Devil Slave (Satan system) Chapter 1411: The King Is Back
Previously on Devil Slave (Satan system)...
Once Father Black had sealed the contract, he turned steadily toward Lucifer and inquired, "Are you ready?"
Lucifer let out a deep, mirthful chuckle. At his side, Seraphina laughed as well, her tone saturated with derision.
"It is impossible for any person of a lower rank to beat a Morningstar," she declared, "no matter what treasured weapon they use."
Father Black gave a single nod.
"I know," he answered plainly. "And I am not the one going to battle."
That statement took everyone aback.
To whom did he refer?
Precisely then, the void split apart with a thunderous crack. A colossal portal ripped through space, its borders aflame with scarlet fire.
Enormous Hell Beasts burst forth first from its depths—titanic monsters bearing multiple heads, their forms enveloped in shadowy blaze. Next emerged a massive, throbbing demon, its silhouette immense and domineering.
Lucifer narrowed his eyes before chuckling.
"Leviathan?"
He shook his head, plainly amused.
"I never knew Earth had fallen so far that they would even worship a demon I myself once imprisoned."
Frantic whispers erupted among Earth’s people. Even the gods in the stands swapped puzzled looks.
Yet Leviathan’s voice rumbled forth, profound and vibrating.
"It is good to see you again, Lucifer... but you misunderstand. I am merely a royal member of the household of Hell."
Lucifer stood shocked by those words.
Leviathan shifted aside and proclaimed grandly:
"The arrival of my Lady Death — Queen of Hell and the Eighth Earth — and her husband, King of Hell and the Eighth Earth... King Lenny Tales the Wise, the Fine Sailor, the Unyielding Sovereign, the Breaker of Chains, and the Eternal Regent of Two Realms."
Eyes bulged wide throughout the arena, from Earth below to the void above.
All went still.
Two figures emerged from the gigantic portal.
Lenny Tales stepped forth first.
His handsome visage struck all—angular, polished traits blending majestic poise with lethal appeal. Pure white hair tumbled to his shoulders like untouched snow, his eyes a brilliant, glowing blue harboring galaxies inside.
Flowing robes of pure hellfire adorned him—animated flames of rich crimson and pitch black that swirled and leaped over his frame like molten silk.
These robes stirred with vitality, sporadically unveiling ancient runes inscribed in the weave, without ever singeing him. They instead enhanced his lofty, robust physique, bestowing a presence both celestial and demonic.
Lady Death glided at his side.
Clad wholly in black, her gown appeared spun from countless souls.
The cloth gleamed with dim, murmuring faces and shadows writhing in its layers, evoking spirits imprisoned within. It draped her shape with grace, exquisite and horrifying.
Another figure trailed Lenny.
Leviathan heralded her with profound deference:
"The Mother of the King... Lilith."
Lilith advanced with poised assurance. Long red tresses poured like flowing lava down her back, her skin pale as new snow. A blood-red gown swirled around her like spilling gore, refined but ominous.
She took position at Lenny’s one side, Lady Death nestling softly against his chest on the other.
The full arena—fallen angels, humans, gods—gaped in awestruck hush at Hell’s royal lineage now assembled.
The authentic lords of the Eighth Earth had at last claimed the arena.
Lenny’s advent alongside the two women held Lucifer rigid for an extended instant.
He gazed in true astonishment. These were figures he thought long perished.
Long before, he had discarded and eradicated Lilith once her value expired.
Death was not meant to endure in this realm, her power confining her travels.
That alone prompted him to betroth his son Lenny to her originally, for the bargain.
And Lenny—he had himself demolished Lenny’s form and claimed his heart during the Devil System’s absorption.
However, circumstances had utterly transformed.
Morningstar received not a single glance from Lenny. Instead, he drifted elegantly to the Earth delegation’s spot.
As he drew near, Father Black advanced. He pressed a hand to his chest and sank to one knee.
"Regent of the Eighth Earth greets his King."
The very second those words escaped him, Earth’s representatives mirrored the act.
Athena, Crusher, Perseus, Alexander, Kanada, Insect B, alongside every warrior and god, knelt in flawless order, inclining low before their King.
The children joined suit. Countless myths swirled around Lenny Tales for them.
The liberator who granted the Eighth Earth its liberty.
Schools and history volumes instilled this knowledge. He was their King—the living legend.
Instantly back on Earth, the response erupted. Millions tuned into screens worldwide started kneeling in succession. Streets, houses, schools—everywhere—crowds prostrated themselves in awe and surging emotion.
Lenny advanced, softly gripped Father Black by the shoulders, and hoisted him upright.
"You have done well, Regent," he murmured tenderly. "Thank you for safeguarding our home... our family... safe."
Father Black could hold back no longer. Tears of sheer joy cascaded down his cheeks. He yanked Lenny into a fierce hug.
Lenny soothed him in hushed tones. "I know it has not been easy."
Then, facing the throng, he raised his voice, warm but authoritative.
"I am aware of each and every one of your struggles. To reach this point... you have all done well."
Just then, Father Black’s daughter, Elara, came forward. Her wide, inquisitive eyes gazed up at Lenny.
"Are you my godfather?" she inquired. "Daddy said when I was little that the King is my godfather."
Lenny let out a soft chuckle and scooped her up in one arm.
"Yes, I am," he answered kindly. "And you might not know it, but from the day you were born, I gifted you the comprehension of shadow runes, and a whole bunch of incredible gifts.
But don’t worry, I brought more."
With a flick of his free hand, a massive egg—the size of an ostrich egg—materialized. He passed it to her.
"When it hatches, it will come out as a Rank 8 Hell Beast. Take care of it well."
Murmurs rippled instantly across Earth and throughout the cosmos.
Hell Beasts were ranked from 1 to 9 based on their destructive power. A Rank 8 could basically obliterate a whole solar system.
And he bestowed such might on a simple child?
Lenny placed Elara down to cherish her new treasure, then proceeded onward.
He clasped Crusher in an embrace. The pair shared hearty laughs. Once bitter foes, then allies against a shared enemy, now brothers extended life by Lenny’s grace.
Next came Perseus. Lenny rested a hand on his shoulder.
"I know all the hardships you have been through," he stated. "And I know you still feel guilty about Victor. But I have news for you."
A wave of his hand summoned another portal, revealing Victor slumbering calmly in a healing chamber.
"I used the Origin Core of Hell to heal him of the fallen angels’ corruption. In a while, he will be fully healed.
You can visit whenever you feel like it, Athena will help you."
Perseus collapsed into joyful sobs.
Lenny went to Morgana. Her elegance remained untouched by time.
"I am sorry I never returned the love you had for me," he spoke softly. "But I was destined for another even before I knew it."
Morgana offered a gentle smile. "I know. I stopped being a delusional bitch a long time ago. I’m okay with my position now."
Lenny grinned and pulled her into a hug.
Then he neared Alexander.
The burly warrior eyed him intently and remarked, "I guess this means I can no longer call you ’kid,’ seeing as you are far beyond my age now."
Lenny burst into laughter and squeezed him in a powerful embrace.
He approached Kanada. She lifted a hand.
"You don’t need to say anything. I already know. And yes, I intend for Earth and my planet of Pepsodent to become one."
Lenny gave a nod.
Next was Insect B—his very first child. He stroked her head fondly. She nestled against his touch with silent warmth.
At last, he faced the goddess Demeter. She bowed deeply.
"Thank you for comforting Father Black," Lenny expressed. "Without you, none of this would have been possible."
Demeter whispered back, "All I did was love a man with all my heart."
Meanwhile, another figure advanced to confront Lady Death.
It was Vinegar.
She halted before her and declared, "It’s time, isn’t it?"
Lady Death grinned. "You and I are one."
Vinegar nodded, then glanced at Lenny before advancing. She clasped Death’s hand. Like vapor blending, the pair fused once more.
Lenny drew near his wife. Her smile beamed, eyes shimmering like a rainbow.
"Husband," she breathed.
He planted a tender kiss on her forehead, then strode toward Lucifer.
Lucifer couldn’t suppress a chuckle. Abruptly, it all clicked.
"No wonder Earth became so strong in merely a hundred years," he commented. "No wonder they got a blue sun. No wonder they were so bold. It was all because of you... son."
He cocked his head.
"But what I don’t understand is... where did you get so much power from?"
Lenny smirked.
"Can’t you tell already? I am the King of a Primary Plane that anchors the universe. I am King of Hell."
