Solomon opens the ten Gates of the Performance Gate, awakening a dormant Death. Fisher collapses from his injuries, and Helair, revealed to be Paimon, takes him and the transforming Rafael. Helair admits to deceiving Agares, revealing her mastery over souls and her true goal. Agares questions her motives for sacrificing everything for Fisher.

"..."

Helair watched her with a smile that never reached the flesh, while Agares was already so furious her heart was about to rupture as she prepared to speak again—but in the next instant, her figure collapsed, from neck, limbs, down to her lower abdomen, all severed at once.

Her head, halted mid‑word, flew down and thudded onto the ground, rolled countless times, then, still frozen in an expression of utmost shock and terror, was dragged back through illusory dawn‑light to hover before Helair.

"You..."

Bearing the name of Agares’ "Curiosity," she had not even realized what had struck her, what kind of attack had carved these wounds into her. She was only hauled by the dawn‑light, furious, to Helair’s feet, where she heard Helair’s soft voice open,

"...At a time like this you’re still clinging to your own nature, thinking that if you enrage me I’ll put on a display of power you’ve never seen before?"

Agares paused slightly, and then the anger on her face slowly ebbed away, turning into a calm mask. She snorted, mocking, and said,

"What else, then? The moment that Chaos on him unfurled and that Blessing erupted, I already knew it was meaningless. It’s just that back then, Barbatos and I... no, rather, there wasn’t a single soul in this world who could have foreseen you would be this kind of thing—or that, once they knew, no one would be left alive, right? In that case, I might as well indulge my own nature one last time before the end..."

Helair thought for a moment, then shook her head and said,

"Not entirely. There was once someone who escaped my hands. Granted, I let her go, but only after falling victim to her open scheme, with no way around it..."

"Oh? Now I really am a bit curious who that was."

"That falls within the scope of your Curiosity as well?"

Helair squinted at her, smiling, offering no direct answer, only continuing,

"For me, there is no Death; the soul knows only reincarnation. You are the same... though you do, indeed, not truly ’die,’ because I still need your kind to help me suppress Chaos, even if only in name..."

Agares made no further sound, for in that moment, her fate no longer belonged to her own dominion. She let out one last feral laugh, and "blessed" Helair,

"You piece of trash..."

Helair waved at her, as though in farewell, and then countless shafts of dawn‑light poured down, flinging every piece of her body and her severed heads—already sliced into innumerable fragments by an unknown force—into the magma below, where they once more became a Fire Pillar of the Dynasty.

But this was, in the end, no more than drinking poison to quench thirst. Even if every Demon God were to return to their seat, they could no longer force that Death, suppressed for so long, back down.

The whole Dynasty shuddered more and more violently, until from the magma burst a Fire Pillar that speared toward the Sky, completely shattering the ground above the Dynasty and letting the reek of Death slowly spread outward.

Staring at that Death Authority about to awaken, Helair still seemed unhurried, unruffled. Perhaps in her eyes, a calamity of this scale no longer counted for much.

For annihilation had already begun.

Above, at the outer edge of the Gap, now slowly burned open and splitting, that mist‑heavy crimson breath churned without cease, as though from within a myriad gazes were fixed on some point within the Dynasty below.

And beyond the Ultimate, that obscure, unfathomable song once more traveled through the Ultimate and arrived.

"La la... la la... la..."

Only this time, its meaning became starkly clear, so that every existence in the Spirit Realm could hear that familiar quiver—that curse that had coiled around this world ten thousand years ago, and yet until this very day had never been fully enacted...

The song extolled,

"The Flames of the soul shall be the first to ignite, and with war‑fire burn all things in the world into silence."
