Steel leads the group away from the quarantine and back into the city, where Appoline tests him with a poisoned dagger, which he easily shrugs off. They proceed to a secure location for a debrief, enjoying a meal. During the debrief, the group discusses the interference of "Brook" and the unknown fate of the real Brook. Kat reports on the oddly weak attackers who managed to shrink her, and Steel acknowledges that investigating the shrinking effect might be too difficult.
