Yang Zhenshan gave Turtle Breath Pills to Master Jing Shui, who handed Moon Mountain's management to Mei Qinghai while preparing for seclusion. Liu Yue planned her Foundation Establishment, with Yang Zhenshan offering to guard her. Meanwhile, Yang Qinting married Li Qianqian in a grand wedding at Yang Family Town, and the next morning, they met Elder An Yuxing, who provided a token and warned of restricted freedom upon their return.

Yang Qinting’s Jade Token was confiscated ages ago. He couldn’t freely come and go from the Spirit Source Land anymore. To head back, he’d need to secure a Jade Token from An Yuxing.

In the days to come, Yang Qinting could leave whenever he pleased, but Li Qianqian wouldn’t be able to exit at will.

After all, Li Qianqian had only just arrived and hadn’t earned the trust of the Spirit Source Land yet. This rule applied not only to her but to everyone who relocated there.

Short-term exits from the Spirit Source Land were forbidden once you entered. Only after fully blending in and building ties could you get the chance to depart.

Ziwei Tower enforced strict controls on entering and leaving the Spirit Source Land right now. In truth, most folks who went in stayed there forever.

Outsiders in the Spirit Source Land were still few at the moment. Yang Family Town brought two hundred soldiers, the Secret Martial Guards had under a hundred members, while Divine Wood Island and Da’an contributed several dozen. The others were like Yang Jizhen and Yang Cheng’an.

The inside of the Ancient Relic Array didn’t count as part of it.

Yang Qinting glanced at Li Qianqian and declared, "We understand!"

He had previously given Li Qianqian hints about the Spirit Source Land’s rules. Though vague on specifics, the key details were clear, and she had consented.

Right now, Li Qianqian burned with curiosity about the "home" Yang Qinting spoke of, dying to discover what sort of place it was.

"Then let’s go!" An Yuxing gestured toward the nearby tokens.

Yang Qinting bowed lightly, grasped Li Qianqian’s hand, snatched up the Jade Token, and poured True Yuan into it. Instantly, their forms vanished.

Li Qianqian sensed a dizzying whirl before landing inside a vast hall.

A platform of Green Gold Stone rose beneath them, while enormous vermilion pillars etched with elaborate designs held up the ceiling. The ground bore faint array carvings where soft glows flowed like twinkling stars.

Twelve bronze lamp trees lined the walls, their flames dancing across the "Cranes Welcoming the Origin" mural, making the cranes look poised to soar out.

Armored soldiers flanked the walls in two lines, their sharp eyes sizing her up coldly.

Li Qianqian’s heart skipped a beat; she hastily averted her gaze.

Noticing her unease, Yang Qinting squeezed her hand and grinned, "It’s alright!"

"Hmm!" Li Qianqian nodded, though discomfort lingered since she’d left her childhood sect for this strange new world. Despite trusting Yang Qinting, worry gnawed at her.

"Young Master Qinting!"

A middle-aged man in his forties strode over at that moment, hailing Yang Qinting.

"Elder Yu!" Yang Qinting saluted promptly.

This Elder Yu was none other than Yu Tonghai.

Yu Tonghai served as deputy master of Tianliang Tower these days, handling garrison duties and chiefly guarding the main reception hall.

"Haha, and this must be Lady Li!"

"Greetings, Elder Yu!" Li Qianqian curtsied in kind.

Yu Tonghai gave a slight nod, "Let’s handle the registration and issue your identity card!"

The main reception hall wasn’t for chit-chat. Yu Tonghai just traded brief pleasantries.

Yang Qinting guided Li Qianqian through registration, securing her Spirit Source Land identity card—much like an ID.

They left the reception hall shortly after. Yang Qinting arranged a Red Cloud Horse carriage to ferry Li Qianqian to a manor on the Spirit River’s west bank.

En route, Li Qianqian took in the surrounding views.

Cities, towers, streets, rivers, and residents filled the scene.

How to describe it?

Scale-wise, Jade City couldn’t match Xuanqing Sect’s Green Jade City yet; its buildings weren’t overly splendid, save for the majestic new Twelve Floors.

Still, Li Qianqian felt at ease here, noting the relaxed vibe among everyone—no sect-like gravity or Green Jade City’s frenzy. Order and leisure reigned.

Yang Qinting pointed out the city’s landmarks to her. His knowledge of Jade City was limited, but he sketched a broad picture.

Soon, they bridged the Spirit River and reached the manor.

"Father, Mother!"

Yang Cheng’an and Zhou Yunxian waited at the gate as they stepped down from the carriage.

As a bride entering her new home, paying respects to elders was tradition. Their wedding had been grand, but few Yang family members came—only Yang Cheng’an and Zhou Yunxian oversaw it.

No one else showed.

This wasn’t deliberate snub toward Yang Qinting and Li Qianqian; the Spirit Source Land’s access barriers were the real issue.

Besides, the Spirit Source Land shunned lavish weddings.

"Daughter-in-law pays respects to Father and Mother!"

"Haha, skip the formalities, come on—your grandparents await inside, don’t make them wait!"

Zhou Yunxian beamed, clasping Li Qianqian’s hand as they stepped into the manor.

This estate was Yang Mingzhao’s; as a junior, Yang Cheng’an couldn’t claim it and dwelled in old Longevity City instead.

Inside the manor, they reached the main hall.

Yang Mingzhao and the Zhu family waited there already.

"The grandson (and granddaughter) pays respects to Grandfather and Grandmother!"

They bowed together. Yang Mingzhao eyed Yang Qinting, "Good lad, gone twenty years and you finally lured a granddaughter-in-law home, haha~~"

"Is that how you talk? What’s this ‘lured’?" The Zhu family shot Yang Mingzhao a reproachful look.

Sprawled in the grand chair, Yang Mingzhao shrugged lazily, "Same difference!"

Over the years, Yang Mingzhao enjoyed a laid-back life in the Spirit Source Land. He once ran the Law Enforcement Hall; now he oversaw Kaiyang Tower, focusing on order and safety.
