Liang Long encounters Ming’an from Canglan Star, who speaks Ancient Immortal Language. Simultaneously, Xia Qingshan meets Li Canghai, who reveals the existence of the Heavenly Court and invites Xia Qingshan to join. Both Liang Long and Xia Qingshan later discuss the implications of these encounters with their respective allies.

Year 8,350 by the Blue Star Xia Calendar, Lingjing Star.

Lin Jiang made it to Lingjing Star in a mere three days. This journey, he undertook alone, having tasked Cao Ying with maintaining order back on Blue Star.

Upon his arrival, Lin Jiang found Zhang Qing accompanying Ming’an, who was being shown the sights of the Central Continent. This continent now boasted seven or eight well-developed cities, not far behind Modern City in advancement.

"Ancestor Lin."

"Liang Long, have you had the chance to meet Ming’an from Canglan Star?"

"We had a most enlightening conversation."

"Excellent, enlighten me further."

Lin Jiang gave a nod. Liang Long's capabilities were unquestionable; his statement strongly suggested he had already obtained a significant amount of intelligence.

"The Canglan Star, origin of Ming’an, lies a considerable distance from us, no less than one hundred light years. The precise measurement eludes me, but based on certain details he provided, I have identified three potential star systems. One is situated 280 light years away, at a thirty-five-degree angle to the northeast. Another is...

"Great master, this is far beyond simple puppetry. I sense an entirely new path, one my existing knowledge struggles to articulate."

"How can this be? You are renowned as the wisest one of our Canglan Star."

Li Canghai acknowledged Ming’an’s status, noting he was not just a disciple but the esteemed sage of Canglan Star, far surpassing an ordinary Transmigration Stage cultivator.

Ming’an let out a rueful sigh. What value did being a sage of Canglan Star hold now? That title was significant within their home environment, but in this alien place, flooded with overwhelming information, even a sage found himself struggling to keep pace. The information disparity was truly staggering.

"Master Ancestor, I'm unsure how to convey this to you. Lingjing Star is vastly different. What truly captures my interest, however, is Blue Star, situated behind Lingjing Star. I've learned Lingjing Star has only been under Blue Star's dominion for less than five hundred years, yet Buddhist traces are nearly eradicated. This is quite alarming. Didn't we previously hear tales of worlds occupied by our Heavenly Court where Buddhist cultivators resisted for tens of thousands of years, sometimes even reclaiming ownership?"

"Those weren't mere rumors; they are established facts. The Buddha Seed is tenacious, and the human heart, notoriously complex."

Li Canghai confirmed that under the Heavenly Court's authority, they had indeed seized Buddhist territories. Despite significant investment in control, their efforts faltered. Even after millennia, Buddhist adherents persisted, their hearts yearning for the faith, leading to its resurgence. Insiders would emerge, ultimately resulting in the world being wrested back by Buddhism.

"Indeed, the human heart is difficult to fathom. But how many souls on Lingjing Star still cling to Buddhism?"

Ming’an stated that virtually no one on Lingjing Star adhered to Buddhism anymore. Blue Star's populace had thoroughly tarnished Buddhism's reputation. Furthermore, with the widespread dissemination of Blue Star's educational systems, the denizens of Lingjing Star had become enlightened, no longer easily swayed by Buddhist doctrines.

Crucially, many prevailing ideologies on Lingjing Star directly contradicted Buddhist tenets, leaving the doctrines originating from Blue Star with a distinct advantage. Even the most adept Buddhist cultivators found their proselytizing efforts increasingly futile.

Li Canghai found himself momentarily speechless and could only assent to Ming’an’s continued exploration of Lingjing Star, to observe their methods and glean whatever insights were possible.

Several days later, Ming’an emerged from his seclusion. Just as he was about to summon Zhang Qing to resume his guidance, a young man appeared before him. Judging by the positions of Zhang Qing and Liang Long, this newcomer seemed to hold a superior rank.

"Greetings, fellow Daoist. I am Ming’an."

"Blue Star's Lin Jiang greets you, fellow Daoist Ming’an."

Both exchanged pleasantries in the Blue Star Huaxia language. Ming’an had spent the intervening days diligently acquiring this new tongue. Huaxia language had now become the lingua franca of Lingjing Star, and its adoption was even being promoted across Ying Continent. The indigenous languages of Lingjing Star were rapidly fading; proficiency in Huaxia was becoming a prerequisite for advancement, and even for basic survival.

"Fellow Daoist Ming’an, I shall accompany you on your travels from this point forward."

"My sincere apologies, then. I shall impose upon your kindness, fellow Daoist Lin."

"Think nothing of it. Please, lead the way, fellow Daoist."

Lin Jiang offered a nod and then instructed Zhang Qing to make the necessary arrangements.

Lin Jiang had no intention of concealing anything from Ming’an. Instead, he aimed to showcase the triumphs of technological and civilized advancement, even adopting a somewhat ostentatious tone to emphasize the prowess of technological civilization.

Consequently, he planned to systematically unveil Lingjing Star's technological achievements to Ming’an, highlighting the seamless integration of technology and cultivation. A prime example was modern agriculture, employed to cultivate resources essential for cultivation. Employing contemporary agricultural techniques resulted in yields exponentially greater than those achieved solely by a Spiritual Farmer.

Furthermore, consider the crafting of rudimentary magical artifacts. Certain advanced robots hailing from Blue Star had reached a level nearly equivalent to the Soul Changing stage, and they could be mass-produced. With the combined production capacity of three planets operating at full throttle, manufacturing tens of thousands annually posed no challenge. Could any planet boast a Soul Changing cultivator capable of matching such output?

The might of Space Battleships was beyond compare. A single discharge from their Spiritual Cannons, or particle cannons, could rival the potency of a high-tier spiritual talisman. Yet, the time and resources required to create spiritual talismans could never compete with the production of a Space Battleship.

As for biopharmaceuticals and similar innovations, in the mid-to-low-tier spectrum, technological civilization undeniably reigned supreme. Only in the high-end domain did Immortal Language retain a distinct advantage.

For several days now, Ming'an had found himself in a state of constant awe, the sheer volume of data threatening to overload his processing capabilities and making assimilation a difficult task.
