Red-skinned monsters invaded Nova City, slaughtering everything in their path, including the local zombies. General Rowan Pierce sent a reconnaissance team, led by the sensing-type enhanced Scott Bennett, to gauge the enemy's strength. Scott, accepting his likely death on behalf of his daughter, went ahead alone and discovered the monsters were at least Tier 15 before being killed.
