Thus, the three approached from above the sea, but before reaching it, Lin Xian abruptly halted midair, seeing the seabed by the cliff edge break open suddenly, sunlight piercing through the water to reveal an Abyss Giant Mouth over a thousand meters in diameter. The vortex center was dark blue, with the edge’s curling white foam resembling fangs. Though the surface seemed calm, beneath lay a giant beast lurking to devour light, rotating slowly against fluid dynamics, exactly the "unnatural creation" in Erica’s aerial photograph!

"God, what’s below this?"

Lin Xian squinted his eyes: "Not sure, but it definitely isn’t just a seabed vortex."
