Arthur and Mordred received a crate of anti-Vampire weapons from the Dwarves, enough to equip their strongest knights. The old Dwarf warned that this might only be the beginning of a potential Vampire war and gave Arthur a communication token for emergencies. Upon returning to Davai Kingdom, they found King's elite squad of fifty-five knights waiting for them, ready for deployment.

Roland was now excited... He wanted to see these precious items.

Even Arthur saw his excitement and nodded to one of the knights... "Open it."

Several knights immediately moved forward as they removed the locks and lifted the lid.

Clank!

The moment the crate opened, a powerful aura spread through the area.

The fifty-five knights immediately became silent.

Inside were weapons forged from materials none of them had ever seen before.

Every weapon was covered in ancient runes.

Some were swords... others were spears, shields, crossbows, and specialized weapons designed specifically for hunting supernatural creatures.

Roland slowly reached toward one of the swords.

The moment his fingers touched the handle, the weapon suddenly emitted a faint glow.

Roland’s eyes widened...

"This... It’s reacting to my Will..."

Arthur nodded.

"These were made by the Guardians."

The knights immediately became serious as Arthur looked across the fifty-five elites.

"You will be the first to use them."

The knights exchanged glances.

"You will train with these weapons until you can use them without hesitation. You will also be taught how to activate their anti-Vampire formations."

He paused for a moment and loudly proclaimed...

"From this moment onward, you are the Vampire Hunters of Davai Kingdom."

The knights immediately knelt.

"We obey!"

Arthur looked toward Roland.

"How long until they’re ready?"

Roland looked at the weapons again.

"If the Guardians’ weapons are truly as powerful as they appear... Give us two weeks."

Arthur nodded.

"Then you have two weeks."

The knights immediately began distributing the weapons.

One by one, the elite members of the Order equipped themselves with the ancient creations of the Guardians.

Some tested their swords, while others studied the formations engraved into their shields and weapons. The more they experimented with them, the more they realized that the Dwarves had created these weapons for a purpose far beyond ordinary combat.

They had not killed a single Vampire yet.

But with these weapons in their hands, the fifty-five knights no longer viewed Vampires as untouchable monsters.

Among the guards surrounding the training grounds, one particular knight stood completely still.

He looked no different from the others.

He wore the same armor, carried the same sword, and maintained the same disciplined posture expected of a royal guard. Anyone looking at him would have assumed that he was simply another soldier assigned to protect the newly formed Vampire Hunters.

But beneath the helmet, his eyes were blood-red.

He was one of Lisa’s Vampires.

And he had just learned something that could completely change everything.

The Dwarves existed.

Not only did they exist, but they possessed an entire underground civilization filled with ancient weapons, formations, artifacts, and knowledge specifically designed to fight supernatural creatures.

And Davai Kingdom had just received a collection of those weapons.

The Vampire had listened carefully to every conversation.

He had watched as the enormous crate was opened.

He had seen the ancient weapons.

Most importantly, he had heard Arthur mention the Guardians.

None of this had appeared in any of their previous intelligence reports.

The existence of the Dwarves alone was astonishing.

The fact that they had forged weapons capable of weakening Vampires was even more concerning.

The Vampire lowered his head slightly, pretending to inspect his equipment while his mind raced.

I have to tell Lady Lisa...

Normally, that would have been simple.

The connection between Lisa and her Vampires allowed information to be transmitted over considerable distances.

But not now... The distance between them was simply too great.

Worse, Lisa was still recovering from the strain caused by the realm transfer.

The mental connection between her and the newly created Vampires had not been fully established yet.

He couldn’t contact her... He couldn’t send a message.

And there was no way he could simply leave the city and travel directly to Atrium City without attracting attention.

The Vampire silently cursed.

He had discovered something that could potentially threaten their entire operation, yet he couldn’t even inform the person who needed to know about it.

He glanced around.

The situation had become even more troublesome.

The fifty-five elite knights were still gathered around the weapons, and dozens of ordinary guards surrounded the training grounds. Senior members of the Order were also moving through the area, inspecting the newly formed Vampire Hunters.

Leaving unnoticed would be almost impossible.

The Vampire slowly clenched his fists.

He needed to find another way... Perhaps he could slip away after nightfall.

Or perhaps he could create a disturbance somewhere else and use the chaos to escape.

But there was another problem.

These knights were not ordinary anymore.

Even from a distance, he could sense something strange coming from the weapons they carried.

The ancient runes engraved into the blades and armor were faintly glowing.

Some of the weapons even seemed to react whenever their owners released their Will.

The Vampire immediately understood the danger.

If he were discovered now, he couldn’t simply rely on his superior physical abilities.

Those weapons had been created specifically to kill creatures like him.

He couldn’t fight them head-on... Not yet.

The Vampire lowered his gaze and forced himself to remain calm.I need to leave without exposing myself.’

He slowly began moving with the other guards as they changed positions around the training grounds.

One step... Then another.

He deliberately kept his movements ordinary, copying the behavior of the other soldiers around him.

Nobody noticed anything unusual.

For a moment, he thought he might actually get away.

Then a voice suddenly came from behind him.

"You. Stop."

The Vampire’s body froze.

He slowly turned around and saw a senior knight was staring directly at him.

"Where are you going?"

The Vampire lowered his head.

"Sir, I was ordered to inspect the western perimeter."

The knight narrowed his eyes.

"By whom?"

For a brief moment, the Vampire’s mind went completely blank.

He hadn’t expected such a simple question.

"I..."

The knight took a step closer.

"Answer me."

The Vampire forced himself to remain calm.

"I received the order from Captain Roland."

The senior knight stared at him for several seconds.

Then he finally nodded.

"Go."

The Vampire bowed.

"Yes, sir."
