A single page of the Book of Time could fit roughly twenty characters per line, with about thirty lines per page. To Su Ping’s utter bewilderment, in just a few short seconds, this little creature had generated a three-thousand-word hymn of praise for its "great master"!

Good heavens, Su Ping thought. If he ever wanted to write an autobiography or leave behind records of his Breeding Methods, why would he ever need to worry about his writing skills? Didn’t he have a master wordsmith right beside him?

However, the Xiaoshi before him gave Su Ping an entirely unique feeling.

In the instant the Soul Contract was established, a distinct sensation washed over him. His Perception of Time seemed to sharpen dramatically all at once. He felt as though he could sense everything. Exactly how many seconds had passed, exactly how much time had elapsed—it all felt perfectly clear in his mind.

It was an incredibly unique enhancement to his spiritual power. This sensation served as a reminder to Su Ping that the contract with his fifth Pet Beast was finally complete!

Before Su Ping could even properly savor the feeling, Xiaoshi’s transformation began.

What kind of boost would a Commander Level Pet Beast receive when contracted by an Emperor Level Beastmaster? That went without saying, especially when the Beastmaster was someone like Su Ping.

Almost the moment the contract was formed, light flashed across Xiaoshi’s body. Streams of Time Energy pulsed and scattered in every direction.

The little creature’s Realm broke through consecutively in an instant! It jumped straight from the Commander Seventh Rank to the Commander Tenth Rank! It had reached the absolute Peak of its race limit, a height made possible by absorbing the Chen Long Dragon Ball!

This also meant that another new burden had been placed onto Su Ping’s shoulders.

This little creature needed to undergo Evolution as well!

Su Ping rubbed his temples. He had to admit, the difficulty of this task would probably surpass the combined difficulty of evolving Old Sha, Xiao Qing, and Feifei! This was mostly because he truly knew absolutely nothing about it!
