Schneitz arrived at the Moon Spring, interrupting Alaric's attack on a wounded Varenos and Lana. Alaric, desperate and weakened, was suddenly attacked from within and disintegrated. Schneitz then discovered that Valkraz and all enemies had also been annihilated, leaving only ashes. The Heavenly Kings and National Ranks arrived, acknowledging Daniel's crucial role in the victory, even as his true power remained hidden and he faced a year-long skill restriction.

Three months have quietly slipped by, filled with the aftermath of significant national and capital events, alongside the government and Federation's extensive reconstruction initiatives. Unlike the tumultuous events and the preceding war, these three months have been marked by an undisturbed peace.

Within the opulent Noir family villa in the capital, Daniel found himself lounging by the pool, a cool glass of fruit juice in hand. His mother's gentle voice suddenly broke the quiet, "When are you coming out? Lunch is ready."

A smile touched his lips as he gracefully emerged from the water. With a swift, almost imperceptible movement, he vanished from his spot, reappearing moments later within the confines of his room. A shower ensued, followed by a change into comfortable attire before he descended the stairs for their midday meal.

"Today's menu features steak," Liana announced with a warm smile, placing a succulent steak before her son before taking her own seat. Daniel expressed his gratitude, "Thank you, but I've told you there's no need to go to such trouble. We could have simply ordered takeout."

"No, my dear. You've been ordering food from outside every night for quite some time, and that's not healthy. It could be detrimental to you." Liana replied, her tone gentle yet firm.

"But Mom, I'm an Awakened. Such things don't affect me," Daniel countered playfully.

"Do I know better, or do you? Don't forget, I had an Awakened husband, and I am well aware of what is beneficial and what is harmful for you," Liana stated with a serious expression.

Daniel let out a soft sigh and began to eat. Today, he suspected, would be his final day at home, and he had been hoping to indulge in his favorite fried chicken. However, his mother's strict adherence to health had unfortunately denied him this small pleasure.

"How much longer do you think those two girls will take? It's been a week, and they still haven't returned," Liana mused, a touch of worry creeping into her voice as a thought occurred to her.

"Mom, I've assured you there's no need for concern. Nothing will happen to them, and they should be back very soon," Daniel understood his mother's anxiety and sought to soothe her with a calm tone.

Both of his sisters had recently turned eighteen, granting them the eligibility to attempt the first floor of the Tower. They were still engaged in that challenge, which was the primary source of his mother's unease. However, given the formidable abilities of his sisters, such worry seemed unnecessary.

He recalled his own plans to challenge the fourth floor of the Tower nearly two weeks prior. Yet, due to his sisters' earnest requests and the consideration for his mother being left alone, he had no alternative but to remain. Fortunately, his waiting period was drawing to a close. If his intuition served him correctly, today would mark the conclusion of his sisters' Tower ascent.

"Ah, I know, but a mother's worry is a hard thing to set aside," she sighed, her gaze distant.

"They are still just children, and I fear that something unfortunate might befall them," she added, her voice tinged with concern.

Daniel nodded, continuing to offer words of comfort to his mother. His efforts were successful, a feat he had repeated almost daily for the past week.

After finishing his meal, he retired to the library. Settling into a chair, he retrieved his phone to review his calls and messages.

There was still no news. No communication from Lana or anyone else. Not even a single message had arrived. "It seems she hasn't returned yet, either," he murmured with a sigh, setting his phone aside.

It wasn't solely his sisters who had embarked on challenging the Tower's initial floors. Lana, too, had commenced her attempt at the fifth floor approximately a month ago.

Three months had elapsed since that pivotal incident, since the conclusion of the devastating war. While the intervening period hadn't witnessed further large-scale calamities, it certainly hadn't been entirely devoid of conflict or consequence. For some, peace remained an elusive concept.

Following the cessation of hostilities, the Federation and the government convened, officially designating the Goblin Guild as traitors to the nation and subsequently dismantling the remnants of their organization. The surviving Awakened members of the Guild surrendered. Following thorough investigations, some were exonerated, while others faced imprisonment. Thus, the Goblin Guild, once the most formidable in the country, was effectively annihilated.

Despite the Everlight Moon Guild emerging as the de facto victor of the war and managing to persevere, their triumph was bittersweet. In reality, their circumstances were dire. Two of their esteemed Guild commanders, Sarah and Darius, had perished in the conflict. Aaron and Elina sustained severe injuries and were currently undergoing treatment.

The Guild leader, Varenos, had survived the ordeal, but at a tremendous cost. He had plummeted to Peak A-rank, and his path forward in cultivation was irrevocably severed. Facing a future devoid of further progression, it was highly probable he would remain at this level for the remainder of his days.

A staggering seventy percent of the Guild's Awakened had been lost, and their once-proud territories lay in ruins, reduced to mere rubble. In essence, the Everlight Moon Guild could be considered destroyed. However, by a stroke of fortune, the Federation and the government sanctioned the transfer of all assets and territories previously under the Goblin Guild's dominion to the Everlight Moon Guild, offering a sliver of hope amidst the devastation.

The Goblin Guild, possessing immense wealth as the strongest entity, found itself capable of funding the Guild's reconstruction.

However, obstacles remained. The reconstruction had to commence, followed by renewed recruitment efforts, a process that could easily consume up to a year.

Reconstruction was, in fact, already underway.

Yet, a significant issue persisted: the leadership of the Guild. Varenos could no longer hold this position; his power was insufficient.

Despite being widely respected across the nation, his lack of power, failing to place him on par with the leaders of other prominent Guilds, risked creating complications.

Initially, the leadership role was extended to Daniel, but he found himself compelled to decline. He could neither be fully bound to the Guild nor did he desire to be. His intention was to depart the country before long.

Therefore, only a single viable option remained... Lana.

Lana, a Peak A-rank Awakened, was essentially operating at a Half Step S-rank. Should she succeed in conquering the fifth floor of the Tower, she would undoubtedly attain S-rank status.

It was for this very reason that she was currently within the Tower, and nearly a full month had elapsed since her entry.

"Considerable damage has been inflicted, yet this also presents an opportunity. The mightiest has been vanquished, and now Everlight Moon can ascend to its place," Daniel mused aloud.

His grand design remained intact. To amass divine power, he was committed to establishing the Eternity Religion in this world as well, a venture requiring a starting point.

The most advantageous location was this very country, and to achieve this, their Guild needed to ascend to the pinnacle of strength. Fortunately, they were remarkably close to realizing this goal.

Once Lana made her return, a series of strategic actions would be necessary to ensure the Everlight Moon Guild's definitive rise to supremacy. This task was by no means arduous, given their lack of direct rivals and the prevailing national sentiment that still hailed him as the Heavenly King.

Naturally, besides awaiting Lana's return, he would likely need to hold out until the Guild's main headquarters were completely rebuilt.

"Everything proceeds precisely as planned. The Guild can, with good reason, already be considered the strongest at this very moment."

"And any credible threat within the entire country has been neutralized. The terrorists have been eradicated, and the Goblin Guild has met its demise."

"Within the Celestial Domain, all matters are also unfolding according to my strategic blueprint."

It was not solely within this realm that his meticulously laid plans were coming to fruition.

In the Celestial Domain as well, Evangelin had finally achieved success in resurrecting the Eternity Religion, facilitated by his carefully orchestrated plans!
