Ye Zhongming tasked Cheng Liujin and Ya Shinan with securing land and announced his bold plan with Jie Su to mine the abandoned resource star 1157. The Star-Eye Clan reeled from the staggering costs of cargo ships, Moonspan Gold fuel, machinery, personnel, and infrastructure, highlighting their many obstacles. After intense discussions, Ye Zhongming proposed investing eight million Moonspan Gold—three from the clan, five from himself—with profits split equally between them, a deal the leaders grimly approved.

"Did you gain anything from your trip to the Library Palace this time, kid?" Jikesu saw that the resource star mining topic had left everyone deep in thought, weighing numerous factors and outcomes, so he took the initiative to shift to a different subject.

No choice existed; the Star-Eye Clan lacked any relevant experience. Even if they had extracted from resource stars in the distant past, no one recalled the exact time. Pondering it now wouldn't produce instant answers. A special gathering with key experts was needed to identify issues, brainstorm fixes, and then put plans into action.

Given the situation, tackling other matters first made sense, especially with Ye Zhongming still present.

By now, all grasped Ye Zhongming's approach: he fixed what he could handle and handed off the remainder, avoiding oversight. This instance followed suit. He had tackled the toughest challenges—locating the resource star, mapping ship paths, and securing funds. The remaining tasks clearly fell to the Star-Eye Clan. He would likely head back to the Bronze Camp shortly for his own pursuits.

Though the Star-Eye Clan regarded Ye Zhongming exceptionally well, the Librarians topic remained off-limits. Ye Zhongming grinned and replied, "The rewards were huge. The Book Collection Palace holds far more value than cosmic races believe. Its immense knowledge repository strikes me as a priceless hoard. I recommend our Star-Eye Clan dispatch members there regularly for studies."

Those present exchanged glances, surprised that Jikesu's casual remark sparked such a proposal.

"Well, studying at the Library Palace costs a lot," Jikesu responded sheepishly.

In truth, each year, members of the universe's myriad races still visited the Library Palace to study. Numbers had dropped since reservation days, yet basic fees remained hefty; how else could the Library Palace amass such wealth?

One issue persisted: low-level reading permissions yielded little insight. High-level ones, however, demanded exorbitant sums.

"I'll cover the funds. Every thirty days, send fifty clan members to the Library Palace for purposeful study. I'll contribute fifty from the Bronze Camp too. Start with B-level permissions. Special cases, such as those nearing breakthroughs or requiring specific skills urgently, may request A-level access."

Wary of drawing unwanted attention, Ye Zhongming refrained from granting all clansmen A-level permissions outright. Even so, this offer stunned the assembly profoundly.

B-level access already carried steep prices, yet he proposed sending a hundred people every thirty days, plus A-level applications? The expense would be staggering.

Moreover, Ye Zhongming's words implied routine Library Palace visits. Travel, lodging, and reading costs—how much Moonspan Gold would vanish?

"No need to fret; I've got the funds." Ye Zhongming realized a solid justification was essential. While speaking, he retrieved an item from his space storage.

"Take a look at this, everyone."

A bronze single-sided armguard appeared, featuring a compact attached shield.

Jikesu, the top expert present for appraisal, took the gear, examined it thoroughly, tested sections by tapping and pressing. He then declared confidently, "Red Condensation level, crafted by the Taros Red Dwarves. Kid, you sold your prior seven Red Condensation items at auction, and spent this time at the Library Palace. How'd you get this?"

Jikesu gripped the armguard with its shield. Despite rough workmanship and novice flaws in spots, its power and utility marked it unmistakably as Taros Red Dwarves' Red Condensation gear, bearing their unique marks. Detail imperfections likely stemmed from inexperience.

"Didn't you ask about my Library Palace learnings? Here's the proof."

Jikesu failed to grasp it initially—or comprehended yet hesitated to connect dots. Moments later, shock twisted his features; he stared at Ye Zhongming like a freakish entity, gripping the item while stuttering.

"You, you, what? You crafted this yourself?"

Ye Zhongming rubbed his head, inwardly noting, Uncle, you sound like you're from the Northeast?

The rest eyed Ye Zhongming with intense doubt, probing his expression for honesty.

Ye Zhongming gave a nod and said, "I got pretty fortunate in the Library Palace; I discovered a book with related knowledge."

"Isn't your luck simply too amazing?"

Doubts lingered in others' minds too, but only the bold Aslan voiced them aloud.

It proved difficult to avoid suspicion.

Should the forging secrets of the Taros Red Dwarves be so easily obtainable from the Library Palace, would those dwarves maintain their glory today? The entire cosmic race would have surged forward long ago.

"You know well that the Library Palace holds certain special zones. Books within are either unverified, pure speculations, incomplete, or of questionable truth. Amid those, I uncovered records on this topic. And since I'm a craftsman at heart, after repeated studies..."

This explanation helped everyone accept it better. Gear crafted earlier by Ye Zhongming rivaled Red Condensation level in various aspects. For a master craftsman like him to replicate Taros Red Dwarf equipment with some pertinent knowledge wasn't completely implausible.

"Could you craft even higher levels?" Jikesu inquired, his eyes gleaming brightly.

Ye Zhongming shook his head: "You'd first need to obtain a superior one for me to examine. Still, I figure the odds are slim. After all, gear beyond Red Condensation level comes from the Taros Red Dwarves' later breakthroughs. Copying them would prove far too challenging."

With Ye Zhongming's secret revealed, no one questioned anymore how he could produce such vast sums.

True, millions of Moonspan Gold amounted to a fortune, yet a single Red Condensation level piece sold for tens of thousands of Moonspan Gold. Subtracting expenses, profits reached ten to twenty thousand, even higher for superior craftsmanship. That allowed him to cover everyone's tuition at the Library Palace.

"Oh, and one more item." Ye Zhongming pulled out another object—a notebook.

"In the Library Palace, I came across a book left by some Star-Eye Clan predecessor from who-knows-how-many years back. I memorized it and recreated this copy from recall." Ye Zhongming tapped the notebook and added, "I've heard the clan lost this skill entirely. I can't confirm if this is the full version or even genuine. Yet, even if parts are absent or just ten percent authentic, it ought to offer valuable insights for us."

All eyes shifted to the notebook. White Robe, standing nearest to Ye Zhongming, flipped it open. Four words adorned the first page.

"Universal Law Principles!"
