After numerous thoughts flashed through his mind, Ye Yun came to believe that the Qin Family unintentionally activating that bead was likely all part of Nangong Jade’s calculations.

Ye Yun felt that matters were becoming increasingly peculiar, and layers of suspicion shrouded Nangong Jade.

"Senior, how did you find this Secret Realm?" the elder asked in a low voice.

This Secret Realm of theirs had been hidden within the void for a full hundred thousand years, undiscovered by anyone. It was noticed only once by an expert from the Eternal Realm. However, when that individual attempted to breach the outer layer of the Secret Realm, mysterious energy erupted from it and instantly vaporized their physical body. The expert’s Primordial Spirit escaped and never dared to make designs on this Secret Realm again.

The Clan Leader of the Qin Family was extremely curious: how had the senior before him discovered this Secret Realm, and how had he entered?

"I saw a descended spirit body on the Clan Leader of the Golden Striped Black Tiger clan. By tracking that spirit body all the way, I discovered this marvelous little world hidden in the void," Ye Yun said with a smile.

"So that’s how it is! Senior, you are truly formidable, just as expected of the foremost expert of the Eternal Realm on the Cangnan Continent back in the day," the elder exclaimed in sudden realization, his face filled with admiration.

Big Black Horse furrowed his brows, glared, and snorted coldly, "Old man, don’t spout nonsense. A hundred thousand years have passed; my master is no longer in the Eternal Realm."

"Oh, my apologies, Senior!" The elder was startled and quickly apologized.

Ye Yun waved his hand nonchalantly and said with a smile, "One who does not know is not blamed."

After speaking, Ye Yun looked at the elder and asked casually, "What’s the story with the Cang Token then?"

Seeing Ye Yun ask about the Cang Token, the elder hurriedly explained, "Senior, we are trapped in this Secret Realm. Although there’s no danger, it is exceedingly dull."

"Tens of thousands of years ago, we chanced upon a secret art of spirit descent deep within the mountains. This granted us the opportunity to have our spirit bodies descend upon living beings in the outside world, enabling us to learn about external affairs and also acquire some material resources from the outside to sustain our entire family’s operations."

Hearing the elder’s explanation, Ye Yun nodded.

He raised an eyebrow and then asked, "The resources you obtain are physical. Can your spirit bodies consume them?"

A trace of embarrassment appeared on the elder’s face as he explained, "Initially, we couldn’t. We must wait for the resources to virtualize before our spirit bodies can absorb them."

"I see."

Ye Yun nodded again, his interest in this Secret Realm growing. This power of virtualization was truly magical and exceedingly potent.

"Senior, we didn’t just find the Golden Striped Black Tiger clan; we also found several other factions to serve as targets for our spirit descents. We have a cooperative, mutually beneficial relationship. If their strength is insufficient, they can use the Cang Token to summon our spirit bodies, and we help them deal with powerful enemies," the elder stated.

Ye Yun nodded and smiled faintly.

At this moment, Ye Yun looked again towards the depths of the mountains. His expression shifted slightly, his eyes fixed as he began to observe intently.

Big Black Horse also craned his neck to look in that direction but saw nothing.

"Second Brother, have you discovered anything?" Big Black Horse asked in a low voice.

"I haven’t found anything," the Bloody Overlord Demonic Dragon said rather dejectedly after observing.

The two of them were communicating via telepathic transmission, unheard by any of the Qin Family.

Seeing Ye Yun engrossed in his observation, after a while, the elder couldn’t help but say, "Senior, there’s something strange about the depths of those mountains. Even after a hundred thousand years, we still don’t dare to venture casually into that place."

"Is that so? Weren’t the divine skills for your spirit descents obtained from this very place back then?" Ye Yun responded with a casual smile.

"Senior, the virtualizing power in the depths of those mountains is exceptionally strong," the elder said, gazing into the deep mountains with a look of terror. "If our spirit bodies rashly venture too deep, we risk annihilation. Once annihilated, we will be utterly reduced to nothingness; even this cluster of spirit energy that constitutes our spirit body will vanish."

"Hmm!"

Ye Yun nodded and said with a smile, "Since it’s so perilous, that suits me just fine."

With that, he began to walk leisurely towards the mountains.

"Senior, it’s too dangerous in there! Please, don’t go!" the elder cried out hastily from behind.

Ye Yun waved his hand dismissively and laughed heartily, "There is no place under Heaven that I cannot go. You all just wait here."

Big Black Horse and the Bloody Overlord Demonic Dragon followed closely behind Ye Yun.

The elder stared at Ye Yun’s receding figure, utterly shocked and speechless.

After Ye Yun disappeared, all the clan members present took a deep breath.

Apart from the old Clan Leader, the others were not very clear about Ye Yun’s identity. The clan members gathered around, chattering and asking questions. The old Clan Leader didn’t hide anything and recounted Ye Yun’s identity and that of their ancestor, Qin Yao.

"My heavens! This senior in white has actually lived for a hundred thousand years?" a middle-aged man exclaimed in shock, his mouth agape for a long moment.

"Clan Leader, a hundred thousand years ago, this senior was already the foremost expert of the Eternal Realm. Now that another hundred thousand years have passed, Senior has likely already become a True God, right?" a young man beside him asked.

"Indeed! Senior must be a True God!"

The elder’s eyes shone with a brilliant light, within which flickered an intense fanaticism.
