told, and it's true for the vast majority of humanity."
"The vast majority?" Max repeated.
Rose nodded. "But not all."
The wind moved across the grass behind them, and the hidden entrance to the Evercrest Clan shimmered softly in front of them, like a veil of folded light.
Rose lowered her voice slightly. "The Four Sacred Clans aren't descendants of those Primordials."
Max's expression finally changed. He looked straight at her. "Then what are they?"
Rose met his gaze. "The Four Sacred Clans are descended from a forbidden bloodline cursed by the world."
For a moment, even Max didn't say anything.
A forbidden bloodline cursed by the world. Those words carried a different kind of weight than ordinary ancient secrets.
Max had seen plenty of powerful bloodlines. His own body carried the Black Dragon Chaotic Bloodline, the Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline, and now a Tier 4 Primarch Bloodline of the Primordial Race. He understood better than most how much a bloodline could shape destiny, power, inheritance, and status.
But a bloodline cursed by the world was something else entirely. For some reason, it reminded him of the Legacy of the Dimensional Keeper where every inheritor of the legacy would end up die in way or another before fully awakening their Dimensional Keeper Legacy.
From what that goddess had told him, Dimensional Keeper Legacy was also cursed by fate.
"Cursed by the world," Max said slowly. "That doesn't sound like a figure of speech."
"It isn't," Rose replied.
Max studied her face and asked, "What bloodline?"
Rose didn't answer right away. Her gaze drifted toward the hidden Evercrest domain, and for a brief moment, something unreadable crossed her eyes. It wasn't quite fear, but it was close to caution, the kind shown by someone who knew certain names shouldn't be spoken carelessly.
Rose said, "I can show you inside the clan."
Max's expression stayed calm, but his thoughts were racing.
The Four Sacred Clans weren't descended from Primordials like other humans. They carried a forbidden bloodline cursed by the world. They were strong enough to rival Primordials despite lacking the Primordial Race's own bloodline. And Rose had brought him here because the Evercrest Clan was in trouble.
The pieces were starting to form a dangerous picture.
Max looked at Rose again. "You said the Four Sacred Clans don't carry the Primordial Race's bloodline, yet they're as strong as the Primordials."
Rose nodded. "Yes. That's why the Four Sacred Clans have always held a special position. They're human, but not human in the same way most humans are. They don't carry Primordial Bloodline, yet their inherited power can stand against the Primordial Race. Their ancestors never relied on returning to the Primordial source. They walked a different path, one the world itself rejected."
"Then why are they still called human forces?"
"Because they chose to stand with humanity," Rose said. "Whatever their origin, the Four Sacred Clans protected early humans back when humanity was weak. They built the first great shelters, the first sacred cities, the first human law academies, and the first supreme inheritance grounds. Without them, humanity might have been wiped out before it ever became a major race."
Max listened quietly. This was another hidden layer of history. Arvantos had told the top ten that humans were born from Primordials who gave up their bloodline. Now Rose was telling him that the strongest and oldest human forces didn't come from that same origin at all.
They came from something forbidden, something cursed, something powerful enough to rival Primordials yet dangerous enough that even its name couldn't be spoken outside the clan.
Max asked, "Does the Primordial Race know about this?"
Rose smiled faintly. "Of course. The Primordial Race and the Four Sacred Clans have known each other's secrets for a very long time."
"And they still coexist?"
"They don't have much choice," Rose replied calmly. "The Divine Realm isn't peaceful enough for its strongest pillars to destroy each other over old origins. Besides, the Primordial Race and the Four Sacred Clans aren't enemies. Not usually."
"Not usually?" Max repeated.
