Ye Jingcheng visits Master Xuan Jing and learns of an Earth Flood Dragon guarding a Rock Heart Flower in a Tier Four Secret Realm. They agree to hunt the dragon in ten years, with Xuan Jing receiving the flower and Ye Jingcheng taking dragon parts. Later, Duan Chuanyun visits Ye Jingcheng to negotiate a partnership for their restaurant business, ultimately agreeing to give the Ye Family 40% of profits and management rights. Duan Chuanyun also attempts to arrange a marriage alliance, but Ye Jingcheng is noncommittal.
