Fin Arclight unleashed his Pseudo Cosmic Path, Pale Eclipse Burial, forcing Seren Frostveil to use her ultimate technique, Eternal Ice Spear. Though Seren managed to freeze and weaken Fin's attack, it was not enough. Fin's strike landed, and Seren, suppressed by the lingering eclipse effects, conceded the match. The stage is now set for the next battle.

The moment those names appeared, the entire arena reacted.

Aurelian Lareth was the Divine Son of the second elven faction, the vessel who had received Max's stolen Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline.

Morgana Starveil was the witch genius from Stellar Templar, a dangerous woman whose curses had already defeated multiple opponents in extremely strange ways. Both of them were important figures, and both had already been marked by Max in different ways.

Max's gaze immediately turned cold when he saw Aurelian's name.

Morgana's smile, on the other hand, became faintly playful.

"How troublesome," she said softly from her pillar. "I thought I would get to play with someone easier first."

Aurelian looked at her from across the arena with calm golden eyes.

"You are not qualified to call this troublesome yet."

Morgana's smile deepened, but there was a trace of danger in her eyes. "Divine Son of the second faction, you sound even more unpleasant than the rumors."

Angelina raised her hand.

"Aurelian Lareth. Morgana Starveil. Enter the stage."

Two beams of light descended.

Aurelian appeared on one side of the central stage, his white-gold robes spotless, his long golden hair falling behind him, and a sacred radiance flowing faintly around his body. He did not immediately release overwhelming pressure, yet his presence was heavy enough to make many participants narrow their eyes.

Morgana appeared opposite him, wearing her black-violet dress and witch hat, her midnight-blue hair moving gently as purple-black starlight gathered around her fingers. Her expression still carried a smile, but her eyes had already become serious.

She knew very well that Aurelian was not an opponent she could play with casually.

Angelina's voice rang out.

[Battle Begins.]

Morgana moved first.

She raised her hand, and seven purple-black stars appeared behind her. Threads of curse energy shot outward from those stars, spreading across the battlefield like a spiderweb woven from night.

At the same time, tiny witch symbols began appearing beneath Aurelian's feet, each one trying to connect to his shadow, his breath, his spiritual energy, and even the rhythm of his heartbeat.

"Stellar Witchcraft, Sevenfold Curse Thread."

Aurelian did not move.

Golden-white light spread from his body.

The curse threads closest to him began to burn.

Morgana's eyes narrowed slightly. "As expected, ordinary curses are useless against that light."

Aurelian raised his hand.

A beam of Heavenly Luminance light shot forward.

Morgana's figure shattered like a reflection, and the real her appeared several dozen meters away. The shattered reflection turned into a curse mirror that absorbed part of the luminance beam and reflected it back in a twisted purple-black form.

"Stellar Witchcraft, Mirror Curse Reversal."

The cursed light flew back toward Aurelian.

Aurelian's expression remained indifferent.

He lifted one finger, and the cursed light dissolved before reaching him.

"Small tricks."

Morgana laughed softly. "Small tricks can still kill arrogant men."

Her hands moved quickly.

More curse mirrors appeared in the air. Some reflected light. Some distorted distance. Some showed false versions of Aurelian standing in different positions. Purple-black star marks spread across the stage, and within a few breaths, the battlefield seemed to have become Morgana's witchcraft field.

Aurelian finally took one step forward.

The divine light around him brightened.

Wherever he stepped, the curse symbols on the ground burned away.

Morgana's smile faded slightly.

The spectators on the pillars watched closely.

"Morgana's curses are being purified."

"That is not ordinary light. Aurelian's Heavenly Luminance power directly counters many curse techniques."

"But Morgana is not weak. She has not used her Pseudo Cosmic Path yet."

Max watched silently.

His gaze was fixed mostly on Aurelian.

Every time Aurelian used that golden-white light, Max could feel a faint reaction from his own Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline. It was disgust. Rejection. A deep instinctive hatred toward something that should never have belonged to Aurelian in the first place.

Aurelian lifted his palm.

"Heavenly Luminance, Sacred Spear Rain."

Dozens of golden-white spears appeared above the stage and descended toward Morgana.

Morgana raised both hands.

"Stellar Witchcraft, Thousand Night Veil."

A curtain of black-violet stars unfolded around her. The luminance spears struck the veil, and each impact caused a burst of golden and purple light. For a few breaths, the veil held. Then cracks began appearing across it.

Morgana clicked her tongue.

"Fine. Since gentle methods will not work, let us be a little rude."

The air around her changed.

The purple-black stars behind her expanded into a vast starry sky. Countless witch symbols floated within that sky, forming a circle of curses around a dark moon. A cold and ancient aura spread from Morgana's body, and several participants immediately felt uncomfortable, as if invisible fingers had brushed against their souls.

Morgana's voice became soft and dangerous.

"Pseudo Cosmic Path, Star-Curse Labyrinth."

The moment the path appeared, the battlefield changed.

Aurelian was no longer standing on the central stage alone. Around him, countless starry corridors appeared, each one filled with curse mirrors, witch symbols, and dark moonlight. The space within the arena did not truly expand, but perception, direction, and causality inside the field became twisted. Every step could lead into a curse.

Every attack could be reflected. Every attempt to break through could become a medium for another spell.

Several participants became solemn.

Orion Starfall's smile turned thoughtful. "That path is nasty."

Kaiden Voidmere said calmly, "It distorts direction through curse connection, not space alone."

Ervin's eyes narrowed slightly. "If one loses the first rhythm, it becomes difficult to escape."

Rakan Thorne grinned. "So I just smash everything."

Damian Voss glanced at him. "If you smash the wrong mirror, you may curse yourself."

Rakan laughed. "Then I smash the curse too."

Inside the Star-Curse Labyrinth, Morgana's voice echoed from every direction.

"Divine Son, let me see if your light can purify a path made of curses."

Hundreds of curse mirrors lit up.

From each mirror, a different attack shot toward Aurelian. Some were shadow blades. Some were curse needles. Some were reflected versions of his own luminance spears. Some were invisible threads aimed at his soul. Some tried to mark his bloodline directly.
