Ye Zhongming and his companions discuss the possibility of transferring his Furelai points to the White Dragon Horse to help it break through to great expert status. They decide to wait until after the next round of trials to make the final decision. Meanwhile, two mysterious figures in a dark cave sense that someone has advanced and vow to stop them from continuing.

Not knowing whether it was intentionally increasing the difficulty, the three people and one dragon this time were thrown into a place that was not among those parasite swarms, but rather... a base.

Coincidentally, this was... the camp of the Eight Heads of Dark Strip City.

Ye Zhongming and the others had to suspect that this mysterious existence could get into their minds and know everything about them.

Otherwise, how could it be such a coincidence that among the cosmic races, they happened to land precisely here?

If strangers appeared in the base of any other race, appearing out of thin air, they would not be considered nice either. Landing in the camp of the Eight Heads, they would certainly not be let off.

These races had been eager to go back and settle accounts with the Star-Eye Clan. Now, seeing this, they thought it was great—they had come straight to them, and what had come were the core figures of that small race, the backbone of the force that had acted against them. How could they let them leave alive?

So, without even waiting for Ye Zhongming and the others to speak, after a brief moment of stunned hesitation, they were already howling as they charged over to kill them.

"Are they trying to make us kill them all?" White Robe said gloomily to his companions as they ran.

Fighting parasites, although dangerous, had the advantage that they rarely possessed overly weird abilities. It was not that they did not have them, but those with special abilities were generally very powerful individuals, and that mysterious existence had not yet given them that kind of 'intensity'.

But fighting these people was different. Not only were they numerous—several hundred thousand—but they also had all kinds of abilities at their disposal: short-range, long-range, energy-based, elemental, poisonous, non-poisonous, and so on.

If they all attacked at once, the several people would probably be killed instantly.

So the several people had no intention of fighting head-on. They immediately ran upon being attacked, which prompted White Robe's question.

When fighting parasites, they had to kill them all. But now? Did they have to kill all these myriad races as well?

Not to mention whether they had that ability, but even if they did, what if the people here started running away when they gained a decisive advantage? There were only four of them. How could they give chase?

"Probably not," Ye Zhongming said, leading the several people behind a tent and quickly disposing of a ten-person squad that came at them diagonally to intercept.

Given their strength, if these races did not have overwhelming numbers, they were not too great a threat.

As he ran, Ye Zhongming thought, and at the same time, he shared his thoughts with the people beside him.

"Probably only need to kill a certain proportion. Otherwise, if there were people we couldn't catch, or if we caught people but didn't kill them, we could just keep living outside indefinitely, which would be a way to escape the control of that mysterious existence."

Jie Su and White Robe nodded. The White Dragon Horse's giant body crashed through a tent, clearing a path for them.

"Also, I think we are quite lucky."

This statement from Ye Zhongming made the others confused. Just then, an expert from some race unleashed an ability toward them. Cascades of metal blades fell from the sky in an AOE attack. The several people blocked them, but their equipment was scratched.

"And this is what you call luck?" White Robe raised his arm, showing a gash cut into his equipment.

Ye Zhongming chuckled and guided their escape direction.

"That mysterious and powerful existence never said we couldn't ask for help. The reason we didn't before was that we had no one to ask. See, it worked out pretty well when we met the mechanical genius last time. This time, we can also find helpers and earn free points. If the amount is enough for the White Dragon Horse, I won't even need to transfer my Furelai to it. Isn't that lucky?"

"But..."

White Robe wanted to ask, what good was luck if they didn't know what to do about the current situation. But he suddenly noticed that ahead of him, he could already see a not-very-large grassland. Without even checking, he knew it must be filled with all kinds of mechanisms, traps, and formations.

Because of the Star-Eye Clan's relationship, the Su Clan would not have any goodwill toward the Eight Heads of Dark Strip City, but the previously agreed-upon arrangement of formations for them would certainly not be reneged on; after all, they still wanted to make money.

White Robe also understood what Ye Zhongming meant. Clearly, they were to break this defensive area of the Eight Heads, then lure the mutated lifeforms over. Those would be their helpers.

The White Dragon Horse began to spit dragon breath toward this small grassland. Everyone inwardly cheered its quick-wittedness.

That ability which granted defense fell upon a small area of this grassland, also coating it with a layer of silver material. The formations and mechanisms were triggered. The powerful ones broke through this layer of defense; the less powerful ones, or those of an auxiliary nature, were directly covered underneath.

The three people and one dragon rushed through this small grassland without slowing down at all. Just as the Eight Heads' experts began to give chase, they had already left the most dangerous area.

As for those formations that could not be destroyed... with Jie Su, a member of the Su Clan, present, they were not a problem at all.

"Someone is chasing us."

Without even turning his head, Jie Su knew what was happening behind him. This was the 'benefit' of having advanced to a great expert.

Ye Zhongming hesitated for a moment, then said, "Let's split up. The White Dragon Horse and I will go lure the lifeforms over. White Robe, you return to the encampment, create chaos, and assassinate some middle-level officers. That should be your specialty. Jie Su, you deal with the experts chasing us and try to kill as many as you can."

The others nodded together. The next moment, they abruptly separated.

Having been through life-and-death situations together for so long, they were now very in sync.

Ye Zhongming snapped his fingers at the White Dragon Horse. The latter immediately lowered its altitude, allowing the former to leap onto its back. The dragon saddle there was still quite comfortable.

"Let's go. Let's go lure the monsters. They are all your points!" Ye Zhongming shouted. The man and the dragon instantly soared into the sky, leaving their pursuers only able to look up and sigh.

………………

On White Robe's side, Jie Su's sudden stop drew the attention of many, including those chasing him. White Robe used the Star-Eye Clan's characteristics to disappear into a grove of trees quickly. When he reappeared several minutes later, blood was still dripping from the weapon in his hand.

This Silver Order Leader of the Star-Eye Clan quickly entered the Eight Heads' camp again without being detected by anyone.

He entered a tent and found several weapons that were reasonably suitable for him, carrying them on his person. He would need them shortly.

Then he went to the entrance, observed for a moment, and soon locked onto his first target.

In his eyes, these people were not just enemies who had oppressed the Star-Eye Clan for so many years; they were also moving reward points.

White Robe looked at the pitch-black sky and suddenly felt that Ye Zhongming was right. Their luck... was indeed quite good.
