A violent storm rages as Lin Xian reveals a desperate plan to escape the island: the group will use a nuclear submarine to traverse a dangerous vortex channel. Faced with the submarine's limitations in capacity and supplies, and the perilous conditions, Ryan agrees to the gamble. However, Lin Xian then announces a more astonishing plan: he intends to take the train into the deep sea, revealing the Sky Dome Train is unusable due to the confined underwater channels.

"Are you actually planning to pilot the train into the abyssal ocean?" Ryan inquired.

"Our train is quite remarkable," KIKI replied with utter confidence. "Do not underestimate it; this vessel can not only plunge into the ocean depths but also ascend into the heavens. It is capable of challenging even S-class threats, so you have absolutely nothing to be concerned about."

"That's right!"

Standing up at this opportune moment, Lu Xingchen declared with great bravado, "To rise anew from despair, one must possess the fortitude to confront death itself. We wield extraordinary divine powers, so what reason do we have to fear traversing the skies or the seas!"

Witnessing this individual, who had been dozing moments before, now puffing out his chest with pride, Sha Sha quickly leaned in to whisper a crucial reminder.

"Brother Lin originally intended for you to board the Infinity, descend into the deep sea a thousand meters below, infiltrate a colossal submarine vortex originating from the undersea volcano and the domain of the Giant Ocean God, and then make your escape..."

Upon hearing this, Lu Xingchen's knees nearly buckled, but catching Xiao Qing's observant gaze, he swiftly regained his composure and proclaimed loudly,

"No... no problem at all, it's merely a trivial submarine vortex."

"Very well," Ryan stated, observing the composed demeanor of Lin Xian's associates. He clicked his tongue in admiration and posed the question to Lin Xian, "Lin, when precisely shall we initiate our action?"

"Without delay!"

Lin Xian decisively commanded, "Ryan, make arrangements for your personnel to board the submersible immediately. Transport any and all viable supplies we can manage; we must set sail before the cloak of night descends."

"Understood."

Rumble!

Before the command could even fully register, another violent tremor coursed through the island. This seismic event, however, did not bear the signature of a volcanic eruption. Instead, it felt as though some colossal leviathan had set foot upon the rocky expanse of Sea Rock Island, unleashing intense vibrations and deafening roars!

"The great beast has emerged from the ocean!" Ning Jing exclaimed with urgency, "We must accelerate our departure."

"Hold on, there is yet another complication!"

Gedi turned his gaze towards Lin Xian and Ryan, his expression fraught with urgency. He articulated his concern, "We face an extensive descent to reach that anomalous vortex, and if we happen to attract the attention of an Abnormal Body, our chances of evasion could be significantly diminished. Are we truly intending to plunge in headlong?"

"Your concern is valid, hence my strategy involves employing a diversionary tactic," Lin Xian responded instantly.

"A diversionary tactic?" Gedi questioned, perplexed. "How could such a tactic possibly encompass such a vast operational area?"

"I am not referring to a mere conventional diversionary agent," Lin Xian clarified, his eyes gleaming with an idea. He tapped KIKI's mobile terminal, causing a holographic screen to materialize, displaying a colossal mechanical apparatus: the three-dimensional schematic of the Earth Core Heat Induction Device, situated within the geothermal well of the submarine base. He continued, "Since we must depart, let us orchestrate a spectacular farewell display to aid our exit."

Having spoken, he turned to Vio. "Vio, should I initiate the detonation of the Deep-3 Earth Core Heat Induction Device, thereby triggering the eruption of the geothermal well’s thermonuclear energy, what would be the estimated probability of our plan’s success?"

"What did you say?!" Hearing Lin Xian's audacious proposal, a wave of shock washed over the assembled group – he was contemplating the deliberate detonation of a volcano?!

[Should this operation proceed without the manifestation of a Dark Mark, the plan's success rate could theoretically reach 23.4%. However, this also entails considerably elevated risks, including, but not limited to: 1. The potential to attract additional Abnormal Bodies or even Yuniya No.1 towards the vicinity of the Offshore Island Sea Area; 2. The triggering of a catastrophic volcanic chain reaction culminating in a widespread eruption; 3. ...]

"Suffice it to say," Lin Xian interrupted.

With that, he addressed the group summarily. "Twenty-three point four percent, which we shall round up to one hundred percent. For the sake of our collective survival, everyone, make haste and proceed with your assigned tasks."

Ryan and the others: "..."

At this very moment, as Lin Xian's words echoed, a peculiar sensation befell every member of the Hawk Sea Group, causing their eyelids to twitch involuntarily. The audacious calculation of rounding up a mere twenty-three percent to a full hundred was, frankly, astounding.

Nevertheless, the pressing urgency of their situation afforded them no time to dwell on such peculiar mathematical extrapolations. Under Ryan's efficient direction, the Hawk Sea Group commenced their hurried boarding of the submersible and the swift transfer of vital supplies. Due to constraints in available space, Ryan sought Lin Xian's approval to permit Vanessa to lead dozens of individuals in preparing to utilize Lin Xian's train, which was now primed for its underwater descent.

Concurrently, Lin Xian embarked on the meticulous preparation of two critical undertakings: the first involved readying the detonation sequence for the Deep-3 Earth Core Heat Induction Device, and the second entailed activating the deep-diving system of the Infinity. He then instructed KIKI and Ryuji to facilitate the transfer of the train from its current platform to the Deep Water Port.

16:35

Sea Rock Island continued to shudder violently amidst the ongoing seismic activity, causing the illumination fixtures within the monitoring hall to flicker erratically on and off.

In the oceanic expanse situated to the southeast of Chasan Island, the dense plumes of smoke spewing forth from the Galan Volcano had imparted a somber, iron-gray hue to the sky. In the distant seascape, massive, indistinct silhouettes swayed ominously upon the ocean's surface, their forms occasionally punctuated by unnatural, fleeting glints of light flashing amidst the churning waves.

At Deep Water Port, Ryan loudly directed his crew as members of the Hawk Sea Group urgently boarded the submersible, a vessel many were entering for the first time, casting a palpable tension over the atmosphere.

"Mechanical group, inspect the pressure-resistant valve! Power group, initiate the engine in three minutes!" Mechanic Azir's commands boomed through the steel corridor. By the submarine's hatch, Erica and Gedi guided the ordinary survivors of the Hawk Sea Group into the internal Life Cabin. As the continuous earthquake raged, the surface of Deep Water Port began to erupt with boiling bubbles, a pungent mix of sulfur and ocean spray assaulting their nostrils.

Observing this, Ryan's brow furrowed. He checked the time and quickly spoke into the communicator:

"The eruption has been ongoing; we simply don't know when a massive one will occur. When that happens, the sea area for hundreds of miles will become a desolate hell."

"This world is already hell, regardless," someone muttered.

On the upper material platform, Lin Xian watched as Vio directed the construction and maintenance robots. They were diligently deploying the deep diving module, meticulously built by Silent City for the Infinity, ahead of schedule.

"It would be best to re-examine the car bottom's fluid balance module," Luo Yang stated nervously, approaching with a mobile terminal. "We faced several battles in Sea Rock City, and we need to ascertain if there's any damage."

"A very thoughtful consideration," Lin Xian affirmed, nodding as he instructed Vio to synchronize the data.

Amidst the whirring of mechanical arms, the train's chassis unfurled three layers of fin-shaped deflectors. Luo Yang's drone projection flickered over the steel tracks, reporting, "Submersion pressure hull charging at 87%... 92%...!"

Inside the train, Chen Sixuan pressed against the pressure-resistant window as it began its descent. Another bout of tremors shook the structure, causing concrete from the platform above to rain down onto the train's roof, emitting cracking sounds akin to popping beans.

"Train deep diving airtight test complete!"

"Train watertight compartment pressure test!"

At this moment, Lin Xian arrived at the Infinity's cockpit. The Mechanical Heart was swiftly conducting a comprehensive check of all the train's carriages. He noticed beads of sweat on Chen Sixuan's forehead and softly inquired, "Are you feeling nervous?"

"It's impossible not to be," Chen Sixuan replied, taking a deep breath and gazing ahead. "While I trust you and Silent City's technology, still..."

"You still find it a bit unbelievable to let this train dive?" Lin Xian finished her sentence.

Chen Sixuan nodded, her gaze fixed forward. "To brave the skies and the seas... it truly isn't easy." She then turned to look at Lin Xian, a hint of tension in her expression.
