Fisher discovers Yaril's soul is partially missing, suspecting Helair's involvement. He then joins Rafael and Moli for a breakfast that is made awkward by lingering memories of the previous night.

Oh no, this is too embarrassing!

Rafael opened her mouth, about to talk about Moli’s little handle, but it melted away in her throat due to her embarrassment, generating heat that nearly made steam erupt from her scales. So she had to stop the topic herself.

"Alright, alright, stop! This topic is... is over, no one is allowed to talk about it anymore!"

"Okay, whatever you say."

Fisher smiled helplessly and took a seat, while Moli nodded, wiggled her whale tail, and laughed happily.

Emhardt could summarize the rule just by seeing this scene.

He used to think Fisher did such things to vent his desires, so naturally, he would be radiant and full of energy afterward. Now it seems it might have the same effect on the Ladies associated with him, as they don’t look bad either, which should be considered a win-win.

"By the way, Fisher, this is for you."

As they were eating, Rafael suddenly remembered something, reached over, and handed two small cloth bags from the adjacent table to Fisher. Moli also smiled and handed over two more of the same design, but with different colors, to Fisher.

Fisher focused his eyes and quickly recognized these items as being very characteristic of the Nali people.

"These are memorial gifts, it’s Moli who told me about your Nali people’s custom. They said that the relatives and friends of the deceased select a gift and a eulogy to be wrapped in a cloth bag, then during the funeral, the Priest hosting the ceremony directly burns them... You’re going back for your teacher, though I’ve never met your teacher, someone close to you deserves my gesture too, so..."

Rafael split the cloth bag in her hand into two, the one on top was for Helson, and the one below was prepared for another person.

"And this one, you’ve already met my Mother, but I haven’t had the chance to go look at the Church School that raised you, nor have I met the nun named ’Teresa’. Take our memorial gifts to Nali, consider it saying hello to them."

Fisher was slightly taken aback, looking at the four small cloth bags on the table, he gently extended his hand to receive them, feeling the weight in his hand.

He hadn’t asked about the small gifts inside nor what they wrote in the bags, he just responded,

"Alright, I’ll make sure to deliver them for you."

Rafael and Moli also smiled, continuing to enjoy this rare breakfast time.

"Rip... rip..."

Just as Fisher stored the cloth bags in his pocket safely, the sound of paper tearing suddenly reached his ears.

He dumbfoundedly turned his head towards his shoulder and saw Emhardt twisted awkwardly, attempting to tear away an extra piece of paper from his body.

"Oh no... Fisher, help me..."

"What are you doing?"

Fisher opened his mouth to ask, and Emhardt turned his fish-eyed gaze to look at him, then at Moli and Rafael, and tentatively asked,

"If a cloth bag works, does a paper bag work too?"

"..."

"Pfft..."

"Hahaha, Sir Book Knight!"

Fisher, speechless, pinched his distorted book cover, stopping his foolish behavior, without knowing what to say for a moment.

On the opposite side of the table, Rafael and Moli couldn’t help but cover their mouths and chuckle.

Moli, understanding as ever, patiently offered an explanation to Emhardt,

"Sir Book Knight, you can ask either me or Fisher to write for you, you don’t need to tear yourself apart."

Rafael, who hadn’t fully evaluated Fisher’s friend before, smiled as she looked at his silly appearance and said,

"Of course not... but surely the great Sir Book Knight can make memorial gifts without anyone’s help, right?"

"Damn it!"
