Asher took the file from Lyra and flipped through the pages. The more he read, the more a frown appeared on his face. With his reading speed and comprehension, he should have finished the file in a minute, but Asher simply stared at the file for five minutes as though he couldn’t believe what he had just read.

He closed the file and tossed it onto the bed he was sitting on as he spoke.

"Lyra."

"I’m here, Young Master," Lyra’s voice came as she remained within the room while Asher read the file.

"I have a mission for you." Asher’s voice was calm, his purple eyes meeting Lyra’s black ones as he added, "I need you to kill Viscount Raymond and his son, Ramos," he instructed.

His voice wasn’t filled with killing intent or anything of the sort, as though he was simply ordering an ordinary chicken to be killed.

Lyra was stunned for a moment. This was the first time Asher was ordering her to kill someone. Not that she was a saint or some hero who had never killed or would advise Asher not to kill; she was simply surprised, as this was simply a first.

"When?" she asked as she immediately accepted the order almost instantly.

"Tonight... there would surely be more victims tonight," Asher replied calmly. "Best to get rid of him and his son and let the daughter and mother run the Viscounty," he added.

Lyra didn’t know what Asher had read in that file. She simply bowed as she spoke, "Then I will depart immediately," and with that, she turned and left without another word.

Asher sat in silence. As for why he had decided to kill Viscount Raymond, the answer was obvious, but as for why he had included the son, it was simple... the son was just like the father.

Asher had asked for information on the family so he would know who to kill and who not to kill. But not only that, he just didn’t want to kill Viscount Raymond only for another piece of trash to inherit the position and continue the horror the father had left behind.

And lo and behold, the son was no different from the father. He too was also raping various people, but unlike his father, who was focused on just new male Knight recruits, the boy simply went after anyone he could find, both men and women, pressuring each of them with his title and Noble power.

And sometimes, this father-and-son pair recommended victims to each other, or even slept with the same person at the same time.

As for the mother and daughter, they had tried to stop this father-and-son pair, but alas, they couldn’t exactly do anything about it. So, all they could do was constantly compensate anyone who was a victim behind the backs of this father-and-son pair.

To these two, it was the only thing they could do.

Even Lady Raymond had put up a bounty on her husband’s head a few years ago in order to end her husband’s madness. But Viscount Raymond had found out and severed his wife’s arm from the shoulder as punishment. So, at the moment, the woman only had one hand, as Viscount Raymond didn’t allow any healer to regenerate it.

And as for the daughter herself, she had been beaten up way too many times by her older brother. Although she fought back, she wasn’t a match for Ramon. She had been through her fair share of events that could traumatize many.

’What the actual fuck is wrong with this world?’ Asher thought to himself as he stared at the ceiling.

First was Debro possessing some sort of love for him and even going ahead to rape him at the time. If it wasn’t an illusion, Asher didn’t know what he would be doing now. Would he have killed himself? Joined hands with the Sinvairas to wipe out humanity?

And now, it was Teo Swig’s turn, as a man had been obsessed with him for the past couple of years.

His mind couldn’t help but shift towards Doris, the woman whom he and Thalric had fought back at the Star Academy after Malrik’s last attack. A woman who had a reverse harem made of underage kids. His mind shifted towards what he had witnessed at the mission where he met Debro.

’Sigh... this is why I never fantasized about reincarnation... such a dark world,’ he thought to himself.

But it didn’t matter. Doris was dead, Debro was dead, and Viscount Raymond would be joining them soon. He had already informed Lyra not to cause any form of commotion, and just kill those two swiftly, using something like a drug overdose, since both father and son abused drugs too.

But what amount of drugs could kill a Voidstar Life Ranker?

Asher thought about this for a moment, then chose to forget about it. If one could get high off it, then they could still die from it.

What Asher didn’t know was that if the Knight Commander from earlier knew about his assassination, the man would simply leap for joy at finally being set free from this torment.

And aside from that, Asher already knew that with the death of the father-and-son pair, the Imperial would suspect him, but alas, suspicion was useless without proof, meaning nothing would really happen. So, the suspicion didn’t bother him.

’I should call Teo Swig,’ Asher concluded. Once he gave Teo Swig the news, he would bring the boy back to meet his parents. And when Teo Swig graduated in a couple of days, they could leave together without any fear of Viscount Raymond coming after them.

Of course, Asher had considered leaving revenge to Teo Swig, but who knew how many years it would take the boy to get to the Voidstar Life Rank, and how strong Viscount Raymond himself would be at the time? Just because Lyra had subdued him so easily didn’t mean he was a weakling.

Besides, Teo Swig might not want revenge and just want to live happily with the past behind him. After all, not everyone was the revenge type like him.

With a thought, Asher activated the Position Marker back at the Star Academy, and his body vanished from the Wargrave Estate. Appearing within his room, Asher took out the orb Teo Swig had given him.

Although it was already late in the evening, Asher didn’t really bother to wait until morning, as he was sure Teo Swig was awake at this moment.

As his Astra energy flowed into the orb, Teo Swig’s face appeared as he spoke.

"Tenth Sun, you have news already?" The moment Teo Swig’s face appeared, he asked in a curious tone, as he knew Asher wouldn’t contact him for no reason.

"Yes, I need you to come to my room," Asher replied as he nodded his head.

"I will be there," Teo Swig replied and immediately cut off the connection.

Barely a minute passed before Asher heard a knock on his door.

’He must have run here at full speed,’ Asher mused as he walked towards the door.

Opening the door, Teo Swig was already standing there. Asher simply stepped aside and allowed the boy to enter as he closed the door behind him.
