Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100 Chapter 1824 First Round - 6

After Revona returned to her pillar, the atmosphere around the arena remained strange for quite some time.
Her battle had not been long, but its impact was far greater than many of the longer battles before it. Caelum Brightforge had not been weak. His forging flame, hammer technique, and defensive foundation were all strong enough to place him above most ordinary geniuses, yet every attack he used had simply disappeared before Revona's Void Origin Eyes.
That kind of power made many participants feel uncomfortable because it was difficult to understand and even harder to counter.
Max watched her for a while before shifting his gaze back to the central stage.
The randomizer continued spinning.
Battle after battle unfolded before him, and Max observed each one with calm attention. Most fights were between geniuses he did not recognize, but none of them were truly weak. A silver-armored knight defeated a beast-blooded archer by closing the distance in three breaths.
A shadow cultivator lost to a woman who controlled sound waves because his stealth became useless the moment her spiritual perception spread through vibration. A flame user fought a water user for nearly half an hour before finally winning by exhausting his opponent's reserves. Each battle showed a different path, different foundation, and different weakness.
Max did not watch casually.
His Dimensional Sovereign Body allowed him to perceive details others missed. He noticed how some people hid injuries behind stable breathing, how some used feints to draw out trump cards, how some carried strength far above what their surface aura suggested, and how some were already thinking about later rounds even while fighting their current opponent. This final round was not merely a place to win battles. It was also a place to study future enemies.
Then the randomizer stopped again.
[Battle Thirty-Eight]
[Aurelian Lareth vs Kovan Ashrune]
The name made Max's eyes turn cold.
Aurelian Lareth.
The Divine Son of the second elven faction.
The one who had received Max's stolen Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline.
The moment that name appeared, many participants turned toward one of the pillars. A young man stood there in white-gold robes, his long golden hair falling behind him, his face handsome and almost too perfect. His eyes carried a sacred radiance, and a faint divine light flowed around his body even though he had not released any power.
Compared to Selene's pure and noble aura, Aurelian's presence felt deeper, heavier, and more complete, as if something precious and powerful had been forcefully rooted inside him and cultivated for years.
Max stared at him silently.
Aurelian seemed to sense his gaze and turned his head.
Their eyes met across the arena.
For a brief moment, the air between their pillars seemed to freeze.
Aurelian smiled faintly.
It was not a friendly smile. It was calm, distant, and filled with an arrogance that came from knowing exactly what he possessed. His gaze briefly moved across Max's body, as if he was studying the true owner of the bloodline inside him, and then he turned away as though Max could wait.
Max's fingers moved slightly.
Angelina Valerius spoke calmly. "Aurelian Lareth. Kovan Ashrune. Enter the stage."
Two beams of light descended.
Aurelian appeared on the central stage with both hands behind his back. Kovan Ashrune, his opponent, was a gray-robed man wielding a staff covered in ash-colored runes. The moment he saw Aurelian standing opposite him, his expression became extremely heavy. He knew very well that he had drawn one of the worst possible opponents.
[Battle Thirty-Eight Begins.]
Kovan acted immediately.
Ash-gray runes spread under his feet, and a storm of burning ash rose around him. The ash condensed into chains, spears, and shields, forming a battlefield that tried to suppress Aurelian from every direction. The technique was not weak. It carried both fire and decay, and if an ordinary opponent was trapped inside, their energy would be slowly burned away.
Aurelian did not move.
The moment the ash storm approached him, golden-white divine light spread from his body.
The ash chains dissolved.
The ash spears melted.
The entire burning field was purified in a single breath.
Kovan's face changed, and he quickly raised his staff to form another rune array, but Aurelian simply lifted one finger. A beam of Heavenly Luminance light shot forward and pierced through the center of the rune array, shattering it before stopping an inch from Kovan's forehead.
Kovan froze.
Aurelian's voice was calm. "Surrender."
Kovan's face turned pale. After a long breath, he lowered his staff.
"I surrender."
[Winner: Aurelian Lareth.]
[Kovan Ashrune Eliminated.]
Aurelian returned to his pillar without even looking at his defeated opponent again.
Max's eyes remained fixed on him.
The bloodline aura Aurelian had displayed was unmistakable. It was not exactly the same as Max's current Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline, but it was deeply connected to it. The second faction had stolen something from his body, and now they had raised Aurelian as the vessel for it. Seeing that divine light being used so calmly by someone else made Max's gaze colder than before.
'So that is the Divine Son,' Max thought. 'Good. I was wondering when I would meet him.'
Not long after Aurelian's battle, another familiar name appeared.
[Battle Forty]
[Selene Vaeloria vs Dorian Frostmarch]
The atmosphere changed again.
The Divine Daughter of the second faction stepped onto the stage.
Selene Vaeloria looked almost unchanged from when Max had defeated her near the Witch God Tree. Her white-gold hair shone faintly, her eyes carried cold pride, and her aura was once again stable. The life-restoration rules of the Cosmic Ascension Conference had clearly allowed her to continue, and despite her previous defeat, she had still survived to enter the final hundred.
The moment she appeared, her gaze turned toward Max.
There was hatred in her eyes.
Not fear.
Hatred.
Max looked back at her calmly.
Selene did not speak, but her expression said enough. She had not forgotten the humiliation of being defeated by Max, nor the fact that he had shattered her superiority in front of so many people.
Her opponent, Dorian Frostmarch, was an ice-attribute swordsman. He released frost sword intent the moment the battle began, sending dozens of ice blades across the stage. The air turned cold, and crystalline snow spread across the arena floor.
Selene raised her hand.
Heavenly Luminance light unfolded behind her like a pair of radiant wings.
The frost sword intent was suppressed.
Dorian tried to force through with a stronger technique, forming a giant ice sword above his head, but Selene's expression did not change. A golden-white wheel appeared behind her, spinning slowly with majestic pressure.
"Luminance Judgment."
The radiant wheel released a pillar of light.
Dorian's ice sword shattered instantly.
The light stopped in front of his chest, burning through his defensive aura without touching his flesh. Dorian stared at the light, then slowly lowered his sword.
"I surrender."
[Winner: Selene Vaeloria.]
[Dorian Frostmarch Eliminated.]
Selene returned to her pillar, but before the transfer light faded completely, she looked at Max again.
Max only smiled faintly.
That smile made Selene's expression turn even colder.
