Demi-human Girls Completion Manual Chapter 1554 - 86: Myth (9k, Double-Length) (Part 2)
Previously on Demi-human Girls Completion Manual...
Just as Rafael gritted her teeth and lifted her gun to point at the approaching Cardinal, her cheek suddenly went numb. Slightly stunned, she raised a hand to touch her cheek, and a swath of hot blood appeared conspicuously in her palm...
Injury?
When did something...
"Huff, huff, huff!"
But as Rafael was pondering this question, those flying Cardinals before her suddenly began to wobble uncontrollably, as if they suddenly lost their anchor in the air, while beside her, countless fleeing human soldiers were running with severed limbs and heads falling to the ground.
"Ahhhh!"
"It’s... the wind?"
Rafael murmured, then raised her eyes towards the human camp. There she witnessed an unforgettable scene.
A massive whirlwind, seemingly reaching the sky, suddenly sprouted from the ground. Countless curtains of rain and dark clouds bestowed the whirlwind with the appearance of the Wind of Formlessness, also revealing the Wind Blades that had just cut Rafael and the human soldiers.
As the whirlwind materialized, a tremendous suction spread from it, causing the ground to crack like an axe beside a log, leaving terrifying traces on the earth. Countless humans roared, firing at the whirlwind and using magic, but all disappeared before its formidable destructiveness.
"Lar, come back!"
The whirlwind seemed not aimed at the Dragon Court, as it originated in the human alliance’s main camp, directly decimating the soldiers nearby. After that, the massive whirlwind dispersed into countless similarly sized whirlwinds, while revealing a dream-like teleportation portal leading deep underground.
Rafael hurriedly reached out to pull Lar back, but Lar, terrified, watched the spreading wind, carrying countless armors and corpses, shouting in panic,
"Rafael, the wind is coming towards us!"
Rafael gritted her teeth and ran back, but even with her Fourteenth Rank physical strength, she struggled before the whirlwind’s tremendous suction, let alone the ordinary humans and demi-humans.
Over the Southern Branch Mountain Range, people were constantly blown down by the wind, and others continued to roar. Facing such scenes, Rafael’s heart inexplicably grew agitated. Around her, the wounded soldiers lying on the ground with severed limbs were still red-eyed, rushing towards her to kill her.
"Kill! Kill!"
"Have you... all gone mad?"
Rafael stabbed one with a gun and then continued to flee with Lar. Lar gripped Rafael’s claws tightly, involuntarily squeezing them. She whimpered in discomfort, saying to Rafael,
"Lord Rafael, something is wrong; I feel... very restless... It’s the feeling coming from that void; I’m so scared..."
"Don’t look over there; inside there, there’s..."
"Buzz, buzz, buzz!"
But the next moment, before Rafael finished speaking, everything went silent...
No, accurately speaking, it wasn’t that she hadn’t finished speaking, but the next moment, her words were swallowed, consumed by a more powerful force and sound, rendering nothing audible.
A sudden brightness rose from behind like a sun illuminated intensely. Rafael turned her head and saw two silhouettes rising like thunder within the rain curtain, tearing at each other towards the sky.
"Barbatos!!"
A woman’s furious shout, enough to strip everyone of hearing and attention, sounded. With the resounding voice, all present turned their gazes to her, eyes turning red. The next moment, the shadow covered in peacock feathers of swirling green wings emerged again, flying towards a higher direction, while another with six arms resembling a red tiger crashed heavily downward, directly towards Rafael.
Rafael’s eyes widened, her ears ringing continuously, as the rain curtain seemed burned by the descending entity, transformed into steaming vapor.
"Boom!"
Until the next second, when the nearly two-meter female figure landed in front of her, Rafael only remembered to run away. But just as her feet began to move, her body felt like it was disintegrating, a sour feeling far more terrifying than when defeated by Barbatos...
"Are you Rafael?"
The six-armed Demon God steadily landed on the ground, shaking her long red-hair ears and the lengthy ears beside her face, suddenly asking fluently in the Dragon Court Language.
It was only then that Rafael remembered to breathe. Trembling, she slung the passed-out Lar behind her back due to the shock from the entity before us, gasping, saying,
"You... who are you?"
Elliog’s gaze swept over the Dragon-man Species in front of her, complex in her eyes, instincts fully open, suddenly aggravated internally but ultimately shook her tail, not answering her query, simply looking at the sky and said,
"I am Elliog, Fisher’s...forget it, anyway, don’t go near that teleportation portal; find a safe place to hide."
Rafael seemed to realize something, quickly exclaimed,
"You... you must know Fisher, right, that teleportation portal, is he down there? What about Moli, a Whale-man Species, is she down there too?"
