Gabriel subdued Michael after killing Raphael and commanded the angel host to bow, which they did out of fear. When humans refused his arrogant demand, rage drove him to charge, only to be halted by the tournament contract monolith. Kanada declared Earth's victory due to Gabriel's rebellion, forcing all angels back to Heaven as Alexander reclaimed Michael's sword, stripping Gabriel's power. Michael vowed a favor before departing, securing Earth's triumph through trickery.

Jubilation exploded across the entire planet Earth.

Crowds surged into the streets, embracing total strangers, weeping, roaring with laughter, and shrieking in utter ecstasy. Families clutched one another fiercely. Kids dashed wildly, flaunting crudely made banners bearing Father Black’s likeness. In every town, hamlet, and household worldwide, the festivities raged ferociously without end.

The Lenny family had pulled it off.

They had outsmarted the angels.

Victory over Heaven’s forces belonged to them.

Nothing like it had ever happened before.

High in the void of space, perched on his throne above the lifeless sun, Lucifer lifted his hands and applauded.

Once.

Twice.

Three times.

A wide, authentic grin spread over his features.

He reclined further, continuing his deliberate claps, obviously delighted.

"I must admit," he said with a low chuckle, "the cunning of human beings never fails to amuse me. You monkeys really outdid yourselves this time."

Father Black flicked his hand casually.

"Do you think we’re fools, Lucifer?" he called out. "We knew you were aware of the plan. We knew you were watching the whole time. The only reason you didn’t interfere is because humans winning against the angels was also a win for you."

He paused, then added pointedly,

"And it’s also true that you secretly fear Angel Michael. He’s the only being in all of creation who can actually defeat you. He did it once before — kicked you out of Heaven. Surely he could do it again."

Lucifer’s brows furrowed briefly.

Then his smile returned — sharp and menacing.

Father Black let out a sigh. That grin provided all the proof required.

Gradually, Father Black stood from his chair and ascended smoothly into the sky.

"According to the contract," he proclaimed, his voice echoing through the vast arena, "Earth shall now face the armies of Lucifer Morningstar in combat."

As soon as he spoke, Seraphina advanced from Lucifer’s flank. With a sweep of her hand, a colossal horde of fallen angels flooded the arena, swiftly claiming the positions abandoned by the heavenly host.

"The fallen angels are ready to fight for Lord Lucifer," she declared proudly.

Yet before her words could end, Father Black cut in.

"I disagree."

All movement halted.

Every gaze fixed upon him.

Father Black restated evenly, "I disagree."

He went on, "I am not in the mood to have another long, drawn-out battle of wits."

Lucifer’s eyes narrowed threateningly.

At that instant, Odin drifted ahead from Earth’s ranks, halting next to Father Black. The Allfather’s lone eye sparkled with distrust.

"What is the meaning of this?" Odin demanded. "What do you mean we will battle no more? If you are tired of leading Earth toward a more prosperous era, then step aside and let me rule instead."

The arena plunged into utter silence, awaiting Father Black’s reply.

Father Black faced Odin, his look serene yet icy.

"And if I let you lead," he asked softly, "how exactly do you plan to do it?"

Odin replied at once, his tone thundering with confidence.

"Firstly, I will ensure that only the gods fight the battles. After all, you brought mere children into a war that could end the world. That was great irresponsibility."

He continued, "After which I was going to—"

But before he could conclude, Father Black interjected seamlessly.

"...submit to Lucifer and let him win?"

Odin’s mouth gaped open before his mind processed it.

"Yes—"

He caught his slip and scrambled to correct it. "I meant that I would ensure Earth would win, of course—"

Father Black lifted a hand, silencing him.

"You don’t need to talk anymore. We have long investigated you and the other gods on your side."

Instantly after his statement, Kanada, Athena, Perseus, Morgana and Crusher struck like phantoms.

Their blades gleamed.

Several gods clustered around Odin were bisected in a flash. Golden ichor and godly blood splattered over the arena’s surface. The gruesome spectacle even shocked Earth’s distant viewers.

Odin’s solitary eye bulged.

"What is the meaning of this?!" he bellowed. "Are you breaking the long-standing alliance of over a hundred years with the gods?"

Father Black’s tone stayed unwavering.

"My home is not interested in having gods that submit to evil."

A hush descended briefly.

Odin’s features twisted then — from astonishment to seething rage.

"How long have you known?" he growled, his voice deep and perilous.

Father Black shrugged nonchalantly.

"Even the children participating in the battle had known. You made little to no effort in hiding it. Because you were pompous and high above, you lost touch with how normal people think. Therefore, you believed we were stupid."

Odin abruptly flung his arms wide, godly power igniting around him.

"Do you think you are strong enough to face me? I am a higher god!"

His might swelled, enveloping him in brilliant divine radiance.

Yet soon it faltered and sputtered.

Odin scowled.

Kanada advanced, her words frosty.

"You are such a fool, Odin. Did you really think we didn’t know the source of your power?"

She pointed toward Earth.

At that very moment, throughout the globe, troops hauled priests from Odin’s shrines. Sanctuaries crumbled — columns shattered, idols overturned, ceilings collapsed. A soldier approached Nikky, snapped a salute, and announced:

"All the priests of Odin have been captured."

Nikky dipped her head once, face stern.

"Kill them all. Any vermin that stands against our world will be purged."

The command executed promptly.

Odin sensed his strength ebb rapidly, his godly essence wavering like a fading ember.

He growled, "Just because my temples are destroyed does not mean I have lost!"

He lunged desperately for one of his ravens.

Sharp cutting noises echoed.

Odin glanced downward — only to witness young Elara, Father Black’s daughter, tearing both ravens to shreds with her tiny fists. Blood and plumage scattered wildly.

Elara’s gaze burned with a horrifying intensity as she glared at the deity.

"These are the source of your power, are they not?"

Demeter, her mother, declared next, her voice heavy with the planet’s authority.

"The gods of Earth hereby denounce Odin as a god. He shall be stripped of everything and exiled."

No sooner had she spoken than Alexander materialized behind Odin.

"Unfortunately," the conqueror stated with a sinister grin, "the Lenny family does not believe in exile. We kill all our enemies."

Slash.

Odin split apart neatly.

His form crumpled, golden ichor flooding the arena ground.

Back on Earth, footage of shrines razed and priests slain broadcast on every display. Viewers stared in awed hush at first — then burst into fresh cheers blending triumph and reverence. The Lenny family crushed foes abroad and cleansed dangers at home.

The arena hung in tense stillness as the truth sank in.

Ancient pacts lay shattered.

The Lenny family had revealed to the cosmos their ruthless way with betrayers.
