"Since Senior has spoken, let Cat Bao’er go."

Seeing that the Bloody Overlord Demonic Dragon had spoken, the Big Black Cat immediately put on a fawning smile.

"Little Black Boy! You truly don’t have an ounce of chivalry in your heart."

The Bloody Overlord Demonic Dragon lifted its fluffy red paw and "lightly" patted the Big Black Cat.

"OUCH! Senior, please be gentle! My small frame can’t withstand your might!"

The Big Black Cat grimaced and cried out.

"Haha, I was just teasing you. I wanted to see how strong your physical body has become. Looking at you now, you indeed increasingly resemble an ordinary Divine Dragon," the Bloody Overlord Demonic Dragon said thoughtfully, scratching his chin with his claw and adopting a contemplative expression.

The Big Black Cat chuckled.

As a member of the Nine-tailed Spirit Cat Clan, his physical defense naturally couldn’t compare to that of a Divine Dragon. He hadn’t expected that two strokes of luck would lead to such a significant improvement in his physical body! Now, his physical body was definitely the strongest in the Nine-tailed Spirit Cat Clan.

"Seniors, I’ll be going then." Cat Bao’er grabbed the small white bottle and immediately flew off.

Watching these demon beasts fooling around, Ye Yun, who was in the carriage, merely smiled faintly.

Ye Yun’s gaze flickered as he looked towards the white-robed youth staggering precariously in the distance.

Just then, Cat Bao’er flew over. She hovered in mid-air, blocking the white-robed youth’s path down the mountain.

"Esteemed Senior, please wait a moment," Cat Bao’er said very politely. She was still in her Sky Spirit Cat form and had not transformed into a human.

Seeing a small white cat, whose cultivation base was merely at the Nirvana Realm, suddenly block his path, the white-robed youth was momentarily stunned.

"What is it?" the white-robed youth asked with a cough, his brow furrowed.

"Senior, I have a holy medicine for healing here. Please, take it," Cat Bao’er said gently.

The white-robed youth gave a bitter laugh and continued to stagger forward.

"Senior, please wait!" Cat Bao’er, feeling anxious, immediately drifted over and once again blocked his path. "Senior, this medicine truly is a holy healing remedy! Once you take it, your poison will be neutralized immediately!" Cat Bao’er said, her voice full of urgency.

"You are a strange little cat indeed. We are but strangers who have just met, yet you offer me medicine. What exactly is your purpose?" the white-robed youth asked, frowning.

"Senior, this medicine was given to me by my master for you," Cat Bao’er said with utmost sincerity, her large, gem-like eyes blinking.

"Who is your master?" the white-robed youth pressed.

"My master is..." Cat Bao’er began, then faltered, at a loss for words.

"Never mind, never mind. I’m a man with only three days left to live; why should I quibble with a little Demon Cat like you? Be it a holy medicine or poison, just give it to me." The white-robed youth, as if something had occurred to him, let out a sudden, bitter laugh and extended a hand.

Overjoyed, Cat Bao’er quickly flew over, tossed the small bottle she held in her claw into the white-robed youth’s palm, and then flew a short distance away.

The white-robed youth smiled desolately. He opened the small bottle and sniffed it gently. A surge of immense life force flooded into his body through his nostrils, instantly making him feel much better.

The white-robed youth was aghast. He had been poisoned for three years and had consumed countless holy healing medicines during that time, but none had ever shown such immediate effects.

A flush of excited crimson spread across the white-robed youth’s pale face. His body began to tremble, and his arm seemed unable to hold the small Jade Bottle steady.

"Senior, don’t hesitate! Drink it quickly!" Cat Bao’er urged from the side.

Seeing the white-robed youth so frail, as if he could die at any moment, Cat Bao’er also felt a surge of anxiety.

"Alright!" The white-robed youth raised the Small Jade Bottle to his lips and gulped down the green liquid inside.

BOOM!

An immense wave of vitality instantly exploded in his mouth. It flowed down his throat and into his abdomen, and this surging vitality immediately began to dispel the toxins within his body.

Within a few breaths, all the toxins in the white-robed youth’s body were completely neutralized. He felt invigorated and entirely free of his previous weakness, his spirits soaring.

"Thank you for saving my life!" The white-robed youth fell to his knees before Cat Bao’er with a THUD.

This sudden action flustered Cat Bao’er. "Senior, please get up quickly! If you wish to express your gratitude, you should thank my master!" she said hastily.

The white-robed youth stood up. Gazing at the small white cat before him, he asked eagerly, "Where is your master? Please, allow me to go and thank him in person immediately."

"Follow me," Cat Bao’er said, then immediately led the way. The white-robed youth followed closely behind.

Not only had all the deadly poison in his body vanished, but he had also recovered to his previous peak condition. He even felt as if he were on the verge of breaking through to the Life and Death Realm. He couldn’t help but be astounded by the potent effects of that small bottle of mysterious green liquid.

Cat Bao’er flew to the front of the carriage, pointing towards it with a small, fluffy paw. "My master is in the carriage ahead."

The white-robed youth, his expression fervent, strode to the side of the carriage and knelt on the ground with a THUD.

"Yu Long thanks you, Senior, for saving my life!"

Ye Yun looked at the white-robed youth outside and smiled faintly. "Get up. If you truly wish to thank me, then take me to the Nether Immortal Cave for a look..."

Hearing the words of the man from inside the carriage, Yu Long was momentarily stunned.
