After neighbors expressed concern over loud noises, Morin's imposter, Vane, assured them he was fine. As soon as the crowd dispersed, Vane prepared to follow Leon's orders to summon local women. However, another visitor, Trody Tanner, arrived and knocked on the door. Leon ordered Vane to dispose of Morin's body, which Vane consumed. Vane then confronted Trody, who was suspicious of his appearance and demanded an explanation.

Vane froze instantly, staring at Trody with utter confusion as to how his disguise had been seen through.

'How in the hell did he discover I'm not the real Morin? He's not even that strong, so how is this possible?' Leon pondered, withdrawing the Nyxter from his pocket.

"You can emerge from the room too. I can sense your presence as well," Trody stated, addressing Leon.

Leon emerged from the room, his expression unreadable, and met Trody's gaze.

"So, I'm assuming my friend Morin is no longer alive, and this individual works for you," Trody remarked, taking a sip of his drink.

"Your assumptions are both correct. Now, perhaps you could enlighten me on why someone as seemingly weak as you can sense my presence and discern that he wasn't the genuine Morin?" Leon inquired, a flicker of curiosity in his eyes.

"My right eye... it's a blessed artifact. My father obtained it from a dungeon. Rather than using it himself, that scoundrel extracted my eye and fitted this one in its place. You can notice that it appears slightly more luminous than my other eye," Trody explained calmly, gesturing towards his left eye.

Without further hesitation, Leon activated his skill on his eye.

"That's quite an interesting eye you possess... Not only can you perceive past illusions, but you can also see through walls, spells, and detect falsehoods," Leon commented with a grin.

"You must have exceptional eyes as well, if I may ask your name, sir?" Trody inquired with a smile.

"The name is Leon Luster," Leon replied, maintaining a neutral demeanor.

"Ah, a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Luster. I must admit, I'm surprised you managed to return from that lower floor," Trody said, standing up. He approached Leon and extended his hand for a handshake.

Leon clasped his hand, shaking it while keeping his guard firmly in place.

"I sense numerous defensive and offensive spells prepared to unleash should I make any misstep. Rest assured, I am powerless beyond my eye's capabilities, Mr. Luster. I am merely an observer," Trody responded with a placid expression.

"So now that you're aware I've eliminated your close associate, what course of action do you intend to take?" Leon asked, a smile playing on his lips.

"Well, firstly... he wasn't precisely my closest friend, but rather someone I collaborated with. Secondly, I am quite certain you had a compelling reason to end him... Did he attempt to push you down the stairs on the lower floor?" Trody questioned.

"Precisely, but I possess a trait where I invariably extricate myself from traps before retaliating against those who betray me," Leon replied with a smile.

"Indeed... I advised him against such actions, but he never heeded my counsel. He treated every newcomer who refused to bend to his will in the same manner," Trody remarked with a neutral expression.

"And you made no attempt to intervene?" Leon pressed.

"He wielded too much power, and he consistently threatened to annihilate all humans in this kingdom if I ever divulged his secrets to anyone," Trody confessed.

"Well, it appears he was the one annihilated first. Now, the decision rests with you... What is your next move?" Leon inquired with a smile.

"Since this is your domain, perhaps you could outline the rules first, and I shall endeavor to abide by them meticulously," Trody suggested with a smile.

"You are indeed a remarkably astute old man, aren't you?"

"It's a perspective I've gained through observing the world, yet I still cannot comprehend... How did you manage to return from those stairs? No one can employ magic on them," Trody asked, his expression one of genuine curiosity.

"Do not concern yourself with such intricacies... Now that Morin is deceased, you shall assume the mantle of king for this kingdom. Conduct yourself as you see fit; your actions hold little consequence for me. However, there are certain women I desire before my departure. You will arrange for them to be sent to my chambers. Do you comprehend my request?" Leon asked with a smile.

"As you command, Sir. Therefore... Shall I issue the proclamation that my dear elf companion has met his demise?" Trody inquired with a smile.

"You are truly a remarkably cunning old man. However, I have no physical body to provide you with. You will need to manage that particular aspect yourself," Leon replied, his expression remaining neutral.

"Worry not, we typically interred bodies in boxes anyway. I shall dispatch some of my subordinates to procure a substantial wooden container," Trody assured him.

'Hmm... This fellow is exceptionally shrewd. He recognizes his inability to triumph in a direct confrontation, hence his decision to align with me. Furthermore, by gaining complete dominion over this kingdom, he achieves two objectives simultaneously,' Leon mused, a smile gracing his features.

"Proceed as you deem fit, but bear this in mind... Any treachery on your part will result in your entombment, Trody Tanner," Leon stated with a stern countenance, his gaze fixed directly upon Trody's eyes.

"I shall not disappoint you, my Lord. Seeing as we are both humans, why would I ever betray you, especially when you are granting me control of this kingdom in return?" Trody responded with a grin.

"Excellent, excellent. You are dismissed." Leon commanded, his expression unreadable.

"Yes, my Lord." Trody uttered, turning towards the exit. However, he paused and looked back.

"Hmm...?" Leon's gaze met Trody's, a hint of confusion clouding his features.

"Thank you, Mr. Leon. I have been anticipating someone like you for a very long time," Trody declared, opening the gate and departing the residence swiftly.

"A shrewd individual," Leon remarked, a smile gracing his lips.

"Master...?" Suddenly, Dusk's voice echoed from behind him.

"Hm...?" Leon spun around, noticing Dusk awake and perched near the liquor cabinet in his feline form.

"Dusk, you're awake. Splendid. Let us go converse with that World Tree; I have a few inquiries for him, and you shall be the one to pose them," Leon instructed.

"As you command, Master."

<Summoner’s Pocket>

The instant Leon activated this skill, the Malebolge vanished without a trace.

'Literally containing thirteen psychopathic motherfuckers within a pocket,' Leon mused, a grin spreading across his face.

Following this, both he and Dusk leaped from the rear window of the house, commencing their walk towards the Kingdom's departure gate.

"Master... if you don't mind my asking, may I inquire about something?" Dusk posed, his tone laced with curiosity.

"Proceed," Leon replied with a smile.

"Could you perhaps elaborate on what transpired within that intensely heated chamber, and how precisely you managed to befriend an SS-rank monster?" Dusk inquired.

"Hmm... well, certainly, as we are walking anyway. Here's what occurred..."
