Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100 Chapter 1889 Orion's Grit and WIll!
Previously on Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100...
Hundreds of massive golden-white spears formed above the stage, and then they descended.
Orion looked up. The sky was gone, and only the divine spears remained. He grinned again, but this time blood had already appeared at the corner of his mouth. The pressure of the dominion was forcing his injuries to reopen, and every time he changed stars too quickly, his body screamed in protest.
Still, he stepped forward.
"Seven-Star Revolving Body."
Seven stars lit up inside him at once, and he moved into the falling spearfield. The first spear grazed his shoulder, the second pierced through the starlight around his arm, and the third tore open a wound on his thigh.
Yet Orion kept moving. He punched one spear apart, kicked another aside, broke a third with his elbow, and smashed through the fourth with his shoulder. Starlight burst from his body over and over, and each time he should have slowed, he forced another star to rotate into position.
Aurelian's eyes grew colder. "Still moving?"
Orion laughed through the blood. "Unfortunately for you, yes."
He jumped. The second star pushed his speed beyond its previous limit, and the sixth star added crushing weight to his descent.
"Second Star Step."
"Sixth Star Falling Heaven Strike."
Orion dropped toward Aurelian like a collapsing star. Aurelian raised his palm.
"Crownless Divine King."
The golden throne shattered, and its fragments flowed into his body as the dominion condensed instantly. The sacred halls vanished, the radiant pillars shrank, and the endless sun became a blazing crown behind him. Aurelian's aura turned sharper and more unstable as all the dominion's authority merged into his flesh.
He pointed upward.
"Crownless Divine King, Light That Judges All Stars."
A beam of condensed golden-white judgment shot toward Orion. Orion did not dodge. The ninth star entered his fist.
"Ninth Star Crown Fist."
His fist collided with the judgment beam.
Boom!
The explosion swallowed the center of the stage. Orion was thrown backward with blood spraying from his arm, but the judgment beam shattered as well. Aurelian stepped through the explosion, his speed far greater in the Crownless Divine King state.
"Radiant Execution Step."
He appeared before Orion and thrust with a spear of condensed light.
"Crownless Divine King, Sun-Piercing Verdict."
The spear drove toward Orion's chest. Orion twisted aside, but his accumulated injuries left him half a breath too slow. The spear tore through the armor near his ribs and left a deep, bleeding wound. Aurelian followed with another attack at once.
"Crownless Divine King, Solar Execution Array."
Dozens of golden-white blades formed around Orion and slashed toward him from every angle.
Orion's face finally turned serious.
"Nine Star Sovereign Body, Full Star Rotation."
All nine stars rotated through his body at terrifying speed, and he moved as though a star were being torn through nine different orbits at once. His fists broke the front blades, his knees shattered the lower ones, and his elbows destroyed the blades at his sides.
His shoulders smashed through two that came from behind. Even so, some still landed. Blood scattered across the stage, and Orion's breathing grew heavier.
Aurelian pressed harder. He gave Orion no time to rest, and he gave him no room to speak. He attacked like a man trying to erase all memory of his own earlier humiliation.
"Crownless Divine King, Final Luminance Judgment."
The enormous divine sword of golden-white light formed above the stage, and the spectators went silent. This attack had failed against Damian, and it had shattered uselessly against Max. But against Orion, it remained terrifying.
The divine sword descended, carrying the concentrated authority of Aurelian's dominion, his bloodline power, and his Crownless Divine King state. The pressure was so heavy that even Orion's star palace groaned beneath it.
Orion looked up. His body was wounded, his star power was strained, and his previous battles had taken too much from him. Yet his eyes were still bright.
He laughed softly. "Good."
The nine stars inside his body began to gather, and the Nine Star Court elders watching from afar shot to their feet.
"He cannot use that again."
"His body will not hold."
"Orion, do not force it."
But Orion could not hear them, and perhaps he would not have listened even if he could. He had fought Revona, and he had fought Ervin. He had been beaten down again and again by people whose paths were every bit as terrifying as his own.
Yet he had never accepted that his stars should stop shining simply because an opponent was stronger, stranger, or better rested.
He clenched his fist, and the nine stars collapsed inward.
"Starfall Extinction."
The entire arena trembled.
This Starfall Extinction was different from the ones he had used against Revona and Ervin. It did not have the same fullness he could produce at his peak, and it did not have the same stable foundation.
It was rough, bloody, and dangerous to himself. Yet it carried something sharper than before. It carried will. Every star inside his body burned as though Orion were forcing them to shine even while cracked.
He rushed upward, and Starfall Extinction met Final Luminance Judgment.
Boom!
The collision split the stage in half. Golden-white divine light and collapsing star essence erupted together. Aurelian pressed both hands downward and poured more power into the divine sword, while Orion roared and drove his fist upward, the star essence layers within Starfall Extinction detonating one after another.
The first layer broke the outer divine light. The second layer cracked the judgment runes. The third layer forced the divine sword to tremble. The fourth layer shattered Orion's own arm armor, and the fifth layer tore blood from his shoulder. But he did not stop.
Aurelian's expression changed. "How are you still pushing?"
Orion looked up through the raging light, his teeth stained with blood and his smile fierce and bright. "Because I am not done."
The sixth layer of Starfall Extinction erupted.
Crack!
Final Luminance Judgment split. The seventh layer followed, and the divine sword shattered.
Aurelian's pupils contracted. Orion broke through the falling fragments of golden-white light and appeared before him, his fist still carrying the last remnant of collapsing star power.
Aurelian tried to retreat.
"Radiant Ascension Step."
Orion's left hand shot out and seized the edge of Aurelian's radiant robe before he could fully escape. "Not this time."
The eighth star entered Orion's other fist.
"Nine Star Sovereign Body, Eighth Star Collapse Fist."
The punch landed on Aurelian's chest.
Boom!
Aurelian was blasted backward with golden-white blood spilling from his mouth. His Crownless Divine King state trembled violently, but he still did not fall. He raised both hands, his eyes filled with fury and disbelief.
"Divine Dominion, Solar Execution Array."
The golden-white blades formed again. Orion staggered and nearly dropped to one knee. Then he stood.
Aurelian's face twisted. "Why do you refuse to fall?"
Orion breathed heavily, and then he smiled. "Because I already lost enough today."
He stepped forward as the nine stars behind him flickered. Not all of them were stable anymore, but they still answered him.
"Because if I keep losing without taking one back, my master will laugh at me."
He stepped again, and the Solar Execution Array descended. Orion rushed straight into it. Blades cut his arms, light tore across his shoulder, and one radiant blade sliced across his side. But he kept moving.
"Nine Star Sovereign Body, Final Orbit Break."
His body became a streak of unstable starlight, weaving through the execution array while taking every wound he could not avoid. The second star gave him speed, the fourth star changed his angle, and the sixth star added pressure. The ninth star stabilized his core just enough to keep him from collapsing.
Then he appeared before Aurelian again.
Aurelian's eyes widened.
